20:1 Ta Ha.
مَاۤ maa
أَنزَلۡنَا Anzalna
عَلَیۡكَ 'alayka
ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ Alqur'ana
لِتَشۡقَىٰۤ  litashqaa
٢
20:2 Not We (have) sent down to you the Quran that you be distressed
إِلَّا Illa
تَذۡكِرَةࣰ tadhkirah
لِّمَن lliman
یَخۡشَىٰ  yakhshaa
٣
20:3 (But) (as) a reminder for (those) who fear
تَنزِیلࣰا tanzila
مِّمَّنۡ mmimman
خَلَقَ khalaqa
ٱلۡأَرۡضَ AlArda
وَٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ waAssamaawaati
ٱلۡعُلَى  Al'ulaa
٤
20:4 A revelation from (He) Who created the earth and the heavens [the] high,
ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنُ Arrahmaanu
عَلَى 'alaa
ٱلۡعَرۡشِ Al'arshi
ٱسۡتَوَىٰ  Istawaa
٥
20:5 The Most Gracious over the Throne is established.
لَهُۥ lahu
مَا ma
فِی fi
ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ Assamaawaati
وَمَا wama
فِی fi
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ AlArdi
وَمَا wama
بَیۡنَهُمَا baynahuma
وَمَا wama
تَحۡتَ tahta
ٱلثَّرَىٰ  Aththaraa
٦
20:6 To Him (belongs) whatever (is) in the heavens and whatever (is) in the earth, and whatever (is) between them and whatever (is) under the soil.
وَإِن waIn
تَجۡهَرۡ tajhar
بِٱلۡقَوۡلِ biAlqawli
فَإِنَّهُۥ faInnahu
یَعۡلَمُ ya'lamu
ٱلسِّرَّ Assirra
وَأَخۡفَى  waAkhfaa
٧
20:7 And if you speak aloud the word, then indeed, He knows the secret and the more hidden.
ٱللَّهُ Allahu
لَاۤ laa
إِلَـٰهَ Ilaaha
إِلَّا Illa
هُوَۖ huwa
لَهُ lahu
ٱلۡأَسۡمَاۤءُ AlAsmaa'u
ٱلۡحُسۡنَىٰ  Alhusnaa
٨
20:8 Allah - (there is) no god except Him. To Him (belong) the Names, the Most Beautiful.
وَهَلۡ wahal
أَتَىٰكَ Ataaka
حَدِیثُ hadithu
مُوسَىٰۤ  musaa
٩
20:9 And has come to you the narration (of) Musa?
إِذۡ Idh
رَءَا ra'a
نَارࣰا nara
فَقَالَ faqala
لِأَهۡلِهِ liAhlihi
ٱمۡكُثُوۤا۟ Imkuthua
إِنِّیۤ Inni
ءَانَسۡتُ 'anastu
نَارࣰا nara
لَّعَلِّیۤ lla'alli
ءَاتِیكُم 'atikum
مِّنۡهَا mminha
بِقَبَسٍ biqabasin
أَوۡ Aw
أَجِدُ Ajidu
عَلَى 'alaa
ٱلنَّارِ Annari
هُدࣰى  huda
١٠
20:10 When he saw a fire, then he said to his family, "Stay here; indeed, I [I] perceived a fire; perhaps I (can) bring you therefrom a burning brand, or I find at the fire guidance."
فَلَمَّاۤ falammaa
أَتَىٰهَا Ataaha
نُودِیَ nudiya
یَـٰمُوسَىٰۤ  yaamusaa
١١
20:11 Then when he came to it, he was called, "O Musa,
إِنِّیۤ Inni
أَنَا۠ Ana
رَبُّكَ rabbuka
فَٱخۡلَعۡ faIkhla'
نَعۡلَیۡكَ na'layka
إِنَّكَ Innaka
بِٱلۡوَادِ biAlwadi
ٱلۡمُقَدَّسِ Almuqaddasi
طُوࣰى  tua
١٢
20:12 Indeed, [I] I Am your Lord, so remove your shoes. Indeed, you (are) in the valley the sacred (of) Tuwa.
وَأَنَا waAna
ٱخۡتَرۡتُكَ Ikhtartuka
فَٱسۡتَمِعۡ faIstami'
لِمَا lima
یُوحَىٰۤ  yuhaa
١٣
20:13 And I (have) chosen you, so listen to what is revealed.
إِنَّنِیۤ Innani
أَنَا Ana
ٱللَّهُ Allahu
لَاۤ laa
إِلَـٰهَ Ilaaha
إِلَّاۤ Illaa
أَنَا۠ Ana
فَٱعۡبُدۡنِی faI'budni
وَأَقِمِ waAqimi
ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ Assalawaha
لِذِكۡرِیۤ  lidhikri
١٤
20:14 Indeed, [I] I Am Allah. (There is) no god but I, so worship Me and establish the prayer for My remembrance.
إِنَّ Inna
ٱلسَّاعَةَ Assa'aha
ءَاتِیَةٌ 'atiyahun
أَكَادُ Akadu
أُخۡفِیهَا Aukhfiha
لِتُجۡزَىٰ litujzaa
كُلُّ kullu
نَفۡسِۭ nafsi
بِمَا bima
تَسۡعَىٰ  tas'aa
١٥
20:15 Indeed, the Hour (will be) coming. I almost [I] hide it that may be recompensed every soul for what it strives.
فَلَا fala
یَصُدَّنَّكَ yasuddannaka
عَنۡهَا 'anha
مَن man
لَّا lla
یُؤۡمِنُ yuuminu
بِهَا biha
وَٱتَّبَعَ waIttaba'a
هَوَىٰهُ hawaahu
فَتَرۡدَىٰ  fatardaa
١٦
20:16 So (do) not (let) avert you from it (one) who (does) not believe in it and follows his desires, lest you perish.
وَمَا wama
تِلۡكَ tilka
بِیَمِینِكَ biyaminika
یَـٰمُوسَىٰ  yaamusaa
١٧
20:17 And what (is) that in your right hand, O Musa?"
قَالَ qala
هِیَ hiya
عَصَایَ 'asaya
أَتَوَكَّؤُا۟ Atawakkauua
عَلَیۡهَا 'alayha
وَأَهُشُّ waAhushshu
بِهَا biha
عَلَىٰ 'alaa
غَنَمِی ghanami
وَلِیَ waliya
فِیهَا fiha
مَءَارِبُ ma'aribu
أُخۡرَىٰ  Aukhraa
١٨
20:18 He said, "It (is) my staff; I lean upon it, and I bring down leaves with it for my sheep, and for me in it (are) uses other."
قَالَ qala
أَلۡقِهَا Alqiha
یَـٰمُوسَىٰ  yaamusaa
١٩
20:19 He said, "Throw it down, O Musa!"
فَأَلۡقَىٰهَا faAlqaaha
فَإِذَا faIdha
هِیَ hiya
حَیَّةࣱ hayyah
تَسۡعَىٰ  tas'aa
٢٠
20:20 So he threw it down, and behold! It (was) a snake, moving swiftly.
قَالَ qala
خُذۡهَا khudhha
وَلَا wala
تَخَفۡۖ takhaf
سَنُعِیدُهَا sanu'iduha
سِیرَتَهَا sirataha
ٱلۡأُولَىٰ  AlAulaa
٢١
20:21 He said, "Seize it and (do) not fear. We will return it (to) its state the former.
وَٱضۡمُمۡ waIdmum
یَدَكَ yadaka
إِلَىٰ Ilaa
جَنَاحِكَ janahika
تَخۡرُجۡ takhruj
بَیۡضَاۤءَ baydaa'a
مِنۡ min
غَیۡرِ ghayri
سُوۤءٍ su'in
ءَایَةً 'ayahan
أُخۡرَىٰ  Aukhraa
٢٢
20:22 And draw near your hand to your side; it will come out white, (from) without any disease (as) a sign another.
