Ta Seem Meem.
تِلۡكَ
tilka
ءَایَـٰتُ
'ayaatu
ٱلۡكِتَـٰبِ
Alkitaabi
ٱلۡمُبِینِ
Almubini
٢
26:2
These (are the) Verses (of) the Book clear.
لَعَلَّكَ
la'allaka
بَـٰخِعࣱ
baakhi'
نَّفۡسَكَ
nnafsaka
أَلَّا
Alla
یَكُونُوا۟
yakunua
مُؤۡمِنِینَ
muuminina
٣
26:3
Perhaps you (would) kill yourself that not they become believers.
إِن
In
نَّشَأۡ
nnashaA
نُنَزِّلۡ
nunazzil
عَلَیۡهِم
'alayhim
مِّنَ
mmina
ٱلسَّمَاۤءِ
Assamaa'i
ءَایَةࣰ
'ayah
فَظَلَّتۡ
fazallat
أَعۡنَـٰقُهُمۡ
A'naaquhum
لَهَا
laha
خَـٰضِعِینَ
khaadi'ina
٤
26:4
If We will, We can send down to them from the sky a Sign so would bend their necks to it (in) humility.
وَمَا
wama
یَأۡتِیهِم
yaAtihim
مِّن
mmin
ذِكۡرࣲ
dhikr
مِّنَ
mmina
ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ
Arrahmaani
مُحۡدَثٍ
muhdathin
إِلَّا
Illa
كَانُوا۟
kanua
عَنۡهُ
'anhu
مُعۡرِضِینَ
mu'ridina
٥
26:5
And (does) not come to them any reminder from the Most Gracious new, but they from it turn away.
فَقَدۡ
faqad
كَذَّبُوا۟
kadhdhabua
فَسَیَأۡتِیهِمۡ
fasayaAtihim
أَنۢبَـٰۤؤُا۟
Anbaauua
مَا
ma
كَانُوا۟
kanua
بِهِۦ
bihi
یَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ
yastahzi'una
٦
26:6
So verily, they have denied, then will come to them the news (of) what they used at it (to) mock.
أَوَ
Awa
لَمۡ
lam
یَرَوۡا۟
yarawa
إِلَى
Ilaa
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
AlArdi
كَمۡ
kam
أَنۢبَتۡنَا
Anbatna
فِیهَا
fiha
مِن
min
كُلِّ
kulli
زَوۡجࣲ
zawj
كَرِیمٍ
karimin
٧
26:7
Do not they see at the earth - how many We produced in it of every kind noble.
إِنَّ
Inna
فِی
fi
ذَ ٰلِكَ
dhaalika
لَءَایَةࣰۖ
la'ayah
وَمَا
wama
كَانَ
kana
أَكۡثَرُهُم
Aktharuhum
مُّؤۡمِنِینَ
mmuuminina
٨
26:8
Indeed, in that surely (is) a sign, but not are most of them believers.
وَإِنَّ
waInna
رَبَّكَ
rabbaka
لَهُوَ
lahuwa
ٱلۡعَزِیزُ
Al'azizu
ٱلرَّحِیمُ
Arrahimu
٩
26:9
And indeed your Lord, surely, He (is) the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.
وَإِذۡ
waIdh
نَادَىٰ
nadaa
رَبُّكَ
rabbuka
مُوسَىٰۤ
musaa
أَنِ
Ani
ٱئۡتِ
Ieti
ٱلۡقَوۡمَ
Alqawma
ٱلظَّـٰلِمِینَ
Azzaalimina
١٠
26:10
And when called your Lord Musa, [that], "Go (to) the people (who are) wrongdoers
قَوۡمَ
qawma
فِرۡعَوۡنَۚ
fir'awna
أَلَا
Ala
یَتَّقُونَ
yattaquna
١١
26:11
(The) people (of) Firaun. Will not they fear?"
قَالَ
qala
رَبِّ
rabbi
إِنِّیۤ
Inni
أَخَافُ
Akhafu
أَن
An
یُكَذِّبُونِ
yukadhdhibuni
١٢
26:12
He said, "My Lord! Indeed, I [I] fear that they will deny me.
وَیَضِیقُ
wayadiqu
صَدۡرِی
sadri
وَلَا
wala
یَنطَلِقُ
yantaliqu
لِسَانِی
lisani
فَأَرۡسِلۡ
faArsil
إِلَىٰ
Ilaa
هَـٰرُونَ
haaruna
١٣
26:13
And straitens my breast and not expresses well my tongue, so send for Harun.
وَلَهُمۡ
walahum
عَلَیَّ
'alayya
ذَنۢبࣱ
dhanb
فَأَخَافُ
faAkhafu
أَن
An
یَقۡتُلُونِ
yaqtuluni
١٤
26:14
And they have against me a crime, so I fear that they will kill me."
قَالَ
qala
كَلَّاۖ
kalla
فَٱذۡهَبَا
faIdhhaba
بِءَایَـٰتِنَاۤۖ
bi'ayaatinaa
إِنَّا
Inna
مَعَكُم
ma'akum
مُّسۡتَمِعُونَ
mmustami'una
١٥
26:15
He said, "Nay, go both of you with Our Signs. Indeed, We (are) with you, listening.
فَأۡتِیَا
faAtiya
فِرۡعَوۡنَ
fir'awna
فَقُولَاۤ
faqulaa
إِنَّا
Inna
رَسُولُ
rasulu
رَبِّ
rabbi
ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ
Al'aalamina
١٦
26:16
So go both of you (to) Firaun and say, 'Indeed, we (are the) Messenger (of the) Lord (of) the worlds
أَنۡ
An
أَرۡسِلۡ
Arsil
مَعَنَا
ma'ana
بَنِیۤ
bani
إِسۡرَ ٰۤءِیلَ
Israa'ila
١٧
26:17
[That] send with us (the) Children (of) Israel.'"
قَالَ
qala
أَلَمۡ
Alam
نُرَبِّكَ
nurabbika
فِینَا
fina
وَلِیدࣰا
walida
وَلَبِثۡتَ
walabithta
فِینَا
fina
مِنۡ
min
عُمُرِكَ
'umurika
سِنِینَ
sinina
١٨
26:18
He said, "Did not we bring you up among us (as) a child, and you remained among us of your life years?
وَفَعَلۡتَ
wafa'alta
فَعۡلَتَكَ
fa'lataka
ٱلَّتِی
Allati
فَعَلۡتَ
fa'alta
وَأَنتَ
waAnta
مِنَ
mina
ٱلۡكَـٰفِرِینَ
Alkaafirina
١٩
26:19
And you did your deed which you did, and you (were) of the ungrateful."
قَالَ
qala
فَعَلۡتُهَاۤ
fa'altuhaa
إِذࣰا
Idha
وَأَنَا۠
waAna
مِنَ
mina
ٱلضَّاۤلِّینَ
Addaallina
٢٠
26:20
He said, "I did it when I (was) of those who are astray.
فَفَرَرۡتُ
fafarartu
مِنكُمۡ
minkum
لَمَّا
lamma
خِفۡتُكُمۡ
khiftukum
فَوَهَبَ
fawahaba
لِی
li
رَبِّی
rabbi
حُكۡمࣰا
hukma
وَجَعَلَنِی
waja'alani
مِنَ
mina
ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِینَ
Almursalina
٢١
26:21
So I fled from you when I feared you. But granted to me my Lord, judgment and made me of the Messengers.
وَتِلۡكَ
watilka
نِعۡمَةࣱ
ni'mah
تَمُنُّهَا
tamunnuha
عَلَیَّ
'alayya
أَنۡ
An
عَبَّدتَّ
'abbadtta
بَنِیۤ
bani
إِسۡرَ ٰۤءِیلَ
Israa'ila
٢٢
26:22
And this (is the) favor with which you reproach [on] me, that you have enslaved (the) Children (of) Israel.'"
قَالَ
qala
فِرۡعَوۡنُ
fir'awnu
وَمَا
wama
رَبُّ
rabbu
ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ
Al'aalamina
٢٣
26:23
said Firaun "And what (is the) Lord (of) the worlds?"
قَالَ
qala
رَبُّ
rabbu
ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ
Assamaawaati
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ
waAlArdi
وَمَا
wama
بَیۡنَهُمَاۤۖ
baynahumaa
إِن
In
كُنتُم
kuntum
مُّوقِنِینَ
mmuqinina
٢٤
26:24
He said, "Lord (of) the heavens and the earth and whatever (is) between them, if you (should) be convinced."
قَالَ
qala
لِمَنۡ
liman
حَوۡلَهُۥۤ
