Quran 26 : 205

Tell Me, if We do let them enjoy for years

Suppose We granted them years of enjoyment,

Tell Me, if We provide them benefit for years

As you see, I tolerated them for so many years

Consider: if We grant them enjoyment for years

So tell me, if We give them enjoyment for years

As you see, we allowed them to enjoy for years.

Think! If We let them enjoy life for some years

Do you see that if We gave them luxury for years

Beholdest thou? - if We let them enjoy for years

Then do you see? If We make them enjoy for years

Think! If We let them live in ease for many years

Think, if we let them enjoy this life for some year

Have you thought if We do let them enjoy for years,

Do you see, should We let them enjoy for some years

What think you? If We let them enjoy life for years

Then have you seen if We let them enjoy (for) years

What do you see? If We gave them enjoyment for years

Do you see that, if We gave them years of enjoyment,

Seest thou, if We let them enjoy themselves for years

Do you see that if We do allow them to enjoy for year

What do you see even if We give them respite for years

Do you think, if We let them enjoy themselves for years

Hast thou then seen, if We content them for (long) years

Have you seen how We let them enjoy themselves for years,

Do you not see that even if We give them respite for year

Have you seen how We let them enjoy themselves for years,

Have you marked? If We provided them provisions for years

Well see then, if We allow them to carry on for some years.

Do you see that We let them enjoy this life for a few years

Then have you considered if We gave them enjoyment for year

Have you then considered if We give them enjoyment for years

So, have you seen if We gave enjoyment to them, lunar years.

What thinkest thou? if we let them enjoy themselves for years

Have you considered that if We make them enjoy for some years,

Hadst thou considered that if We gave them enjoyment for years

Do you see? What if We do let them indulge for a few years?

So did you see if We gave them long life/made them enjoy years

Seest thou? If We do let them enjoy (this life) for a few years

Consider this: even if We were to grant them enjoyment for years.

Have you considered that if We give them provision for some years,

Have you then considered if We let them enjoy themselves for years

Do you see that if We were to make them enjoy [life] for few years,

How thinkest thou? If after we have given them their fill for years

Do you see? (Even) if We let them enjoy (this life) for a few years

Have you considered: if We let them enjoy themselves for some years

Then have you considered if We let them enjoy themselves for years,

What thinkest thou? If We give them enjoyment of days for many years

Then, have you seen, in case We give them enjoyment for (many) years

Did you consider that if We were to let them enjoy life for many year

Therefore observe, that if We give them some comforts for some years,

Imagine ˹O Prophet˺ if We allowed them enjoyment for years,

Have you given it a thought? (Even) if We let them enjoy (life) for years

As you see, Our Law of Respite allows them to enjoy Our bounties for years

Just think: If We let them enjoy (the good things of life) for a few years more

Thus you see... If We give them enjoyment for many years with various blessings,

Do you not see that even if We let them enjoy (worldly bounties) for some more years

What thinkest thou that if WE let them enjoy the good things of this world for years

What thinkest thou? If We suffer them to enjoy the advantage of this life for several years

But hast thou ever considered [this]: If We do allow them to enjoy [this life] for some years

Have you considered that, if We let them enjoy life for many (more) years (– something they will desperately wish for when they face the punishment)