لِنُرِیَكَ linuriyaka
مِنۡ min
ءَایَـٰتِنَا 'ayaatina
ٱلۡكُبۡرَى  Alkubraa
٢٣
20:23 That We may show you of Our Signs the Greatest.
ٱذۡهَبۡ Idhhab
إِلَىٰ Ilaa
فِرۡعَوۡنَ fir'awna
إِنَّهُۥ Innahu
طَغَىٰ  taghaa
٢٤
20:24 Go to Firaun. Indeed, he (has) transgressed."
قَالَ qala
رَبِّ rabbi
ٱشۡرَحۡ Ishrah
لِی li
صَدۡرِی  sadri
٢٥
20:25 He said, "My Lord! Expand for me my breast
وَیَسِّرۡ wayassir
لِیۤ li
أَمۡرِی  Amri
٢٦
20:26 And ease for me my task
وَٱحۡلُلۡ waIhlul
عُقۡدَةࣰ 'uqdah
مِّن mmin
لِّسَانِی  llisani
٢٧
20:27 And untie (the) knot from my tongue
یَفۡقَهُوا۟ yafqahua
قَوۡلِی  qawli
٢٨
20:28 That they may understand my speech.
وَٱجۡعَل waIj'al
لِّی lli
وَزِیرࣰا wazira
مِّنۡ mmin
أَهۡلِی  Ahli
٢٩
20:29 And appoint for me a minister from my family.
هَـٰرُونَ haaruna
أَخِی  Akhi
٣٠
20:30 Harun, my brother.
ٱشۡدُدۡ Ishdud
بِهِۦۤ bihi
أَزۡرِی  Azri
٣١
20:31 Reinforce through him my strength.
وَأَشۡرِكۡهُ waAshrikhu
فِیۤ fi
أَمۡرِی  Amri
٣٢
20:32 And make him share [in] my task
كَیۡ kay
نُسَبِّحَكَ nusabbihaka
كَثِیرࣰا  kathira
٣٣
20:33 That we may glorify You much
وَنَذۡكُرَكَ wanadhkuraka
كَثِیرًا  kathirana
٣٤
20:34 And [we] remember You much.
إِنَّكَ Innaka
كُنتَ kunta
بِنَا bina
بَصِیرࣰا  basira
٣٥
20:35 Indeed, [You] You are of us All-Seer."
قَالَ qala
قَدۡ qad
أُوتِیتَ Autita
سُؤۡلَكَ suulaka
یَـٰمُوسَىٰ  yaamusaa
٣٦
20:36 He said, "Verily, you are granted your request, O Musa!
وَلَقَدۡ walaqad
مَنَنَّا mananna
عَلَیۡكَ 'alayka
مَرَّةً marrahan
أُخۡرَىٰۤ  Aukhraa
٣٧
20:37 And indeed, We conferred a favor on you time another,
إِذۡ Idh
أَوۡحَیۡنَاۤ Awhaynaa
إِلَىٰۤ Ilaa
أُمِّكَ Aummika
مَا ma
یُوحَىٰۤ  yuhaa
٣٨
20:38 When We inspired to your mother what is inspired,
أَنِ Ani
ٱقۡذِفِیهِ Iqdhifihi
فِی fi
ٱلتَّابُوتِ Attabuti
فَٱقۡذِفِیهِ faIqdhifihi
فِی fi
ٱلۡیَمِّ Alyammi
فَلۡیُلۡقِهِ falyulqihi
ٱلۡیَمُّ Alyammu
بِٱلسَّاحِلِ biAssahili
یَأۡخُذۡهُ yaAkhudhhu
عَدُوࣱّ 'aduww
لِّی lli
وَعَدُوࣱّ wa'aduww
لَّهُۥۚ llahu
وَأَلۡقَیۡتُ waAlqaytu
عَلَیۡكَ 'alayka
مَحَبَّةࣰ mahabbah
مِّنِّی mminni
وَلِتُصۡنَعَ walitusna'a
عَلَىٰ 'alaa
عَیۡنِیۤ  'ayni
٣٩
20:39 "That cast him in the chest then cast it in the river, then let cast it the river on the bank; will take him an enemy to Me, and an enemy to him." And I cast over you love from Me, and that you may be brought up under My eye.
إِذۡ Idh
تَمۡشِیۤ tamshi
أُخۡتُكَ Aukhtuka
فَتَقُولُ fataqulu
هَلۡ hal
أَدُلُّكُمۡ Adullukum
عَلَىٰ 'alaa
مَن man
یَكۡفُلُهُۥۖ yakfuluhu
فَرَجَعۡنَـٰكَ faraja'naaka
إِلَىٰۤ Ilaa
أُمِّكَ Aummika
كَیۡ kay
تَقَرَّ taqarra
عَیۡنُهَا 'aynuha
وَلَا wala
تَحۡزَنَۚ tahzana
وَقَتَلۡتَ waqatalta
نَفۡسࣰا nafsa
فَنَجَّیۡنَـٰكَ fanajjaynaaka
مِنَ mina
ٱلۡغَمِّ Alghammi
وَفَتَنَّـٰكَ wafatannaaka
فُتُونࣰاۚ futuna
فَلَبِثۡتَ falabithta
سِنِینَ sinina
فِیۤ fi
أَهۡلِ Ahli
مَدۡیَنَ madyana
ثُمَّ thumma
جِئۡتَ jieta
عَلَىٰ 'alaa
قَدَرࣲ qadar
یَـٰمُوسَىٰ  yaamusaa
٤٠
20:40 When was going your sister and she said, "Shall, I show you [to] (one) who will nurse and rear him?" So We returned you to your mother that may be cooled her eyes and not she grieves. And you killed a man, but We saved you from the distress, and We tried you (with) a trial. Then you remained (some) years with (the) people (of) Madyan. Then you came at the decreed (time) O Musa!
وَٱصۡطَنَعۡتُكَ waIstana'tuka
لِنَفۡسِی  linafsi
٤١
20:41 And I (have) chosen you for Myself.
ٱذۡهَبۡ Idhhab
أَنتَ Anta
وَأَخُوكَ waAkhuka
بِءَایَـٰتِی bi'ayaati
وَلَا wala
تَنِیَا taniya
فِی fi
ذِكۡرِی  dhikri
٤٢
20:42 Go, you and your brother with My Signs, and (do) not slacken in My remembrance.
ٱذۡهَبَاۤ Idhhabaa
إِلَىٰ Ilaa
فِرۡعَوۡنَ fir'awna
إِنَّهُۥ Innahu
طَغَىٰ  taghaa
٤٣
20:43 Go, both of you, to Firaun. Indeed, he (has) transgressed.
فَقُولَا faqula
لَهُۥ lahu
قَوۡلࣰا qawla
لَّیِّنࣰا llayyina
لَّعَلَّهُۥ lla'allahu
یَتَذَكَّرُ yatadhakkaru
أَوۡ Aw
یَخۡشَىٰ  yakhshaa
٤٤
20:44 And speak to him a word gentle, perhaps he may take heed or fear."
قَالَا qala
رَبَّنَاۤ rabbanaa
إِنَّنَا Innana
نَخَافُ nakhafu
أَن An
یَفۡرُطَ yafruta
عَلَیۡنَاۤ 'alaynaa
أَوۡ Aw
أَن An
یَطۡغَىٰ  yatghaa
٤٥
20:45 They said, "Our Lord! Indeed, we fear that he will hasten against us or that he will transgress."