hawlahu
أَلَا
Ala
تَسۡتَمِعُونَ
tastami'una
٢٥
26:25
He said to those around him, "Do not you hear?"
قَالَ
qala
رَبُّكُمۡ
rabbukum
وَرَبُّ
warabbu
ءَابَاۤىِٕكُمُ
'abaaikumu
ٱلۡأَوَّلِینَ
AlAwwalina
٢٦
26:26
He said, "Your Lord and (the) Lord (of) your forefathers (of) the former (people).
قَالَ
qala
إِنَّ
Inna
رَسُولَكُمُ
rasulakumu
ٱلَّذِیۤ
Alladhi
أُرۡسِلَ
Aursila
إِلَیۡكُمۡ
Ilaykum
لَمَجۡنُونࣱ
lamajnun
٢٧
26:27
He said, "Indeed, your Messenger who has been sent to you (is) surely mad."
قَالَ
qala
رَبُّ
rabbu
ٱلۡمَشۡرِقِ
Almashriqi
وَٱلۡمَغۡرِبِ
waAlmaghribi
وَمَا
wama
بَیۡنَهُمَاۤۖ
baynahumaa
إِن
In
كُنتُمۡ
kuntum
تَعۡقِلُونَ
ta'qiluna
٢٨
26:28
He said, "Lord (of) the east and the west and whatever (is) between them, if you were (to) reason."
قَالَ
qala
لَىِٕنِ
laaini
ٱتَّخَذۡتَ
Ittakhadhta
إِلَـٰهًا
Ilaahana
غَیۡرِی
ghayri
لَأَجۡعَلَنَّكَ
laAj'alannaka
مِنَ
mina
ٱلۡمَسۡجُونِینَ
Almasjunina
٢٩
26:29
He said, "If you take a god other than me, I will surely make you among those imprisoned."
قَالَ
qala
أَوَ
Awa
لَوۡ
law
جِئۡتُكَ
jietuka
بِشَیۡءࣲ
bishay'
مُّبِینࣲ
mmubin
٣٠
26:30
He said, "Even if I bring you something manifest?"
قَالَ
qala
فَأۡتِ
faAti
بِهِۦۤ
bihi
إِن
In
كُنتَ
kunta
مِنَ
mina
ٱلصَّـٰدِقِینَ
Assaadiqina
٣١
26:31
He said, "Then bring it, if you are of the truthful."
فَأَلۡقَىٰ
faAlqaa
عَصَاهُ
'asahu
فَإِذَا
faIdha
هِیَ
hiya
ثُعۡبَانࣱ
thu'ban
مُّبِینࣱ
mmubin
٣٢
26:32
So he threw his staff and behold! It (was) a serpent, manifest.
وَنَزَعَ
wanaza'a
یَدَهُۥ
yadahu
فَإِذَا
faIdha
هِیَ
hiya
بَیۡضَاۤءُ
baydaa'u
لِلنَّـٰظِرِینَ
lilnnaazirina
٣٣
26:33
And he drew out his hand and behold! It (was) white for the observers.
قَالَ
qala
لِلۡمَلَإِ
lilmalaI
حَوۡلَهُۥۤ
hawlahu
إِنَّ
Inna
هَـٰذَا
haadha
لَسَـٰحِرٌ
lasaahirun
عَلِیمࣱ
'alim
٣٤
26:34
He said to the chiefs around him, "Indeed, this (is) surely a magician learned.
یُرِیدُ
yuridu
أَن
An
یُخۡرِجَكُم
yukhrijakum
مِّنۡ
mmin
أَرۡضِكُم
Ardikum
بِسِحۡرِهِۦ
bisihrihi
فَمَاذَا
famadha
تَأۡمُرُونَ
taAmuruna
٣٥
26:35
He wants to drive you out from your land by his magic, so what (do) you advise?"
قَالُوۤا۟
qalua
أَرۡجِهۡ
Arjih
وَأَخَاهُ
waAkhahu
وَٱبۡعَثۡ
waIb'ath
فِی
fi
ٱلۡمَدَاۤىِٕنِ
Almadaaini
حَـٰشِرِینَ
haashirina
٣٦
26:36
They said, "Postpone him and his brother, and send in the cities gatherers -
یَأۡتُوكَ
yaAtuka
بِكُلِّ
bikulli
سَحَّارٍ
sahharin
عَلِیمࣲ
'alim
٣٧
26:37
They (will) bring to you every magician, learned."
فَجُمِعَ
fajumi'a
ٱلسَّحَرَةُ
Assaharahu
لِمِیقَـٰتِ
limiqaati
یَوۡمࣲ
yawm
مَّعۡلُومࣲ
mma'lum
٣٨
26:38
So were assembled the magicians for (the) appointment (on) a day well-known.
وَقِیلَ
waqila
لِلنَّاسِ
lilnnasi
هَلۡ
hal
أَنتُم
Antum
مُّجۡتَمِعُونَ
mmujtami'una
٣٩
26:39
And it was said to the people, "Will you assemble
لَعَلَّنَا
la'allana
نَتَّبِعُ
nattabi'u
ٱلسَّحَرَةَ
Assaharaha
إِن
In
كَانُوا۟
kanua
هُمُ
humu
ٱلۡغَـٰلِبِینَ
Alghaalibina
٤٠
26:40
That we may follow the magicians if they are the victorious?"
فَلَمَّا
falamma
جَاۤءَ
jaa'a
ٱلسَّحَرَةُ
Assaharahu
قَالُوا۟
qalua
لِفِرۡعَوۡنَ
lifir'awna
أَىِٕنَّ
Aainna
لَنَا
lana
لَأَجۡرًا
laAjrana
إِن
In
كُنَّا
kunna
نَحۡنُ
nahnu
ٱلۡغَـٰلِبِینَ
Alghaalibina
٤١
26:41
So when came the magicians, they said to Firaun, "Is there for us a reward if we are the victorious?"
قَالَ
qala
نَعَمۡ
na'am
وَإِنَّكُمۡ
waInnakum
إِذࣰا
Idha
لَّمِنَ
llamina
ٱلۡمُقَرَّبِینَ
Almuqarrabina
٤٢
26:42
He said, "Yes, and indeed you then surely (will be) of the ones who are brought near."
قَالَ
qala
لَهُم
lahum
مُّوسَىٰۤ
mmusaa
أَلۡقُوا۟
Alqua
مَاۤ
maa
أَنتُم
Antum
مُّلۡقُونَ
mmulquna
٤٣
26:43
Said to them Musa. "Throw what you (are) going to throw."
فَأَلۡقَوۡا۟
faAlqawa
حِبَالَهُمۡ
hibalahum
وَعِصِیَّهُمۡ
wa'isiyyahum
وَقَالُوا۟
waqalua
بِعِزَّةِ
bi'izzahi
فِرۡعَوۡنَ
fir'awna
إِنَّا
Inna
لَنَحۡنُ
lanahnu
ٱلۡغَـٰلِبُونَ
Alghaalibuna
٤٤
26:44
So they threw their ropes and their staffs and said, "By the might (of) Firaun, indeed, we surely, we (are) the victorious."
فَأَلۡقَىٰ
faAlqaa
مُوسَىٰ
musaa
عَصَاهُ
'asahu
فَإِذَا
faIdha
هِیَ
hiya
تَلۡقَفُ
talqafu
مَا
ma
یَأۡفِكُونَ
yaAfikuna
٤٥
26:45
Then threw Musa his staff and behold! It swallowed what they falsified.
فَأُلۡقِیَ
faAulqiya
ٱلسَّحَرَةُ
Assaharahu
سَـٰجِدِینَ
saajidina
٤٦
26:46
Then fell down the magicians prostrate.
قَالُوۤا۟
qalua
ءَامَنَّا
'amanna
بِرَبِّ
birabbi
ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ
Al'aalamina
٤٧
26:47
They said, "We believe in (the) Lord (of) the worlds,
رَبِّ
rabbi
مُوسَىٰ
musaa
وَهَـٰرُونَ
wahaaruna
٤٨
26:48
Lord (of) Musa and Harun."
قَالَ
qala
ءَامَنتُمۡ
'amantum
لَهُۥ
lahu
قَبۡلَ
qabla
أَنۡ
An
ءَاذَنَ
'adhana
لَكُمۡۖ
lakum
إِنَّهُۥ
Innahu
لَكَبِیرُكُمُ
lakabirukumu
ٱلَّذِی
Alladhi
عَلَّمَكُمُ
'allamakumu
ٱلسِّحۡرَ
Assihra
فَلَسَوۡفَ
falasawfa
تَعۡلَمُونَۚ
ta'lamuna
لَأُقَطِّعَنَّ
laAuqatti'anna
أَیۡدِیَكُمۡ
Aydiyakum
وَأَرۡجُلَكُم
waArjulakum
مِّنۡ
mmin
خِلَـٰفࣲ
khilaaf
وَلَأُصَلِّبَنَّكُمۡ
walaAusallibannakum
أَجۡمَعِینَ
Ajma'ina
٤٩
26:49
He said, "You believed in him before [that] I gave permission to you. Indeed, he (is) surely your chief who has taught you the magic, so surely soon you will know. I will surely cut off your hands and your feet of opposite sides, and I will surely crucify you all."
قَالُوا۟

