105:1 Have not you seen how dealt your Lord with (the) Companions (of the) Elephant?
أَلَمۡ Alam
یَجۡعَلۡ yaj'al
كَیۡدَهُمۡ kaydahum
فِی fi
تَضۡلِیلࣲ  tadlil
٢
105:2 Did not He make their plan go astray?
وَأَرۡسَلَ waArsala
عَلَیۡهِمۡ 'alayhim
طَیۡرًا tayrana
أَبَابِیلَ  Ababila
٣
105:3 And He sent against them birds (in) flocks.
تَرۡمِیهِم tarmihim
بِحِجَارَةࣲ bihijarah
مِّن mmin
سِجِّیلࣲ  sijjil
٤
105:4 Striking them with stones of baked clay.
فَجَعَلَهُمۡ faja'alahum
كَعَصۡفࣲ ka'asf
مَّأۡكُولِۭ  mmaAkuli
٥
105:5 Then He made them like straw eaten up.