قَالَ qala
لَا la
تَخَافَاۤۖ takhafaa
إِنَّنِی Innani
مَعَكُمَاۤ ma'akumaa
أَسۡمَعُ Asma'u
وَأَرَىٰ  waAraa
٤٦
20:46 He said, "(Do) not fear. Indeed, I Am with you both; I hear and I see.
فَأۡتِیَاهُ faAtiyahu
فَقُولَاۤ faqulaa
إِنَّا Inna
رَسُولَا rasula
رَبِّكَ rabbika
فَأَرۡسِلۡ faArsil
مَعَنَا ma'ana
بَنِیۤ bani
إِسۡرَ ٰۤءِیلَ Israa'ila
وَلَا wala
تُعَذِّبۡهُمۡۖ tu'adhdhibhum
قَدۡ qad
جِئۡنَـٰكَ jienaaka
بِءَایَةࣲ bi'ayah
مِّن mmin
رَّبِّكَۖ rrabbika
وَٱلسَّلَـٰمُ waAssalaamu
عَلَىٰ 'alaa
مَنِ mani
ٱتَّبَعَ Ittaba'a
ٱلۡهُدَىٰۤ  Alhudaa
٤٧
20:47 So go to him and say, "Indeed, we both (are) Messengers (of) your Lord, so send with us (the) Children (of) Israel, and (do) not torment them. Verily, we came to you with a Sign from your Lord. And peace on (one) who follows the Guidance.
إِنَّا Inna
قَدۡ qad
أُوحِیَ Auhiya
إِلَیۡنَاۤ Ilaynaa
أَنَّ Anna
ٱلۡعَذَابَ Al'adhaba
عَلَىٰ 'alaa
مَن man
كَذَّبَ kadhdhaba
وَتَوَلَّىٰ  watawallaa
٤٨
20:48 Indeed, we verily, it has been revealed to us that the punishment (will be) on (one) who denies and turns away."
قَالَ qala
فَمَن faman
رَّبُّكُمَا rrabbukuma
یَـٰمُوسَىٰ  yaamusaa
٤٩
20:49 He said, "Then who (is) your Lord, O Musa?"
قَالَ qala
رَبُّنَا rabbuna
ٱلَّذِیۤ Alladhi
أَعۡطَىٰ A'taa
كُلَّ kulla
شَیۡءٍ shay'in
خَلۡقَهُۥ khalqahu
ثُمَّ thumma
هَدَىٰ  hadaa
٥٠
20:50 He said, "Our Lord (is) the One Who gave (to) every thing its form, then He guided (it)."
قَالَ qala
فَمَا fama
بَالُ balu
ٱلۡقُرُونِ Alquruni
ٱلۡأُولَىٰ  AlAulaa
٥١
20:51 He said, "Then what (is the) case (of) the generations (of) the former."
قَالَ qala
عِلۡمُهَا 'ilmuha
عِندَ 'inda
رَبِّی rabbi
فِی fi
كِتَـٰبࣲۖ kitaab
لَّا lla
یَضِلُّ yadillu
رَبِّی rabbi
وَلَا wala
یَنسَى  yansaa
٥٢
20:52 He said, "Its knowledge (is) with my Lord, in a Record. Not errs my Lord and not forgets."
ٱلَّذِی Alladhi
جَعَلَ ja'ala
لَكُمُ lakumu
ٱلۡأَرۡضَ AlArda
مَهۡدࣰا mahda
وَسَلَكَ wasalaka
لَكُمۡ lakum
فِیهَا fiha
سُبُلࣰا subula
وَأَنزَلَ waAnzala
مِنَ mina
ٱلسَّمَاۤءِ Assamaa'i
مَاۤءࣰ maa'
فَأَخۡرَجۡنَا faAkhrajna
بِهِۦۤ bihi
أَزۡوَ ٰجࣰا Azwaaja
مِّن mmin
نَّبَاتࣲ nnabat
شَتَّىٰ  shattaa
٥٣
20:53 The One Who made for you the earth (as) a bed and inserted for you therein ways, and sent down from the sky water, then We (have) brought forth with it, pairs of plants diverse.
كُلُوا۟ kulua
وَٱرۡعَوۡا۟ waIr'awa
أَنۡعَـٰمَكُمۡۚ An'aamakum
إِنَّ Inna
فِی fi
ذَ ٰلِكَ dhaalika
لَءَایَـٰتࣲ la'ayaat
لِّأُو۟لِی lliAuli
ٱلنُّهَىٰ  Annuhaa
٥٤
20:54 Eat and pasture your cattle. Indeed, in that, surely (are) Signs for possessors (of) intelligence.
۞ مِنۡهَا minha
خَلَقۡنَـٰكُمۡ khalaqnaakum
وَفِیهَا wafiha
نُعِیدُكُمۡ nu'idukum
وَمِنۡهَا waminha
نُخۡرِجُكُمۡ nukhrijukum
تَارَةً tarahan
أُخۡرَىٰ  Aukhraa
٥٥
20:55 From it We created you, and in it We will return you, and from it We will bring you out, time another.
وَلَقَدۡ walaqad
أَرَیۡنَـٰهُ Araynaahu
ءَایَـٰتِنَا 'ayaatina
كُلَّهَا kullaha
فَكَذَّبَ fakadhdhaba
وَأَبَىٰ  waAbaa
٥٦
20:56 And verily, We showed him Our Signs, all of them, but he denied and refused.
قَالَ qala
أَجِئۡتَنَا Ajietana
لِتُخۡرِجَنَا litukhrijana
مِنۡ min
أَرۡضِنَا Ardina
بِسِحۡرِكَ bisihrika
یَـٰمُوسَىٰ  yaamusaa
٥٧
20:57 He said, "Have you come to us to drive us out of our land with your magic, O Musa?
فَلَنَأۡتِیَنَّكَ falanaAtiyannaka
بِسِحۡرࣲ bisihr
مِّثۡلِهِۦ mmithlihi
فَٱجۡعَلۡ faIj'al
بَیۡنَنَا baynana
وَبَیۡنَكَ wabaynaka
مَوۡعِدࣰا maw'ida
لَّا lla
نُخۡلِفُهُۥ nukhlifuhu
نَحۡنُ nahnu
وَلَاۤ walaa
أَنتَ Anta
مَكَانࣰا makana
سُوࣰى  sua
٥٨
20:58 Then we will surely produce for you magic like it. So make between us and between you an appointment, not we will fail it [we] and not you, (in) a place even."
قَالَ qala
مَوۡعِدُكُمۡ maw'idukum
یَوۡمُ yawmu
ٱلزِّینَةِ Azzinahi
وَأَن waAn
یُحۡشَرَ yuhshara
ٱلنَّاسُ Annasu
ضُحࣰى  duha
٥٩
20:59 He said, "Your appointment (is on the) day (of) the festival, and that will be assembled the people (at) forenoon."
فَتَوَلَّىٰ fatawallaa
فِرۡعَوۡنُ fir'awnu
فَجَمَعَ fajama'a
كَیۡدَهُۥ kaydahu
ثُمَّ thumma
أَتَىٰ  Ataa
٦٠
20:60 Then went away Firaun and put together his plan, then came.
قَالَ qala
لَهُم lahum
مُّوسَىٰ mmusaa
وَیۡلَكُمۡ waylakum
لَا la
تَفۡتَرُوا۟ taftarua
عَلَى 'alaa
ٱللَّهِ Allahi
كَذِبࣰا kadhiba
فَیُسۡحِتَكُم fayushitakum
بِعَذَابࣲۖ bi'adhab
وَقَدۡ waqad
خَابَ khaba
مَنِ mani
ٱفۡتَرَىٰ  Iftaraa
٦١
20:61 Said to them Musa, "Woe to you! (Do) not invent against Allah a lie, lest He will destroy you with a punishment. And verily, he failed who invented."