ضَیۡرَۖ

إِنَّاۤ
Innaa
إِلَىٰ
Ilaa
رَبِّنَا

مُنقَلِبُونَ

26:50
They said, "No harm. Indeed, we to our Lord (will) return.
إِنَّا
Inna
نَطۡمَعُ
natma'u
أَن
An
یَغۡفِرَ
yaghfira
لَنَا
lana
رَبُّنَا
rabbuna
خَطَـٰیَـٰنَاۤ
khataayaanaa
أَن
An
كُنَّاۤ
kunnaa
أَوَّلَ
Awwala
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ
Almuuminina
٥١
26:51
Indeed, we hope that will forgive us our Lord our sins, because we are (the) first (of) the believers."
۞ وَأَوۡحَیۡنَاۤ
waAwhaynaa
إِلَىٰ
Ilaa
مُوسَىٰۤ
musaa
أَنۡ
An
أَسۡرِ
Asri
بِعِبَادِیۤ
bi'ibadi
إِنَّكُم
Innakum
مُّتَّبَعُونَ
mmuttaba'una
٥٢
26:52
And We inspired to Musa, [that] "Travel by night with My slaves, indeed, you (will be) followed."
فَأَرۡسَلَ
faArsala
فِرۡعَوۡنُ
fir'awnu
فِی
fi
ٱلۡمَدَاۤىِٕنِ
Almadaaini
حَـٰشِرِینَ
haashirina
٥٣
26:53
Then sent Firaun in the cities gatherers,
إِنَّ
Inna
هَـٰۤؤُلَاۤءِ
haauulaa'i
لَشِرۡذِمَةࣱ
lashirdhimah
قَلِیلُونَ
qaliluna
٥٤
26:54
"Indeed, these (are) certainly a band small
وَإِنَّهُمۡ
waInnahum
لَنَا
lana
لَغَاۤىِٕظُونَ
laghaaizuna
٥٥
26:55
And indeed, they [to] us (are) surely enraging,
وَإِنَّا
waInna
لَجَمِیعٌ
lajami'un
حَـٰذِرُونَ
haadhiruna
٥٦
26:56
And indeed, we (are) surely a multitude forewarned."
فَأَخۡرَجۡنَـٰهُم
faAkhrajnaahum
مِّن
mmin
جَنَّـٰتࣲ
jannaat
وَعُیُونࣲ
wa'uyun
٥٧
26:57
So We expelled them from gardens and springs,
وَكُنُوزࣲ
wakunuz
وَمَقَامࣲ
wamaqam
كَرِیمࣲ
karim
٥٨
26:58
And treasures and a place honorable,
كَذَ ٰلِكَۖ
kadhaalika
وَأَوۡرَثۡنَـٰهَا
waAwrathnaaha
بَنِیۤ
bani
إِسۡرَ ٰۤءِیلَ
Israa'ila
٥٩
26:59
Thus. And We caused to inherit them (the) Children (of) Israel.
فَأَتۡبَعُوهُم
faAtba'uhum
مُّشۡرِقِینَ
mmushriqina
٦٠
26:60
So they followed them (at) sunrise.
فَلَمَّا
falamma
تَرَ ٰۤءَا
taraa'a
ٱلۡجَمۡعَانِ
Aljam'ani
قَالَ
qala
أَصۡحَـٰبُ
Ashaabu
مُوسَىٰۤ
musaa
إِنَّا
Inna
لَمُدۡرَكُونَ
lamudrakuna
٦١
26:61
Then when saw each other the two hosts, said (the) companions (of) Musa, "Indeed, we (are) surely to be overtaken."
قَالَ
qala
كَلَّاۤۖ
kallaa
إِنَّ
Inna
مَعِیَ
ma'iya
رَبِّی
rabbi
سَیَهۡدِینِ
sayahdini
٦٢
26:62
He said, "Nay, indeed, with me (is) my Lord, He will guide me."
فَأَوۡحَیۡنَاۤ
faAwhaynaa
إِلَىٰ
Ilaa
مُوسَىٰۤ
musaa
أَنِ
Ani
ٱضۡرِب
Idrib
بِّعَصَاكَ
bbi'asaka
ٱلۡبَحۡرَۖ
Albahra
فَٱنفَلَقَ
faInfalaqa
فَكَانَ
fakana
كُلُّ
kullu
فِرۡقࣲ
firq
كَٱلطَّوۡدِ
kaAttawdi
ٱلۡعَظِیمِ
Al'azimi
٦٣
26:63
Then We inspired to Musa, [that] "Strike with your staff the sea." So it parted and became each part like the mountain [the] great.
وَأَزۡلَفۡنَا
waAzlafna
ثَمَّ
thamma
ٱلۡءَاخَرِینَ
Al'akharina
٦٤
26:64
And We brought near there, the others.
وَأَنجَیۡنَا
waAnjayna
مُوسَىٰ
musaa
وَمَن
waman
مَّعَهُۥۤ
mma'ahu
أَجۡمَعِینَ
Ajma'ina
٦٥
26:65
And We saved Musa and who (were) with him all.
ثُمَّ
thumma
أَغۡرَقۡنَا
Aghraqna
ٱلۡءَاخَرِینَ
Al'akharina
٦٦
26:66
Then We drowned the others.
إِنَّ
Inna
فِی
fi
ذَ ٰلِكَ
dhaalika
لَءَایَةࣰۖ
la'ayah
وَمَا
wama
كَانَ
kana
أَكۡثَرُهُم
Aktharuhum
مُّؤۡمِنِینَ
mmuuminina
٦٧
26:67
Indeed, in that surely (is) a Sign, but not are most of them believers.
وَإِنَّ

رَبَّكَ
rabbaka
لَهُوَ
lahuwa
ٱلۡعَزِیزُ
Al'azizu
ٱلرَّحِیمُ
Arrahimu
٦٨
26:68
And indeed, your Lord, surely He (is) the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.
وَٱتۡلُ
waItlu
عَلَیۡهِمۡ
'alayhim
نَبَأَ
nabaA
إِبۡرَ ٰهِیمَ
Ibraahima
٦٩
26:69
And recite to them (the) news (of) Ibrahim,
إِذۡ
Idh
قَالَ
qala
لِأَبِیهِ
liAbihi
وَقَوۡمِهِۦ
waqawmihi
مَا
ma
تَعۡبُدُونَ
ta'buduna
٧٠
26:70
When he said to his father and his people, "What (do) you worship?"
قَالُوا۟
qalua
نَعۡبُدُ
na'budu
أَصۡنَامࣰا
Asnama
فَنَظَلُّ
fanazallu
لَهَا
laha
عَـٰكِفِینَ
'aakifina
٧١
26:71
They said, "We worship idols, so we will remain to them devoted."
قَالَ

هَلۡ
hal
یَسۡمَعُونَكُمۡ
yasma'unakum
إِذۡ
Idh
تَدۡعُونَ
tad'una
٧٢

He said, "Do they hear you when you call?
أَوۡ

یَنفَعُونَكُمۡ

یَضُرُّونَ

Or (do) they benefit you or they harm (you)?"
قَالُوا۟

وَجَدۡنَاۤ

ءَابَاۤءَنَا

كَذَ ٰلِكَ

یَفۡعَلُونَ

They said, "Nay, but we found our forefathers like that - doing."
قَالَ

أَفَرَءَیۡتُم
Afara'aytum
مَّا
mma
كُنتُمۡ
kuntum
تَعۡبُدُونَ
ta'buduna

26:75
He said, "Do you see what you have been worshipping,
أَنتُمۡ
Antum
وَءَابَاۤؤُكُمُ
wa'abaauukumu
ٱلۡأَقۡدَمُونَ
AlAqdamuna