فَتَنَـٰزَعُوۤا۟ fatanaaza'ua
أَمۡرَهُم Amrahum
بَیۡنَهُمۡ baynahum
وَأَسَرُّوا۟ waAsarrua
ٱلنَّجۡوَىٰ  Annajwaa
٦٢
20:62 Then they disputed (in) their affair among them, and they kept secret the private conversation.
قَالُوۤا۟ qalua
إِنۡ In
هَـٰذَ ٰنِ haadhaani
لَسَـٰحِرَ ٰنِ lasaahiraani
یُرِیدَانِ yuridani
أَن An
یُخۡرِجَاكُم yukhrijakum
مِّنۡ mmin
أَرۡضِكُم Ardikum
بِسِحۡرِهِمَا bisihrihima
وَیَذۡهَبَا wayadhhaba
بِطَرِیقَتِكُمُ bitariqatikumu
ٱلۡمُثۡلَىٰ  Almuthlaa
٦٣
20:63 They said, "Indeed, these two [two] magicians they intend that they drive you out of your land with their magic and do away with your way the exemplary.
فَأَجۡمِعُوا۟ faAjmi'ua
كَیۡدَكُمۡ kaydakum
ثُمَّ thumma
ٱئۡتُوا۟ Ietua
صَفࣰّاۚ saffa
وَقَدۡ waqad
أَفۡلَحَ Aflaha
ٱلۡیَوۡمَ Alyawma
مَنِ mani
ٱسۡتَعۡلَىٰ  Ista'laa
٦٤
20:64 So put together your plan then come (in) a line. And verily, (will be) successful today who overcomes."
قَالُوا۟ qalua
یَـٰمُوسَىٰۤ yaamusaa
إِمَّاۤ Immaa
أَن An
تُلۡقِیَ tulqiya
وَإِمَّاۤ waImmaa
أَن An
نَّكُونَ nnakuna
أَوَّلَ Awwala
مَنۡ man
أَلۡقَىٰ  Alqaa
٦٥
20:65 They said, "O Musa! Either [that] you throw or [that] we will be the first who throws?"
قَالَ qala
بَلۡ bal
أَلۡقُوا۟ۖ Alqua
فَإِذَا faIdha
حِبَالُهُمۡ hibaluhum
وَعِصِیُّهُمۡ wa'isiyyuhum
یُخَیَّلُ yukhayyalu
إِلَیۡهِ Ilayhi
مِن min
سِحۡرِهِمۡ sihrihim
أَنَّهَا Annaha
تَسۡعَىٰ  tas'aa
٦٦
20:66 He said, "Nay, you throw." Then behold! Their ropes and their staffs seemed to him by their magic that they (were) moving.
فَأَوۡجَسَ faAwjasa
فِی fi
نَفۡسِهِۦ nafsihi
خِیفَةࣰ khifah
مُّوسَىٰ  mmusaa
٦٧
20:67 So sensed in himself a fear, Musa.
قُلۡنَا qulna
لَا la
تَخَفۡ takhaf
إِنَّكَ Innaka
أَنتَ Anta
ٱلۡأَعۡلَىٰ  AlA'laa
٦٨
20:68 We said, "(Do) not fear. Indeed, you you (will be) superior.
وَأَلۡقِ waAlqi
مَا ma
فِی fi
یَمِینِكَ yaminika
تَلۡقَفۡ talqaf
مَا ma
صَنَعُوۤا۟ۖ sana'ua
إِنَّمَا Innama
صَنَعُوا۟ sana'ua
كَیۡدُ kaydu
سَـٰحِرࣲۖ saahir
وَلَا wala
یُفۡلِحُ yuflihu
ٱلسَّاحِرُ Assahiru
حَیۡثُ haythu
أَتَىٰ  Ataa
٦٩
20:69 And throw what (is) in your right hand; it will swallow up what they have made. Only they (have) made a trick (of) a magician and not will be successful the magician wherever he comes."
فَأُلۡقِیَ faAulqiya
ٱلسَّحَرَةُ Assaharahu
سُجَّدࣰا sujjada
قَالُوۤا۟ qalua
ءَامَنَّا 'amanna
بِرَبِّ birabbi
هَـٰرُونَ haaruna
وَمُوسَىٰ  wamusaa
٧٠
20:70 So were thrown down the magicians prostrating. They said, "We believe in (the) Lord (of) Harun and Musa."
قَالَ qala
ءَامَنتُمۡ 'amantum
لَهُۥ lahu
قَبۡلَ qabla
أَنۡ An
ءَاذَنَ 'adhana
لَكُمۡۖ lakum
إِنَّهُۥ Innahu
لَكَبِیرُكُمُ lakabirukumu
ٱلَّذِی Alladhi
عَلَّمَكُمُ 'allamakumu
ٱلسِّحۡرَۖ Assihra
فَلَأُقَطِّعَنَّ falaAuqatti'anna
أَیۡدِیَكُمۡ Aydiyakum
وَأَرۡجُلَكُم waArjulakum
مِّنۡ mmin
خِلَـٰفࣲ khilaaf
وَلَأُصَلِّبَنَّكُمۡ walaAusallibannakum
فِی fi
جُذُوعِ judhu'i
ٱلنَّخۡلِ Annakhli
وَلَتَعۡلَمُنَّ walata'lamunna
أَیُّنَاۤ Ayyunaa
أَشَدُّ Ashaddu
عَذَابࣰا 'adhaba
وَأَبۡقَىٰ  waAbqaa
٧١
20:71 He said, "You believe [to] him before [that] I gave permission to you. Indeed, he (is) your chief, the one who taught you the magic. So surely I will cut off your hands and your feet of opposite sides, and surely I will crucify you on (the) trunks (of) date-palms and surely you will know which of us (is) more severe (in) punishment and more lasting."
قَالُوا۟ qalua
لَن lan
نُّؤۡثِرَكَ nnuuthiraka
عَلَىٰ 'alaa
مَا ma
جَاۤءَنَا jaa'ana
مِنَ mina
ٱلۡبَیِّنَـٰتِ Albayyinaati
وَٱلَّذِی waAlladhi
فَطَرَنَاۖ fatarana
فَٱقۡضِ faIqdi
مَاۤ maa
أَنتَ Anta
قَاضٍۖ qadin
إِنَّمَا Innama
تَقۡضِی taqdi
هَـٰذِهِ haadhihi
ٱلۡحَیَوٰةَ Alhayawaha
ٱلدُّنۡیَاۤ  Addunyaa
٧٢
20:72 They said, "Never we will prefer you over what has come to us of the clear proofs, and the One Who created us. So decree whatever you (are) decreeing. Only you can decree (for) this life (of) the world.
إِنَّاۤ Innaa
ءَامَنَّا 'amanna
بِرَبِّنَا birabbina
لِیَغۡفِرَ liyaghfira
لَنَا lana
خَطَـٰیَـٰنَا khataayaana
وَمَاۤ wamaa
أَكۡرَهۡتَنَا Akrahtana
عَلَیۡهِ 'alayhi
مِنَ mina
ٱلسِّحۡرِۗ Assihri
وَٱللَّهُ waAllahu
خَیۡرࣱ khayr
وَأَبۡقَىٰۤ  waAbqaa
٧٣
20:73 Indeed, [we] we believe in our Lord that He may forgive for us our sins and what you compelled us on it of the magic. And Allah (is) Best and Ever Lasting."
إِنَّهُۥ Innahu
مَن man
یَأۡتِ yaAti
رَبَّهُۥ rabbahu
مُجۡرِمࣰا mujrima
فَإِنَّ faInna
لَهُۥ lahu
جَهَنَّمَ jahannama
لَا la
یَمُوتُ yamutu
فِیهَا fiha
وَلَا wala
یَحۡیَىٰ  yahyaa
٧٤
20:74 Indeed, he who comes (to) his Lord (as) a criminal then indeed, for him (is) Hell. Not he will die in it and not live.
وَمَن waman
یَأۡتِهِۦ yaAtihi
مُؤۡمِنࣰا muumina
قَدۡ qad
عَمِلَ 'amila
ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ Assaalihaati
فَأُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ faAulaaika
لَهُمُ lahumu
ٱلدَّرَجَـٰتُ Addarajaatu
ٱلۡعُلَىٰ  Al'ulaa
٧٥
20:75 But whoever comes to Him (as) a believer verily, he has done the righteous deeds, then those for them (will be) the ranks, [the] high.
جَنَّـٰتُ jannaatu
عَدۡنࣲ 'adn
تَجۡرِی tajri
مِن min
تَحۡتِهَا tahtiha
ٱلۡأَنۡهَـٰرُ AlAnhaaru
خَـٰلِدِینَ khaalidina
فِیهَاۚ fiha
وَذَ ٰلِكَ wadhaalika
جَزَاۤءُ jazaa'u
مَن man
تَزَكَّىٰ  tazakkaa
٧٦
20:76 Gardens (of) Eden flows from underneath them the rivers, abiding forever in it. And that (is) the reward (for him) who purifies himself.
وَلَقَدۡ walaqad
أَوۡحَیۡنَاۤ Awhaynaa
إِلَىٰ Ilaa
مُوسَىٰۤ musaa
أَنۡ An
أَسۡرِ Asri
بِعِبَادِی bi'ibadi
فَٱضۡرِبۡ faIdrib
لَهُمۡ lahum
طَرِیقࣰا tariqa
فِی fi
ٱلۡبَحۡرِ Albahri
یَبَسࣰا yabasa
لَّا lla
تَخَـٰفُ takhaafu
دَرَكࣰا daraka
وَلَا wala
تَخۡشَىٰ  takhshaa
٧٧
20:77 And verily, We inspired to Musa that, "Travel by night with My slaves and strike for them a path in the sea dry; not fearing to be overtaken and not being afraid."
فَأَتۡبَعَهُمۡ faAtba'ahum
فِرۡعَوۡنُ fir'awnu
بِجُنُودِهِۦ bijunudihi
فَغَشِیَهُم faghashiyahum
مِّنَ mmina
ٱلۡیَمِّ Alyammi
مَا ma
غَشِیَهُمۡ  ghashiyahum
٧٨
20:78 Then followed them Firaun with his forces, but covered them from the sea what covered them
وَأَضَلَّ waAdalla
فِرۡعَوۡنُ fir'awnu
قَوۡمَهُۥ qawmahu
وَمَا wama
هَدَىٰ  hadaa
٧٩
20:79 And led astray Firaun his people and (did) not guide them.
یَـٰبَنِیۤ yaabani
إِسۡرَ ٰۤءِیلَ Israa'ila
قَدۡ qad
أَنجَیۡنَـٰكُم Anjaynaakum
مِّنۡ mmin
عَدُوِّكُمۡ 'aduwwikum
وَوَ ٰعَدۡنَـٰكُمۡ wawaa'adnaakum
جَانِبَ janiba
ٱلطُّورِ Atturi
ٱلۡأَیۡمَنَ AlAymana
وَنَزَّلۡنَا wanazzalna
عَلَیۡكُمُ 'alaykumu
ٱلۡمَنَّ Almanna
وَٱلسَّلۡوَىٰ  waAssalwaa
٨٠
20:80 O Children (of) Israel! Verily, We delivered you from your enemy, and We made a covenant with you on (the) side (of) the Mount the right, and We sent down to you the Manna and the quails.
كُلُوا۟ kulua
مِن min
طَیِّبَـٰتِ tayyibaati
مَا ma
رَزَقۡنَـٰكُمۡ razaqnaakum
وَلَا wala
تَطۡغَوۡا۟ tatghawa
فِیهِ fihi
فَیَحِلَّ fayahilla
عَلَیۡكُمۡ 'alaykum
غَضَبِیۖ ghadabi
وَمَن waman
یَحۡلِلۡ yahlil
عَلَیۡهِ 'alayhi
غَضَبِی ghadabi
فَقَدۡ faqad
هَوَىٰ  hawaa
٨١
20:81 Eat of (the) good things which We have provided you and (do) not transgress therein, lest should descend upon you My Anger. And whoever descends on whom My Anger, indeed, he (has) perished.
وَإِنِّی waInni
لَغَفَّارࣱ laghaffar
لِّمَن lliman
تَابَ taba
وَءَامَنَ wa'amana
وَعَمِلَ wa'amila
صَـٰلِحࣰا saaliha
ثُمَّ thumma
ٱهۡتَدَىٰ  Ihtadaa
٨٢
20:82 But indeed, I Am the Perpetual Forgiver of whoever repents and believes and does righteous (deeds) then remains guided.
۞ وَمَاۤ wamaa
أَعۡجَلَكَ A'jalaka
عَن 'an
قَوۡمِكَ qawmika
یَـٰمُوسَىٰ  yaamusaa
٨٣
20:83 "And what made you hasten from your people, O Musa?"
قَالَ qala
هُمۡ hum
أُو۟لَاۤءِ Aulaa'i
عَلَىٰۤ 'alaa
أَثَرِی Athari
وَعَجِلۡتُ wa'ajiltu
إِلَیۡكَ Ilayka
رَبِّ rabbi
لِتَرۡضَىٰ  litardaa
٨٤
20:84 He said, "They (are) close upon my tracks, and I hastened to you my Lord, that You be pleased."
قَالَ qala
فَإِنَّا faInna
قَدۡ qad
فَتَنَّا fatanna
قَوۡمَكَ qawmaka
مِنۢ min
بَعۡدِكَ ba'dika
وَأَضَلَّهُمُ waAdallahumu
ٱلسَّامِرِیُّ  Assamiriyyu
٨٥
20:85 He said, "But indeed, We [verily] We (have) tried your people from after you and has led them astray the Samiri."
فَرَجَعَ faraja'a
مُوسَىٰۤ musaa
إِلَىٰ Ilaa
قَوۡمِهِۦ qawmihi
غَضۡبَـٰنَ ghadbaana
أَسِفࣰاۚ Asifa
قَالَ qala
یَـٰقَوۡمِ yaaqawmi
أَلَمۡ Alam
یَعِدۡكُمۡ ya'idkum
رَبُّكُمۡ rabbukum
وَعۡدًا wa'dana
حَسَنًاۚ hasanana
أَفَطَالَ Afatala
عَلَیۡكُمُ 'alaykumu
ٱلۡعَهۡدُ Al'ahdu
أَمۡ Am
أَرَدتُّمۡ Aradttum
أَن An
یَحِلَّ yahilla
عَلَیۡكُمۡ 'alaykum
غَضَبࣱ ghadab
مِّن mmin
رَّبِّكُمۡ rrabbikum
فَأَخۡلَفۡتُم faAkhlaftum
مَّوۡعِدِی  mmaw'idi
٨٦
20:86 Then returned Musa to his people angry (and) sorrowful. He said, "O my people! Did not promise you your Lord a promise good? Then, did seem long to you the promise, or did you desire that descend upon you (the) Anger of your Lord, so you broke (the) promise to me?"