26:76
You and your forefathers (of) the ancient (people).
فَإِنَّهُمۡ
faInnahum
عَدُوࣱّ
'aduww
لِّیۤ
lli
إِلَّا
Illa
رَبَّ
rabba
ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ
Al'aalamina
٧٧
26:77
Indeed, they (are) enemies to me, except (the) Lord (of) the worlds,
ٱلَّذِی
Alladhi
خَلَقَنِی
khalaqani
فَهُوَ
fahuwa
یَهۡدِینِ
yahdini
٧٨
26:78
The One Who created me, and He guides me.
وَٱلَّذِی
waAlladhi
هُوَ
huwa
یُطۡعِمُنِی
yut'imuni
وَیَسۡقِینِ
wayasqini
٧٩
26:79
And the One Who [He] gives me food and gives me drink.
وَإِذَا
waIdha
مَرِضۡتُ
maridtu
فَهُوَ
fahuwa
یَشۡفِینِ
yashfini
٨٠
26:80
And when I am ill, then He cures me,
وَٱلَّذِی
waAlladhi
یُمِیتُنِی
yumituni
ثُمَّ
thumma
یُحۡیِینِ
yuhyini
٨١
26:81
And the One Who will cause me to die then he will give me life,
وَٱلَّذِیۤ
waAlladhi
أَطۡمَعُ
Atma'u
أَن
An
یَغۡفِرَ
yaghfira
لِی
li
خَطِیۤءَتِی
khati'ati
یَوۡمَ
yawma
ٱلدِّینِ
Addini

26:82
And the One Who - I hope that He will forgive for me my faults (on the) Day (of) the Judgment.
رَبِّ

هَبۡ

لِی
li
حُكۡمࣰا
hukma
وَأَلۡحِقۡنِی
waAlhiqni
بِٱلصَّـٰلِحِینَ
biAssaalihina
٨٣
26:83
My Lord! Grant [for] me wisdom and join me with the righteous.
وَٱجۡعَل
waIj'al
لِّی
lli
لِسَانَ
lisana
صِدۡقࣲ
sidq
فِی
fi
ٱلۡءَاخِرِینَ
Al'akhirina
٨٤
26:84
And grant [for] me a mention (of) honor among the later (generations).
وَٱجۡعَلۡنِی
waIj'alni
مِن
min
وَرَثَةِ
warathahi
جَنَّةِ
jannahi
ٱلنَّعِیمِ
Anna'imi
٨٥
26:85
And make me of (the) inheritors (of) Garden(s) (of) Delight.
وَٱغۡفِرۡ
waIghfir
لِأَبِیۤ
liAbi
إِنَّهُۥ
Innahu
كَانَ
kana
مِنَ
mina
ٱلضَّاۤلِّینَ
Addaallina
٨٦
26:86
And forgive my father. Indeed, he is of those astray.
وَلَا
wala
تُخۡزِنِی
tukhzini
یَوۡمَ
yawma
یُبۡعَثُونَ
yub'athuna
٨٧
26:87
And (do) not disgrace me (on the) Day they are resurrected,
یَوۡمَ
yawma
لَا
la
یَنفَعُ
yanfa'u
مَالࣱ
mal
وَلَا
wala
بَنُونَ
banuna
٨٨
26:88
(The) Day not will benefit wealth and not sons,
إِلَّا
Illa
مَنۡ
man
أَتَى
Ataa
ٱللَّهَ
Allaha
بِقَلۡبࣲ
biqalb
سَلِیمࣲ
salim
٨٩
26:89
Except (he) who comes (to) Allah with a heart sound."
وَأُزۡلِفَتِ
waAuzlifati
ٱلۡجَنَّةُ
Aljannahu
لِلۡمُتَّقِینَ
lilmuttaqina
٩٠
26:90
And (will be) brought near the Paradise for the righteous.
وَبُرِّزَتِ
waburrizati
ٱلۡجَحِیمُ
Aljahimu
لِلۡغَاوِینَ
lilghawina
٩١
26:91
And (will be) made manifest the Hellfire to the deviators.
وَقِیلَ
waqila
لَهُمۡ
lahum
أَیۡنَ
Ayna
مَا
ma
كُنتُمۡ
kuntum
تَعۡبُدُونَ
ta'buduna
٩٢
26:92
And it will be said to them, "Where (is) that you used (to) worship
مِن
min
دُونِ
duni
ٱللَّهِ
Allahi
هَلۡ
hal
یَنصُرُونَكُمۡ
yansurunakum
أَوۡ
Aw
یَنتَصِرُونَ
yantasiruna
٩٣
26:93
from besides Allah? Can they help you or help themselves?"
فَكُبۡكِبُوا۟
fakubkibua
فِیهَا
fiha
هُمۡ
hum
وَٱلۡغَاوُۥنَ
waAlghawuna
٩٤
26:94
Then they will be overturned into it, they and the deviators
وَجُنُودُ
wajunudu
إِبۡلِیسَ
Iblisa
أَجۡمَعُونَ
Ajma'una
٩٥
26:95
And (the) hosts (of) Iblis all together.
قَالُوا۟
qalua
وَهُمۡ
wahum
فِیهَا
fiha
یَخۡتَصِمُونَ
yakhtasimuna
٩٦
26:96
They (will) say while they in it (are) disputing,
تَٱللَّهِ
taAllahi
إِن
In
كُنَّا
kunna
لَفِی
lafi
ضَلَـٰلࣲ
dalaal
مُّبِینٍ
mmubinin
٩٧
26:97
"By Allah, indeed, we were surely in error clear
إِذۡ
Idh
نُسَوِّیكُم
nusawwikum
بِرَبِّ
birabbi
ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ
Al'aalamina
٩٨
26:98
When we equated you with (the) Lord (of) the worlds.
وَمَاۤ
wamaa
أَضَلَّنَاۤ
Adallanaa
إِلَّا
Illa
ٱلۡمُجۡرِمُونَ
Almujrimuna
٩٩
26:99
And not misguided us except the criminals.
فَمَا
fama
لَنَا
lana
مِن
min
شَـٰفِعِینَ
shaafi'ina
١٠٠
26:100
So (now) not we have any intercessors
وَلَا
wala
صَدِیقٍ
sadiqin
حَمِیمࣲ
hamim
١٠١
26:101
And not a friend close.
فَلَوۡ
falaw
أَنَّ
Anna
لَنَا
lana
كَرَّةࣰ
karrah
فَنَكُونَ
fanakuna
مِنَ
mina
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ
Almuuminina
١٠٢
26:102
Then if that we had a return, then we could be of the believers."
إِنَّ
Inna
فِی
fi
ذَ ٰلِكَ
dhaalika
لَءَایَةࣰۖ
la'ayah
وَمَا
wama
كَانَ
kana
أَكۡثَرُهُم
Aktharuhum
مُّؤۡمِنِینَ
mmuuminina

26:103
Indeed, in that surely is a Sign, but not are most of them believers.
وَإِنَّ
waInna
رَبَّكَ
rabbaka
لَهُوَ
lahuwa
ٱلۡعَزِیزُ
Al'azizu
ٱلرَّحِیمُ
Arrahimu
١٠٤
26:104
And indeed, your Lord, surely He (is) the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.
كَذَّبَتۡ

قَوۡمُ
qawmu
نُوحٍ
nuhin
ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِینَ
Almursalina
١٠٥
26:105
Denied (the) people (of) Nuh the Messengers
إِذۡ

قَالَ

لَهُمۡ
lahum
أَخُوهُمۡ
Akhuhum
نُوحٌ
nuhun
أَلَا
Ala
تَتَّقُونَ
tattaquna
١٠٦
26:106
When said to them their brother Nuh, "Will not you fear (Allah)?
إِنِّی
Inni
لَكُمۡ
lakum
رَسُولٌ
rasulun
أَمِینࣱ
Amin
١٠٧
26:107
Indeed, I am to you a Messenger trustworthy.
فَٱتَّقُوا۟
faIttaqua
ٱللَّهَ
Allaha
وَأَطِیعُونِ
waAti'uni
١٠٨
26:108
So fear Allah and obey me.
وَمَاۤ
wamaa
أَسۡءَلُكُمۡ
As'alukum
عَلَیۡهِ
'alayhi
مِنۡ
min
أَجۡرٍۖ
Ajrin
إِنۡ
In
أَجۡرِیَ
Ajriya
إِلَّا
Illa
عَلَىٰ
'alaa
رَبِّ
rabbi
ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ
Al'aalamina
١٠٩
26:109
And not I ask (of) you for it any payment. Not (is) my payment but from (the) Lord (of) the worlds.
فَٱتَّقُوا۟
faIttaqua
ٱللَّهَ
Allaha
وَأَطِیعُونِ
waAti'uni
١١٠
26:110
So fear Allah and obey me."
۞ قَالُوۤا۟