قَالُوا۟ qalua
مَاۤ maa
أَخۡلَفۡنَا Akhlafna
مَوۡعِدَكَ maw'idaka
بِمَلۡكِنَا bimalkina
وَلَـٰكِنَّا walaakinna
حُمِّلۡنَاۤ hummilnaa
أَوۡزَارࣰا Awzara
مِّن mmin
زِینَةِ zinahi
ٱلۡقَوۡمِ Alqawmi
فَقَذَفۡنَـٰهَا faqadhafnaaha
فَكَذَ ٰلِكَ fakadhaalika
أَلۡقَى Alqaa
ٱلسَّامِرِیُّ  Assamiriyyu
٨٧
20:87 They said, "Not we broke promise to you by our will, but we [we] were made to carry burdens from ornaments (of) the people, so we threw them and thus threw the Samiri."
فَأَخۡرَجَ faAkhraja
لَهُمۡ lahum
عِجۡلࣰا 'ijla
جَسَدࣰا jasada
لَّهُۥ llahu
خُوَارࣱ khuwar
فَقَالُوا۟ faqalua
هَـٰذَاۤ haadhaa
إِلَـٰهُكُمۡ Ilaahukum
وَإِلَـٰهُ waIlaahu
مُوسَىٰ musaa
فَنَسِیَ  fanasiya
٨٨
20:88 Then he brought forth for them a calf's body it had a lowing sound, and they said, "This (is) your god and the god (of) Musa, but he forgot."
أَفَلَا Afala
یَرَوۡنَ yarawna
أَلَّا Alla
یَرۡجِعُ yarji'u
إِلَیۡهِمۡ Ilayhim
قَوۡلࣰا qawla
وَلَا wala
یَمۡلِكُ yamliku
لَهُمۡ lahum
ضَرࣰّا darra
وَلَا wala
نَفۡعࣰا  naf'a
٨٩
20:89 Then, did not they see that not it (could) return to them a word and not possess for them any harm and not any benefit?
وَلَقَدۡ walaqad
قَالَ qala
لَهُمۡ lahum
هَـٰرُونُ haarunu
مِن min
قَبۡلُ qablu
یَـٰقَوۡمِ yaaqawmi
إِنَّمَا Innama
فُتِنتُم futintum
بِهِۦۖ bihi
وَإِنَّ waInna
رَبَّكُمُ rabbakumu
ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنُ Arrahmaanu
فَٱتَّبِعُونِی faIttabi'uni
وَأَطِیعُوۤا۟ waAti'ua
أَمۡرِی  Amri
٩٠
20:90 And verily (had) said to them Harun from before, "O my people! Only you are being tested by it, and indeed, your Lord (is) the Most Gracious, so follow me and obey my order."
قَالُوا۟ qalua
لَن lan
نَّبۡرَحَ nnabraha
عَلَیۡهِ 'alayhi
عَـٰكِفِینَ 'aakifina
حَتَّىٰ hattaa
یَرۡجِعَ yarji'a
إِلَیۡنَا Ilayna
مُوسَىٰ  musaa
٩١
20:91 They said, "Never we will cease to it being devoted to it until returns to us Musa."
قَالَ qala
یَـٰهَـٰرُونُ yaahaarunu
مَا ma
مَنَعَكَ mana'aka
إِذۡ Idh
رَأَیۡتَهُمۡ raAytahum
ضَلُّوۤا۟  dallua
٩٢
20:92 He said, "O Harun! What prevented you, when you saw them going astray,
أَلَّا Alla
تَتَّبِعَنِۖ tattabi'ani
أَفَعَصَیۡتَ Afa'asayta
أَمۡرِی  Amri
٩٣
20:93 That not you follow me? Then, have you disobeyed my order?"
قَالَ qala
یَبۡنَؤُمَّ yabnauumma
لَا la
تَأۡخُذۡ taAkhudh
بِلِحۡیَتِی bilihyati
وَلَا wala
بِرَأۡسِیۤۖ biraAsi
إِنِّی Inni
خَشِیتُ khashitu
أَن An
تَقُولَ taqula
فَرَّقۡتَ farraqta
بَیۡنَ bayna
بَنِیۤ bani
إِسۡرَ ٰۤءِیلَ Israa'ila
وَلَمۡ walam
تَرۡقُبۡ tarqub
قَوۡلِی  qawli
٩٤
20:94 He said, "O son of my mother! (Do) not seize (me) by my beard and not by my head. Indeed, I [I] feared that you would say, "You caused division between (the) Children (of) Israel, and not you respect my word."
قَالَ qala
فَمَا fama
خَطۡبُكَ khatbuka
یَـٰسَـٰمِرِیُّ  yaasaamiriyyu
٩٥
20:95 He said, "Then what (is) your case, O Samiri?"
قَالَ qala
بَصُرۡتُ basurtu
بِمَا bima
لَمۡ lam
یَبۡصُرُوا۟ yabsurua
بِهِۦ bihi
فَقَبَضۡتُ faqabadtu
قَبۡضَةࣰ qabdah
مِّنۡ mmin
أَثَرِ Athari
ٱلرَّسُولِ Arrasuli
فَنَبَذۡتُهَا fanabadhtuha
وَكَذَ ٰلِكَ wakadhaalika
سَوَّلَتۡ sawwalat
لِی li
نَفۡسِی  nafsi
٩٦
20:96 He said, "I perceived what not they perceive, in it, so I took a handful from (the) track (of) the Messenger then threw it, and thus suggested to me my soul."
قَالَ qala
فَٱذۡهَبۡ faIdhhab
فَإِنَّ faInna
لَكَ laka
فِی fi
ٱلۡحَیَوٰةِ Alhayawahi
أَن An
تَقُولَ taqula
لَا la
مِسَاسَۖ misasa
وَإِنَّ waInna
لَكَ laka
مَوۡعِدࣰا maw'ida
لَّن llan
تُخۡلَفَهُۥۖ tukhlafahu
وَٱنظُرۡ waInzur
إِلَىٰۤ Ilaa
إِلَـٰهِكَ Ilaahika
ٱلَّذِی Alladhi
ظَلۡتَ zalta
عَلَیۡهِ 'alayhi
عَاكِفࣰاۖ 'akifa
لَّنُحَرِّقَنَّهُۥ llanuharriqannahu
ثُمَّ thumma
لَنَنسِفَنَّهُۥ lanansifannahu
فِی fi
ٱلۡیَمِّ Alyammi
نَسۡفًا  nasfana
٩٧
20:97 He said, "Then go. And indeed, for you in the life that you will say, "(Do) not touch." And indeed, for you (is) an appointment never you will fail to (keep) it. And look at your god that which you have remained to it devoted. Surely we will burn it then certainly we will scatter it in the sea (in) particles."
إِنَّمَاۤ Innamaa
إِلَـٰهُكُمُ Ilaahukumu
ٱللَّهُ Allahu
ٱلَّذِی Alladhi
لَاۤ laa
إِلَـٰهَ Ilaaha
إِلَّا Illa
هُوَۚ huwa
وَسِعَ wasi'a
كُلَّ kulla
شَیۡءٍ shay'in
عِلۡمࣰا  'ilma
٩٨
20:98 Only your God (is) Allah the One, (there is) no god but He. He has encompassed all things (in) knowledge.
كَذَ ٰلِكَ kadhaalika
نَقُصُّ naqussu
عَلَیۡكَ 'alayka
مِنۡ min
أَنۢبَاۤءِ Anbaa'i
مَا ma
قَدۡ qad
سَبَقَۚ sabaqa
وَقَدۡ waqad
ءَاتَیۡنَـٰكَ 'ataynaaka
مِن min
لَّدُنَّا lladunna
ذِكۡرࣰا  dhikra
٩٩
20:99 Thus We relate to you from (the) news (of) what has preceded. And certainly We have given you from Us a Reminder.
مَّنۡ mman
أَعۡرَضَ A'rada
عَنۡهُ 'anhu
فَإِنَّهُۥ faInnahu
یَحۡمِلُ yahmilu
یَوۡمَ yawma
ٱلۡقِیَـٰمَةِ Alqiyaamahi
وِزۡرًا  wizrana
١٠٠
20:100 Whoever turns away from it, then indeed, he will bear (on the) Day (of) Resurrection a burden.
خَـٰلِدِینَ khaalidina
فِیهِۖ fihi
وَسَاۤءَ wasaa'a
لَهُمۡ lahum
یَوۡمَ yawma
ٱلۡقِیَـٰمَةِ Alqiyaamahi
حِمۡلࣰا  himla
١٠١
20:101 Abiding forever in it, and evil for them (on the) Day (of) the Resurrection (as) a load
یَوۡمَ yawma
یُنفَخُ yunfakhu
فِی fi
ٱلصُّورِۚ Assuri
وَنَحۡشُرُ wanahshuru
ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِینَ Almujrimina
یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ yawmaaidh
زُرۡقࣰا  zurqa
١٠٢
20:102 (The) Day will be blown in the Trumpet, and We will gather the criminals, that Day, blue-eyed.
یَتَخَـٰفَتُونَ yatakhaafatuna
بَیۡنَهُمۡ baynahum
إِن In
لَّبِثۡتُمۡ llabithtum
إِلَّا Illa
عَشۡرࣰا  'ashra
١٠٣
20:103 They are murmuring among themselves, "Not you remained except (for) ten."
نَّحۡنُ nnahnu
أَعۡلَمُ A'lamu
بِمَا bima
یَقُولُونَ yaquluna
إِذۡ Idh
یَقُولُ yaqulu
أَمۡثَلُهُمۡ Amthaluhum
طَرِیقَةً tariqahan
إِن In
لَّبِثۡتُمۡ llabithtum
إِلَّا Illa
یَوۡمࣰا  yawma
١٠٤
20:104 We know best what they will say when will say, (the) best of them (in) conduct, "Not you remained except (for) a day."
وَیَسۡءَلُونَكَ wayas'alunaka
عَنِ 'ani
ٱلۡجِبَالِ Aljibali
فَقُلۡ faqul
یَنسِفُهَا yansifuha
رَبِّی rabbi
نَسۡفࣰا  nasfa
١٠٥
20:105 And they ask you about the mountains, so say, "Will blast them my Lord (into) particles.
فَیَذَرُهَا fayadharuha
قَاعࣰا qa'a
صَفۡصَفࣰا  safsafa
١٠٦
20:106 Then He will leave it, a level plain.
لَّا lla
تَرَىٰ taraa
فِیهَا fiha
عِوَجࣰا 'iwaja
وَلَاۤ walaa
أَمۡتࣰا  Amta
١٠٧
20:107 Not you will see in it any crookedness and not any curve."
یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ yawmaaidh
یَتَّبِعُونَ yattabi'una
ٱلدَّاعِیَ Adda'iya
لَا la
عِوَجَ 'iwaja
لَهُۥۖ lahu
وَخَشَعَتِ wakhasha'ati
ٱلۡأَصۡوَاتُ AlAswatu
لِلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ lilrrahmaani
فَلَا fala
تَسۡمَعُ tasma'u
إِلَّا Illa
هَمۡسࣰا  hamsa
١٠٨
20:108 On that Day they will follow the caller, no deviation from it. And (will be) humbled the voices for the Most Gracious, so not you will hear except a faint sound.
یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ yawmaaidh
لَّا lla
تَنفَعُ tanfa'u
ٱلشَّفَـٰعَةُ Ashshafaa'ahu
إِلَّا Illa
مَنۡ man
أَذِنَ Adhina
لَهُ lahu
ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنُ Arrahmaanu
وَرَضِیَ waradiya
لَهُۥ lahu
قَوۡلࣰا  qawla
١٠٩
20:109 (On) that Day not will benefit the intercession except (to) whom has given permission [to him] the Most Gracious, and He has accepted for him a word.
یَعۡلَمُ ya'lamu
مَا ma
بَیۡنَ bayna
أَیۡدِیهِمۡ Aydihim
وَمَا wama
خَلۡفَهُمۡ khalfahum
وَلَا wala
یُحِیطُونَ yuhituna
بِهِۦ bihi
عِلۡمࣰا  'ilma
١١٠
20:110 He knows what (is) between their hands and what (is) behind them, while not they encompass it (in) knowledge.
۞ وَعَنَتِ wa'anati
ٱلۡوُجُوهُ Alwujuhu
لِلۡحَیِّ lilhayyi
ٱلۡقَیُّومِۖ Alqayyumi
وَقَدۡ waqad
خَابَ khaba
مَنۡ man
حَمَلَ hamala
ظُلۡمࣰا  zulma
١١١
20:111 And (will be) humbled the faces before the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsisting. And verily will have failed (he) who carried wrongdoing.
وَمَن waman
یَعۡمَلۡ ya'mal
مِنَ mina
ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ Assaalihaati
وَهُوَ wahuwa
مُؤۡمِنࣱ muumin
فَلَا fala
یَخَافُ yakhafu
ظُلۡمࣰا zulma
وَلَا wala
هَضۡمࣰا  hadma
١١٢
20:112 But (he) who does of the righteous deeds while he (is) a believer, then not he will fear injustice and not deprivation.
وَكَذَ ٰلِكَ wakadhaalika
أَنزَلۡنَـٰهُ Anzalnaahu
قُرۡءَانًا qur'anana
عَرَبِیࣰّا 'arabiyya
وَصَرَّفۡنَا wasarrafna
فِیهِ fihi
مِنَ mina
ٱلۡوَعِیدِ Alwa'idi
لَعَلَّهُمۡ la'allahum
یَتَّقُونَ yattaquna
أَوۡ Aw
یُحۡدِثُ yuhdithu
لَهُمۡ lahum
ذِكۡرࣰا  dhikra
١١٣
20:113 And thus We have sent it down, (the) Quran (in) Arabic and We have explained in it of the warnings that they may fear or it may cause [for] them remembrance.
فَتَعَـٰلَى fata'aalaa
ٱللَّهُ Allahu
ٱلۡمَلِكُ Almaliku
ٱلۡحَقُّۗ Alhaqqu
وَلَا wala
تَعۡجَلۡ ta'jal
بِٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ biAlqur'ani
مِن min
قَبۡلِ qabli
أَن An
یُقۡضَىٰۤ yuqdaa
إِلَیۡكَ Ilayka
وَحۡیُهُۥۖ wahyuhu
وَقُل waqul
رَّبِّ rrabbi
زِدۡنِی zidni
عِلۡمࣰا  'ilma
١١٤
20:114 So high (above all) (is) Allah the King, the True. And (do) not hasten with the Quran from before [that] is completed to you its revelation, and say, "My Lord! Increase me (in) knowledge."
وَلَقَدۡ walaqad
عَهِدۡنَاۤ 'ahidnaa
إِلَىٰۤ Ilaa
ءَادَمَ 'adama
مِن min
قَبۡلُ qablu
فَنَسِیَ fanasiya
وَلَمۡ walam
نَجِدۡ najid
لَهُۥ lahu
عَزۡمࣰا  'azma
١١٥
20:115 And verily We made a covenant with Adam from before, but he forgot; and not We found in him determination.
وَإِذۡ waIdh
قُلۡنَا qulna
لِلۡمَلَـٰۤىِٕكَةِ lilmalaaikahi
ٱسۡجُدُوا۟ Isjudua
لِءَادَمَ li'adama
فَسَجَدُوۤا۟ fasajadua
إِلَّاۤ Illaa
إِبۡلِیسَ Iblisa
أَبَىٰ  Abaa
١١٦
20:116 And when We said to the Angels, "Prostrate to Adam," then they prostrated, except Iblis; he refused.