أَنُؤۡمِنُ
Anuuminu
لَكَ
laka
وَٱتَّبَعَكَ
waIttaba'aka
ٱلۡأَرۡذَلُونَ
AlArdhaluna

26:111
They said, "Should we believe in you while followed you the lowest?"
قَالَ
qala
وَمَا
wama
عِلۡمِی
'ilmi
بِمَا
bima
كَانُوا۟
kanua
یَعۡمَلُونَ
ya'maluna
١١٢
26:112
He said, "And what (do) I know of what they used (to) do?
إِنۡ
In
حِسَابُهُمۡ
hisabuhum
إِلَّا
Illa
عَلَىٰ
'alaa
رَبِّیۖ
rabbi
لَوۡ
law
تَشۡعُرُونَ
tash'uruna
١١٣
26:113
Verily, their account (is) but upon my Lord, if you perceive.
وَمَاۤ
wamaa
أَنَا۠
Ana
بِطَارِدِ
bitaridi
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ
Almuuminina
١١٤
26:114
And not I am the one to drive away the believers.
إِنۡ
In
أَنَا۠
Ana
إِلَّا
Illa
نَذِیرࣱ
nadhir
مُّبِینࣱ
mmubin
١١٥
26:115
Not I am but a warner clear."
قَالُوا۟

لَىِٕن

لَّمۡ
llam
تَنتَهِ

یَـٰنُوحُ
yaanuhu
لَتَكُونَنَّ
latakunanna
مِنَ
mina
ٱلۡمَرۡجُومِینَ
Almarjumina

26:116
They said, "If not you desist, O Nuh! Surely you will be of (those who are) expelled/stoned
قَالَ

رَبِّ
rabbi
إِنَّ
Inna
قَوۡمِی
qawmi
كَذَّبُونِ
kadhdhabuni
١١٧
26:117
He said, "My Lord! Indeed, my people have denied me.
فَٱفۡتَحۡ
faIftah
بَیۡنِی
bayni
وَبَیۡنَهُمۡ
wabaynahum
فَتۡحࣰا
fatha
وَنَجِّنِی
wanajjini
وَمَن
waman
مَّعِیَ
mma'iya
مِنَ
mina
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ
Almuuminina
١١٨
26:118
So judge between me and between them (with decisive) judgment, and save me and who (are) with me of the believers."
فَأَنجَیۡنَـٰهُ
faAnjaynaahu
وَمَن
waman
مَّعَهُۥ
mma'ahu
فِی
fi
ٱلۡفُلۡكِ
Alfulki
ٱلۡمَشۡحُونِ
Almashhuni
١١٩
26:119
So We saved him and who (were) with him in the ship, laden.
ثُمَّ
thumma
أَغۡرَقۡنَا
Aghraqna
بَعۡدُ
ba'du
ٱلۡبَاقِینَ
Albaqina
١٢٠
26:120
Then We drowned thereafter the remaining ones.
إِنَّ
Inna
فِی
fi
ذَ ٰلِكَ
dhaalika
لَءَایَةࣰۖ
la'ayah
وَمَا
wama
كَانَ
kana
أَكۡثَرُهُم
Aktharuhum
مُّؤۡمِنِینَ
mmuuminina
١٢١
26:121
Indeed, in that surely, (is) a sign but not are most of them believers.
وَإِنَّ
waInna
رَبَّكَ
rabbaka
لَهُوَ
lahuwa
ٱلۡعَزِیزُ
Al'azizu
ٱلرَّحِیمُ
Arrahimu
١٢٢
26:122
And indeed, your Lord surely, He (is) the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.
كَذَّبَتۡ
kadhdhabat
عَادٌ
'adun
ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِینَ
Almursalina
١٢٣
26:123
Denied (the people) of Aad the Messengers.
إِذۡ
Idh
قَالَ
qala
لَهُمۡ
lahum
أَخُوهُمۡ
Akhuhum
هُودٌ
hudun
أَلَا
Ala
تَتَّقُونَ
tattaquna
١٢٤
26:124
When said to them their brother Hud, "Will not you fear (Allah)?
إِنِّی
Inni
لَكُمۡ
lakum
رَسُولٌ
rasulun
أَمِینࣱ
Amin
١٢٥
26:125
Indeed, I am to you a Messenger trustworthy.
فَٱتَّقُوا۟
faIttaqua
ٱللَّهَ
Allaha
وَأَطِیعُونِ
waAti'uni
١٢٦
26:126
So fear Allah and obey me.
وَمَاۤ
wamaa
أَسۡءَلُكُمۡ
As'alukum
عَلَیۡهِ
'alayhi
مِنۡ
min
أَجۡرٍۖ
Ajrin
إِنۡ
In
أَجۡرِیَ
Ajriya
إِلَّا
Illa
عَلَىٰ
'alaa
رَبِّ
rabbi
ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ
Al'aalamina
١٢٧
26:127
And not I ask you for it any payment. Not (is) my payment except from (the) Lord (of) the worlds.
أَتَبۡنُونَ
Atabnuna
بِكُلِّ
bikulli
رِیعٍ
ri'in
ءَایَةࣰ
'ayah
تَعۡبَثُونَ
ta'bathuna

26:128
Do you construct on every elevation a sign, amusing yourselves,
وَتَتَّخِذُونَ
watattakhidhuna
مَصَانِعَ
masani'a
لَعَلَّكُمۡ
la'allakum
تَخۡلُدُونَ
takhluduna
١٢٩
26:129
And take for yourselves strongholds that you may live forever?
وَإِذَا
waIdha
بَطَشۡتُم
batashtum
بَطَشۡتُمۡ
batashtum
جَبَّارِینَ
jabbarina
١٣٠
26:130
And when you seize, you seize (as) tyrants.
فَٱتَّقُوا۟
faIttaqua
ٱللَّهَ
Allaha
وَأَطِیعُونِ
waAti'uni
١٣١
26:131
So fear Allah and obey me.
وَٱتَّقُوا۟
waIttaqua
ٱلَّذِیۤ
Alladhi
أَمَدَّكُم
Amaddakum
بِمَا
bima
تَعۡلَمُونَ
ta'lamuna
١٣٢
26:132
And fear the One Who has aided you with what you know,
أَمَدَّكُم
Amaddakum
بِأَنۡعَـٰمࣲ
biAn'aam
وَبَنِینَ
wabanina
١٣٣
26:133
He has aided you with cattle and children,
وَجَنَّـٰتࣲ
wajannaat
وَعُیُونٍ
wa'uyunin
١٣٤
26:134
And gardens and springs.
إِنِّیۤ
Inni
أَخَافُ
Akhafu
عَلَیۡكُمۡ
'alaykum
عَذَابَ
'adhaba
یَوۡمٍ
yawmin
عَظِیمࣲ
'azim
١٣٥
26:135
Indeed, I [I] fear for you (the) punishment (of) a Day Great."
قَالُوا۟
qalua
سَوَاۤءٌ
sawaa'un
عَلَیۡنَاۤ
'alaynaa
أَوَعَظۡتَ
Awa'azta
أَمۡ
Am
لَمۡ
lam
تَكُن
takun
مِّنَ
mmina
ٱلۡوَ ٰعِظِینَ
Alwaa'izina
١٣٦
26:136
They said, "(It is) same to us whether you advise or not you are of the advisors.
إِنۡ
In
هَـٰذَاۤ
haadhaa
إِلَّا
Illa
خُلُقُ
khuluqu
ٱلۡأَوَّلِینَ
AlAwwalina
١٣٧
26:137
Not (is) this but (the) custom (of) the former (people),
وَمَا
wama
نَحۡنُ
nahnu
بِمُعَذَّبِینَ
bimu'adhdhabina
١٣٨
26:138
And not we (are) the ones to be punished."
فَكَذَّبُوهُ
fakadhdhabuhu
فَأَهۡلَكۡنَـٰهُمۡۚ
faAhlaknaahum
إِنَّ
Inna
فِی
fi
ذَ ٰلِكَ
dhaalika
لَءَایَةࣰۖ
la'ayah
وَمَا
wama
كَانَ
kana
أَكۡثَرُهُم
Aktharuhum
مُّؤۡمِنِینَ
mmuuminina
١٣٩
26:139
So they denied him, then We destroyed them. Indeed, in that surely, is a sign, but not are most of them believers.
وَإِنَّ
waInna
رَبَّكَ
rabbaka
لَهُوَ
lahuwa
ٱلۡعَزِیزُ
Al'azizu
ٱلرَّحِیمُ
Arrahimu
١٤٠
26:140
And indeed, your Lord surely, He (is) the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.
كَذَّبَتۡ

ثَمُودُ
thamudu
ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِینَ
Almursalina

Denied Thamud, the Messengers
إِذۡ

قَالَ

لَهُمۡ
lahum
أَخُوهُمۡ
Akhuhum
صَـٰلِحٌ
saalihun
أَلَا
Ala
تَتَّقُونَ
tattaquna
١٤٢
26:142
When, said to them their brother Salih, "Will not you fear (Allah)?
إِنِّی
Inni
لَكُمۡ
lakum
رَسُولٌ
rasulun
أَمِینࣱ
Amin
١٤٣
26:143
Indeed, I am to you a Messenger trustworthy.
فَٱتَّقُوا۟
faIttaqua
ٱللَّهَ
Allaha
وَأَطِیعُونِ
waAti'uni
١٤٤
26:144
So fear Allah and obey me.
وَمَاۤ
wamaa
أَسۡءَلُكُمۡ
As'alukum
عَلَیۡهِ
'alayhi
مِنۡ
min
أَجۡرٍۖ
Ajrin
إِنۡ
In
أَجۡرِیَ
Ajriya
إِلَّا
Illa
عَلَىٰ
'alaa
رَبِّ
rabbi
ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ
Al'aalamina
١٤٥
26:145
And not I ask you for it any payment. Not (is) my payment except from (the) Lord (of) the worlds.
أَتُتۡرَكُونَ
Atutrakuna
فِی
fi
مَا
ma
هَـٰهُنَاۤ
haahunaa
ءَامِنِینَ
'aminina
١٤٦
26:146
Will you be left in what (is) here secure,
فِی
fi
جَنَّـٰتࣲ
jannaat
وَعُیُونࣲ
wa'uyun
١٤٧
26:147
In gardens and springs,
وَزُرُوعࣲ
wazuru'
وَنَخۡلࣲ
wanakhl
طَلۡعُهَا
tal'uha
هَضِیمࣱ
hadim
١٤٨
26:148
And cornfields and date-palms its spadix soft?
وَتَنۡحِتُونَ
watanhituna
مِنَ
mina
ٱلۡجِبَالِ
Aljibali
بُیُوتࣰا
buyuta
فَـٰرِهِینَ
faarihina
١٤٩
26:149
And you carve of the mountains, houses skillfully.
فَٱتَّقُوا۟
faIttaqua
ٱللَّهَ
Allaha
وَأَطِیعُونِ
waAti'uni
١٥٠
26:150
So fear Allah and obey me.
وَلَا
wala
تُطِیعُوۤا۟
tuti'ua
أَمۡرَ
Amra
ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِینَ
Almusrifina
١٥١
26:151
And (do) not obey (the) command (of) the transgressors,
ٱلَّذِینَ
Alladhina
یُفۡسِدُونَ
yufsiduna
فِی
fi
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
AlArdi
وَلَا
wala
یُصۡلِحُونَ
yuslihuna
١٥٢
26:152
Those who spread corruption in the earth and (do) not reform."
قَالُوۤا۟
qalua
إِنَّمَاۤ
Innamaa
أَنتَ
Anta
مِنَ
mina
ٱلۡمُسَحَّرِینَ
Almusahharina
١٥٣
26:153
They said, "Only you (are) of those bewitched.
مَاۤ
maa
أَنتَ
Anta
إِلَّا
Illa
بَشَرࣱ
bashar
مِّثۡلُنَا
mmithluna
فَأۡتِ
faAti
بِءَایَةٍ
bi'ayahin
إِن
In
كُنتَ
kunta
مِنَ
mina
ٱلصَّـٰدِقِینَ
Assaadiqina
١٥٤
26:154
Not you (are) except a man like us, so bring a sign, if you (are) of the truthful."
قَالَ
qala
هَـٰذِهِۦ
haadhihi
نَاقَةࣱ
naqah
لَّهَا
llaha
شِرۡبࣱ
shirb
وَلَكُمۡ
walakum
شِرۡبُ
shirbu
یَوۡمࣲ
yawm
مَّعۡلُومࣲ
mma'lum
١٥٥
26:155
He said, "This (is) a she-camel. For her (is a share of) drink, and for you (is a share of) drink (on) a day known.
وَلَا
wala
تَمَسُّوهَا
tamassuha
بِسُوۤءࣲ
bisu'
فَیَأۡخُذَكُمۡ
fayaAkhudhakum
عَذَابُ
'adhabu
یَوۡمٍ
yawmin
عَظِیمࣲ
'azim
١٥٦
26:156
And (do) not touch her with harm, lest seize you (the) punishment (of) a Day Great."
فَعَقَرُوهَا
fa'aqaruha
فَأَصۡبَحُوا۟
faAsbahua
نَـٰدِمِینَ
naadimina
١٥٧
26:157
But they hamstrung her, then they became regretful.
فَأَخَذَهُمُ
faAkhadhahumu
ٱلۡعَذَابُۚ
Al'adhabu
إِنَّ
Inna
فِی
fi
ذَ ٰلِكَ
dhaalika
لَءَایَةࣰۖ
la'ayah
وَمَا
wama
كَانَ
kana
أَكۡثَرُهُم
Aktharuhum
مُّؤۡمِنِینَ
mmuuminina
١٥٨
26:158
So seized them the punishment. Indeed, in that surely is a sign, but not are most of them believers.
وَإِنَّ
waInna
رَبَّكَ
rabbaka
لَهُوَ
lahuwa
ٱلۡعَزِیزُ
Al'azizu
ٱلرَّحِیمُ
Arrahimu
١٥٩
26:159
And indeed, your Lord, surely He (is) the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.
كَذَّبَتۡ

لُوطٍ
lutin
ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِینَ
Almursalina

Denied, (the) people (of) Lut, the Messengers.

أَخُوهُمۡ

لُوطٌ

Ala
تَتَّقُونَ

When said to them their brother Lut, "Will not you fear (Allah)?

Indeed, I am to you a Messenger trustworthy.
فَٱتَّقُوا۟
faIttaqua
ٱللَّهَ

وَأَطِیعُونِ

So fear Allah and obey me.
وَمَاۤ
wamaa
أَسۡءَلُكُمۡ
As'alukum
عَلَیۡهِ
'alayhi
مِنۡ
min
أَجۡرٍۖ
Ajrin
إِنۡ
In
أَجۡرِیَ
Ajriya
إِلَّا
Illa
عَلَىٰ
'alaa
رَبِّ
rabbi
ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ
Al'aalamina
١٦٤
26:164
And not I ask you for it any payment Not (is) my payment except from (the) Lord (of) the worlds.
أَتَأۡتُونَ
AtaAtuna
ٱلذُّكۡرَانَ
Adhdhukrana
مِنَ
mina
ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ
Al'aalamina
١٦٥
26:165
Do you approach the males among the worlds
وَتَذَرُونَ
watadharuna
مَا
ma
خَلَقَ
khalaqa
لَكُمۡ
lakum
رَبُّكُم
rabbukum
مِّنۡ
mmin
أَزۡوَ ٰجِكُمۚ
Azwaajikum
بَلۡ
bal
أَنتُمۡ
Antum
قَوۡمٌ
qawmun
عَادُونَ
'aduna
١٦٦
26:166
And you leave what created for you your Lord, of your mates? Nay, you (are) a people transgressing."
قَالُوا۟

لَىِٕن
laain
لَّمۡ
llam
تَنتَهِ
tantahi
یَـٰلُوطُ
yaalutu
لَتَكُونَنَّ
latakunanna
مِنَ
mina
ٱلۡمُخۡرَجِینَ
Almukhrajina
١٦٧
26:167
They said, "If not you desist, O Lut! Surely, you will be of the ones driven out."
قَالَ
qala
إِنِّی
Inni
لِعَمَلِكُم
li'amalikum
مِّنَ
mmina
ٱلۡقَالِینَ
Alqalina
١٦٨
26:168
He said, "Indeed, I am (of) your deed of those who detest.
رَبِّ
rabbi
نَجِّنِی
najjini
وَأَهۡلِی
waAhli
مِمَّا
mimma
یَعۡمَلُونَ
ya'maluna
١٦٩
26:169
My Lord! Save me and my family from what they do."
فَنَجَّیۡنَـٰهُ
fanajjaynaahu
وَأَهۡلَهُۥۤ
waAhlahu
أَجۡمَعِینَ
Ajma'ina
١٧٠
26:170
So We saved him and his family all,
إِلَّا
Illa
عَجُوزࣰا
'ajuza
فِی
fi
ٱلۡغَـٰبِرِینَ
Alghaabirina
١٧١
26:171
Except an old woman, (was) among those who remained behind.
ثُمَّ
thumma
دَمَّرۡنَا
dammarna
ٱلۡءَاخَرِینَ
Al'akharina
١٧٢
26:172
Then We destroyed the others.
وَأَمۡطَرۡنَا
waAmtarna
عَلَیۡهِم
'alayhim
مَّطَرࣰاۖ
mmatara
فَسَاۤءَ
fasaa'a
مَطَرُ
mataru
ٱلۡمُنذَرِینَ
Almundharina
١٧٣
26:173
And We rained upon them a rain, and evil was (was) the rain (on) those who were warned.
إِنَّ
Inna
فِی
fi
ذَ ٰلِكَ
dhaalika
لَءَایَةࣰۖ
la'ayah
وَمَا
wama
كَانَ
kana
أَكۡثَرُهُم
Aktharuhum
مُّؤۡمِنِینَ
mmuuminina
١٧٤
26:174
Indeed, in that surely is a sign, but not are most of them believers.
وَإِنَّ
waInna
رَبَّكَ
rabbaka
لَهُوَ
lahuwa
ٱلۡعَزِیزُ
Al'azizu
ٱلرَّحِیمُ
Arrahimu
١٧٥
26:175
And indeed, your Lord, surely, He (is) the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.
كَذَّبَ
kadhdhaba
أَصۡحَـٰبُ
Ashaabu
لۡءَیۡكَةِ
l'aykahi
ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِینَ
Almursalina
١٧٦
26:176
Denied (the) companions (of the) Wood, the Messengers.
إِذۡ
Idh
قَالَ
qala
لَهُمۡ
lahum
شُعَیۡبٌ
shu'aybun
أَلَا
Ala
تَتَّقُونَ
tattaquna
١٧٧
26:177
When, said to them Shuaib, "Will not you fear (Allah)?
إِنِّی
Inni
لَكُمۡ
lakum
رَسُولٌ
rasulun
أَمِینࣱ
Amin
١٧٨
26:178
Indeed, I am to you a Messenger trustworthy.
فَٱتَّقُوا۟
faIttaqua
ٱللَّهَ
Allaha
وَأَطِیعُونِ
waAti'uni
١٧٩
26:179
So fear Allah and obey me.
وَمَاۤ
wamaa
أَسۡءَلُكُمۡ
As'alukum
عَلَیۡهِ
'alayhi
مِنۡ
min
أَجۡرٍۖ
Ajrin
إِنۡ
In
أَجۡرِیَ
Ajriya
إِلَّا
Illa
عَلَىٰ
'alaa
رَبِّ
rabbi
ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ
Al'aalamina
١٨٠
26:180
And not I ask (of) you for it any payment. Not (is) my payment except from (the) Lord (of) the worlds.
۞ أَوۡفُوا۟
Awfua
ٱلۡكَیۡلَ
Alkayla
وَلَا
wala
تَكُونُوا۟
takunua
مِنَ
mina
ٱلۡمُخۡسِرِینَ
Almukhsirina

26:181
Give full measure and (do) not be of those who cause loss.
وَزِنُوا۟
wazinua
بِٱلۡقِسۡطَاسِ
biAlqistasi
ٱلۡمُسۡتَقِیمِ
Almustaqimi
١٨٢
26:182
And weigh with a balance, [the] even.
وَلَا
wala
تَبۡخَسُوا۟
tabkhasua
ٱلنَّاسَ
Annasa
أَشۡیَاۤءَهُمۡ
Ashyaa'ahum
وَلَا
wala
تَعۡثَوۡا۟
ta'thawa
فِی
fi
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
AlArdi
مُفۡسِدِینَ
mufsidina
١٨٣
26:183
And (do) not deprive people (of) their things, and (do) not commit evil in the earth, spreading corruption.
وَٱتَّقُوا۟
waIttaqua
ٱلَّذِی
Alladhi
خَلَقَكُمۡ
khalaqakum
وَٱلۡجِبِلَّةَ
waAljibillaha
ٱلۡأَوَّلِینَ
AlAwwalina
١٨٤
26:184
And fear the One Who created you and the generations the former."
قَالُوۤا۟
qalua
إِنَّمَاۤ
Innamaa
أَنتَ
Anta
مِنَ
mina
ٱلۡمُسَحَّرِینَ
Almusahharina
١٨٥
26:185
They said, "Only you (are) of those bewitched.
وَمَاۤ
wamaa
أَنتَ
Anta
إِلَّا
Illa
بَشَرࣱ
bashar
مِّثۡلُنَا
mmithluna
وَإِن
waIn
نَّظُنُّكَ
nnazunnuka
لَمِنَ
lamina
ٱلۡكَـٰذِبِینَ
Alkaadhibina
١٨٦
26:186
And not you (are) except a man like us, and indeed, we think you surely (are) of the liars.
فَأَسۡقِطۡ
faAsqit
عَلَیۡنَا
'alayna
كِسَفࣰا
kisafa
مِّنَ
mmina
ٱلسَّمَاۤءِ
Assamaa'i
إِن
In
كُنتَ
kunta
مِنَ
mina
ٱلصَّـٰدِقِینَ
Assaadiqina
١٨٧
26:187
Then cause to fall upon us fragments of the sky, if you are of the truthful."
قَالَ
qala
رَبِّیۤ
rabbi
أَعۡلَمُ
A'lamu
بِمَا
bima
تَعۡمَلُونَ
ta'maluna
١٨٨
26:188
He said, "My Lord knows best of what you do."
فَكَذَّبُوهُ
fakadhdhabuhu
فَأَخَذَهُمۡ
faAkhadhahum
عَذَابُ
'adhabu
یَوۡمِ
yawmi
ٱلظُّلَّةِۚ
Azzullahi
إِنَّهُۥ
Innahu
كَانَ
kana
عَذَابَ
'adhaba
یَوۡمٍ
yawmin
عَظِیمٍ
'azimin
١٨٩
26:189
But they denied him, so seized them (the) punishment (of the) day (of) the shadow. Indeed, it was (the) punishment (of) a Day Great.
إِنَّ
Inna
فِی
fi
ذَ ٰلِكَ
dhaalika
لَءَایَةࣰۖ
la'ayah
وَمَا
wama
كَانَ
kana
أَكۡثَرُهُم
Aktharuhum
مُّؤۡمِنِینَ
mmuuminina
١٩٠
26:190
Indeed, in that surely, is a sign but not are most of them believers.
وَإِنَّ
waInna
رَبَّكَ
rabbaka
لَهُوَ
lahuwa
ٱلۡعَزِیزُ
Al'azizu
ٱلرَّحِیمُ
Arrahimu
١٩١
26:191
And indeed, your Lord surely, He (is) the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.
وَإِنَّهُۥ
waInnahu
لَتَنزِیلُ
latanzilu
رَبِّ
rabbi
ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ
Al'aalamina
١٩٢
26:192
And indeed, it surely, is a Revelation (of the) Lord (of) the worlds.
نَزَلَ
nazala
بِهِ
bihi
ٱلرُّوحُ
Arruhu
ٱلۡأَمِینُ
AlAminu
١٩٣
26:193
Has brought down it, the Spirit [the] Trustworthy,
عَلَىٰ
'alaa
قَلۡبِكَ
qalbika
لِتَكُونَ
litakuna
مِنَ
mina
ٱلۡمُنذِرِینَ
Almundhirina
١٩٤
26:194
Upon your heart, that you may be of the warners
بِلِسَانٍ
bilisanin
عَرَبِیࣲّ
'arabiyy
مُّبِینࣲ
mmubin
١٩٥
26:195
In language Arabic clear.
وَإِنَّهُۥ
waInnahu
لَفِی
lafi
زُبُرِ
zuburi
ٱلۡأَوَّلِینَ
AlAwwalina
١٩٦
26:196
And indeed, it surely, (is) in (the) Scriptures (of) the former (people).
أَوَ
Awa
لَمۡ
lam
یَكُن
yakun
لَّهُمۡ
llahum
ءَایَةً
'ayahan
أَن
An
یَعۡلَمَهُۥ
ya'lamahu
عُلَمَـٰۤؤُا۟
'ulamaauua
بَنِیۤ
bani
إِسۡرَ ٰۤءِیلَ
Israa'ila
١٩٧
26:197
Is not it to them a sign that know it (the) scholars (of the) Children (of) Israel?
وَلَوۡ
walaw
نَزَّلۡنَـٰهُ
nazzalnaahu
عَلَىٰ
'alaa
بَعۡضِ
ba'di
ٱلۡأَعۡجَمِینَ
AlA'jamina
١٩٨
26:198
And if We (had) revealed it to any (of) the non-Arabs
فَقَرَأَهُۥ
faqaraAhu
عَلَیۡهِم
'alayhim
مَّا
mma
كَانُوا۟
kanua
بِهِۦ
bihi
مُؤۡمِنِینَ
muuminina
١٩٩
26:199
And he (had) recited it to them, not they would in it (be) believers.
كَذَ ٰلِكَ
kadhaalika
سَلَكۡنَـٰهُ
salaknaahu
فِی
fi
قُلُوبِ
qulubi
ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِینَ
Almujrimina
٢٠٠
26:200
Thus We have inserted it into (the) hearts (of) the criminals.
لَا
la
یُؤۡمِنُونَ
yuuminuna
بِهِۦ
bihi
حَتَّىٰ
hattaa
یَرَوُا۟
yarawua
ٱلۡعَذَابَ
Al'adhaba
ٱلۡأَلِیمَ
AlAlima
٢٠١
26:201
Not they will believe in it until they see the punishment [the] painful.
فَیَأۡتِیَهُم
fayaAtiyahum
بَغۡتَةࣰ
baghtah
وَهُمۡ
wahum
لَا
la
یَشۡعُرُونَ
yash'uruna
٢٠٢
26:202
And it will come to them suddenly, while they (do) not perceive.
فَیَقُولُوا۟
fayaqulua
هَلۡ
hal
نَحۡنُ
nahnu
مُنظَرُونَ
munzaruna
٢٠٣
26:203
Then they will say, "Are we (to be) reprieved?"
أَفَبِعَذَابِنَا
Afabi'adhabina
یَسۡتَعۡجِلُونَ
yasta'jiluna
٢٠٤
26:204
So is it for Our punishment they wish to hasten?
أَفَرَءَیۡتَ
Afara'ayta
إِن
In
مَّتَّعۡنَـٰهُمۡ
mmatta'naahum
سِنِینَ
sinina
٢٠٥
26:205
Then have you seen if We let them enjoy (for) years
ثُمَّ
thumma
جَاۤءَهُم
jaa'ahum
مَّا
mma
كَانُوا۟
kanua
یُوعَدُونَ
yu'aduna
٢٠٦
26:206
Then comes to them what they were promised
مَاۤ
maa
أَغۡنَىٰ
Aghnaa
عَنۡهُم
'anhum
مَّا
mma
كَانُوا۟
kanua
یُمَتَّعُونَ
yumatta'una
٢٠٧
26:207
Not (will) avail them what they were given enjoyment?
وَمَاۤ
wamaa
أَهۡلَكۡنَا
Ahlakna
مِن
min
قَرۡیَةٍ
qaryahin
إِلَّا
Illa
لَهَا
laha
مُنذِرُونَ
mundhiruna
٢٠٨
26:208
And not We destroyed any town but it had warners
ذِكۡرَىٰ
dhikraa
وَمَا
wama
كُنَّا
kunna
ظَـٰلِمِینَ
zaalimina
٢٠٩
26:209
(To) remind, and not We are unjust.
وَمَا
wama
تَنَزَّلَتۡ
tanazzalat
بِهِ
bihi
ٱلشَّیَـٰطِینُ
Ashshayaatinu
٢١٠
26:210
And not have brought down it the devils.
وَمَا
wama
یَنۢبَغِی
yanbaghi
لَهُمۡ
lahum
وَمَا
wama
یَسۡتَطِیعُونَ
yastati'una
٢١١
26:211
And not (it) suits [for] them and not they are able.
إِنَّهُمۡ
Innahum
عَنِ
'ani
ٱلسَّمۡعِ
Assam'i
لَمَعۡزُولُونَ
lama'zuluna
٢١٢
26:212
Indeed, they from the hearing (are) surely banished.
فَلَا
fala
تَدۡعُ
tad'u
مَعَ
ma'a
ٱللَّهِ
Allahi
إِلَـٰهًا
Ilaahana
ءَاخَرَ
'akhara
فَتَكُونَ
fatakuna
مِنَ
mina
ٱلۡمُعَذَّبِینَ
Almu'adhdhabina
٢١٣
26:213
So (do) not invoke with Allah, god another lest you be of those punished.
وَأَنذِرۡ
waAndhir
عَشِیرَتَكَ
'ashirataka
ٱلۡأَقۡرَبِینَ
AlAqrabina
٢١٤
26:214
And warn your kindred [the] closest.
وَٱخۡفِضۡ
waIkhfid
جَنَاحَكَ
janahaka
لِمَنِ
limani
ٱتَّبَعَكَ
Ittaba'aka
مِنَ
mina
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ
Almuuminina
٢١٥
26:215
And lower your wing to (those) who follow you of the believers.
فَإِنۡ
faIn
عَصَوۡكَ
'asawka
فَقُلۡ
faqul
إِنِّی
Inni
بَرِیۤءࣱ
bari'
مِّمَّا
mmimma
تَعۡمَلُونَ
ta'maluna
٢١٦
26:216
Then if they disobey you then say, "Indeed, I am innocent of what you do."
وَتَوَكَّلۡ
watawakkal
عَلَى
'alaa
ٱلۡعَزِیزِ
Al'azizi
ٱلرَّحِیمِ
Arrahimi
٢١٧
26:217
And put (your) trust in the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful,
ٱلَّذِی
Alladhi
یَرَىٰكَ
yaraaka
حِینَ
hina
تَقُومُ
taqumu
٢١٨
26:218
The One Who sees you when you stand up
وَتَقَلُّبَكَ
wataqallubaka
فِی
fi
ٱلسَّـٰجِدِینَ
Assaajidina
٢١٩
26:219
And your movements among those who prostrate.
إِنَّهُۥ
Innahu
هُوَ
huwa
ٱلسَّمِیعُ
Assami'u
ٱلۡعَلِیمُ
Al'alimu
٢٢٠
26:220
Indeed, He [He] (is) the All-Hearer, the All-Knower.
هَلۡ
hal
أُنَبِّئُكُمۡ
Aunabbieukum
عَلَىٰ
'alaa
مَن
man
تَنَزَّلُ
tanazzalu
ٱلشَّیَـٰطِینُ
Ashshayaatinu
٢٢١
26:221
Shall I inform you upon whom descend the devils?
تَنَزَّلُ
tanazzalu
عَلَىٰ
'alaa
كُلِّ
kulli
أَفَّاكٍ
Affakin
أَثِیمࣲ
Athim
٢٢٢
26:222
They descend upon every liar sinful.
یُلۡقُونَ
yulquna
ٱلسَّمۡعَ
Assam'a
وَأَكۡثَرُهُمۡ
waAktharuhum
كَـٰذِبُونَ
kaadhibuna
٢٢٣
26:223
They pass on (what is) heard, and most of them (are) liars.
وَٱلشُّعَرَاۤءُ
waAshshu'araa'u
یَتَّبِعُهُمُ
yattabi'uhumu
ٱلۡغَاوُۥنَ
Alghawuna
٢٢٤
26:224
And the poets - follow them the deviators.
أَلَمۡ
Alam
تَرَ
tara
أَنَّهُمۡ
Annahum
فِی
fi
كُلِّ
kulli
وَادࣲ
wad
یَهِیمُونَ
yahimuna
٢٢٥
26:225
Do not you see that they in every valley [they] roam,
وَأَنَّهُمۡ
waAnnahum
یَقُولُونَ
yaquluna
مَا
ma
لَا
la
یَفۡعَلُونَ
yaf'aluna
٢٢٦
26:226
And that they say what not they do?
إِلَّا
Illa
ٱلَّذِینَ
Alladhina
ءَامَنُوا۟
'amanua
وَعَمِلُوا۟
wa'amilua
ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ
Assaalihaati
وَذَكَرُوا۟
wadhakarua
ٱللَّهَ
Allaha
كَثِیرࣰا
kathira
وَٱنتَصَرُوا۟
waIntasarua
مِنۢ
min
بَعۡدِ
ba'di
مَا
ma
ظُلِمُوا۟ۗ
zulimua
وَسَیَعۡلَمُ
wasaya'lamu
ٱلَّذِینَ
Alladhina
ظَلَمُوۤا۟
zalamua
أَیَّ
Ayya
مُنقَلَبࣲ
munqalab
یَنقَلِبُونَ
yanqalibuna
٢٢٧
26:227
Except those who believe and do righteous deeds and remember Allah much, and defend themselves from after that they were wronged. And will come to know those who have wronged (to) what return they will return.