فَقُلۡنَا faqulna
یَـٰۤءَادَمُ yaa'adamu
إِنَّ Inna
هَـٰذَا haadha
عَدُوࣱّ 'aduww
لَّكَ llaka
وَلِزَوۡجِكَ walizawjika
فَلَا fala
یُخۡرِجَنَّكُمَا yukhrijannakuma
مِنَ mina
ٱلۡجَنَّةِ Aljannahi
فَتَشۡقَىٰۤ  fatashqaa
١١٧
20:117 Then We said, "O Adam! Indeed, this (is) an enemy to you and to your wife. So not (let) him drive you both from Paradise so (that) you would suffer.
إِنَّ Inna
لَكَ laka
أَلَّا Alla
تَجُوعَ taju'a
فِیهَا fiha
وَلَا wala
تَعۡرَىٰ  ta'raa
١١٨
20:118 Indeed, for you that not you will be hungry therein and not you will be unclothed.
وَأَنَّكَ waAnnaka
لَا la
تَظۡمَؤُا۟ tazmauua
فِیهَا fiha
وَلَا wala
تَضۡحَىٰ  tadhaa
١١٩
20:119 And that you not will suffer from thirst therein and not exposed to the sun's heat."
فَوَسۡوَسَ fawaswasa
إِلَیۡهِ Ilayhi
ٱلشَّیۡطَـٰنُ Ashshaytaanu
قَالَ qala
یَـٰۤءَادَمُ yaa'adamu
هَلۡ hal
أَدُلُّكَ Adulluka
عَلَىٰ 'alaa
شَجَرَةِ shajarahi
ٱلۡخُلۡدِ Alkhuldi
وَمُلۡكࣲ wamulk
لَّا lla
یَبۡلَىٰ  yablaa
١٢٠
20:120 Then whispered to him Shaitaan, he said, "O Adam! Shall I direct you to (the) tree (of) the Eternity and a kingdom not (that will) deteriorate?"
فَأَكَلَا faAkala
مِنۡهَا minha
فَبَدَتۡ fabadat
لَهُمَا lahuma
سَوۡءَ ٰتُهُمَا saw'aatuhuma
وَطَفِقَا watafiqa
یَخۡصِفَانِ yakhsifani
عَلَیۡهِمَا 'alayhima
مِن min
وَرَقِ waraqi
ٱلۡجَنَّةِۚ Aljannahi
وَعَصَىٰۤ wa'asaa
ءَادَمُ 'adamu
رَبَّهُۥ rabbahu
فَغَوَىٰ  faghawaa
١٢١
20:121 Then they both ate from it, so became apparent to them their shame and they began, (to) fasten on themselves from (the) leaves (of) Paradise. And disobeyed Adam his Lord, and erred.
ثُمَّ thumma
ٱجۡتَبَـٰهُ Ijtabaahu
رَبُّهُۥ rabbuhu
فَتَابَ fataba
عَلَیۡهِ 'alayhi
وَهَدَىٰ  wahadaa
١٢٢
20:122 Then chose him his Lord, and turned to him and guided (him).
قَالَ qala
ٱهۡبِطَا Ihbita
مِنۡهَا minha
جَمِیعَۢاۖ jami'a
بَعۡضُكُمۡ ba'dukum
لِبَعۡضٍ liba'din
عَدُوࣱّۖ 'aduww
فَإِمَّا faImma
یَأۡتِیَنَّكُم yaAtiyannakum
مِّنِّی mminni
هُدࣰى huda
فَمَنِ famani
ٱتَّبَعَ Ittaba'a
هُدَایَ hudaya
فَلَا fala
یَضِلُّ yadillu
وَلَا wala
یَشۡقَىٰ  yashqaa
١٢٣
20:123 He said, "Go down from it all, some of you to others (as) enemy. Then if comes to you from Me guidance then whoever, follows My guidance, then not he will go astray and not suffer.
وَمَنۡ waman
أَعۡرَضَ A'rada
عَن 'an
ذِكۡرِی dhikri
فَإِنَّ faInna
لَهُۥ lahu
مَعِیشَةࣰ ma'ishah
ضَنكࣰا danka
وَنَحۡشُرُهُۥ wanahshuruhu
یَوۡمَ yawma
ٱلۡقِیَـٰمَةِ Alqiyaamahi
أَعۡمَىٰ  A'maa
١٢٤
20:124 And whoever turns away from My remembrance, then indeed, for him (is) a life straitened and We will gather him (on the) Day (of) the Resurrection blind."
قَالَ qala
رَبِّ rabbi
لِمَ lima
حَشَرۡتَنِیۤ hashartani
أَعۡمَىٰ A'maa
وَقَدۡ waqad
كُنتُ kuntu
بَصِیرࣰا  basira
١٢٥
20:125 He will say, "My Lord! Why You raised me blind while [verily] I had sight."
قَالَ qala
كَذَ ٰلِكَ kadhaalika
أَتَتۡكَ Atatka
ءَایَـٰتُنَا 'ayaatuna
فَنَسِیتَهَاۖ fanasitaha
وَكَذَ ٰلِكَ wakadhaalika
ٱلۡیَوۡمَ Alyawma
تُنسَىٰ  tunsaa
١٢٦
20:126 He will say, "Thus came to you Our Signs, but you forgot them, and thus today you will be forgotten."
وَكَذَ ٰلِكَ wakadhaalika
نَجۡزِی najzi
مَنۡ man
أَسۡرَفَ Asrafa
وَلَمۡ walam
یُؤۡمِنۢ yuumin
بِءَایَـٰتِ bi'ayaati
رَبِّهِۦۚ rabbihi
وَلَعَذَابُ wala'adhabu
ٱلۡءَاخِرَةِ Al'akhirahi
أَشَدُّ Ashaddu
وَأَبۡقَىٰۤ  waAbqaa
١٢٧
20:127 And thus We recompense (he) who transgresses, and not believes in (the) Signs (of) his Lord. And surely (the) punishment (of) the Hereafter (is) more severe and more lasting.
أَفَلَمۡ Afalam
یَهۡدِ yahdi
لَهُمۡ lahum
كَمۡ kam
أَهۡلَكۡنَا Ahlakna
قَبۡلَهُم qablahum
مِّنَ mmina
ٱلۡقُرُونِ Alquruni
یَمۡشُونَ yamshuna
فِی fi
مَسَـٰكِنِهِمۡۚ masaakinihim
إِنَّ Inna
فِی fi
ذَ ٰلِكَ dhaalika
لَءَایَـٰتࣲ la'ayaat
لِّأُو۟لِی lliAuli
ٱلنُّهَىٰ  Annuhaa
١٢٨
20:128 Then has not it guided [for] them how many We (have) destroyed before them, of the generations, (as) they walk in their dwellings? Indeed, in that surely (are) Signs for possessors (of) intelligence.
وَلَوۡلَا walawla
كَلِمَةࣱ kalimah
سَبَقَتۡ sabaqat
مِن min
رَّبِّكَ rrabbika
لَكَانَ lakana
لِزَامࣰا lizama
وَأَجَلࣱ waAjal
مُّسَمࣰّى  mmusamma
١٢٩
20:129 And if not (for) a Word (that) preceded from your Lord, surely (would) have been an obligation and a term determined.
فَٱصۡبِرۡ faIsbir
عَلَىٰ 'alaa
مَا ma
یَقُولُونَ yaquluna
وَسَبِّحۡ wasabbih
بِحَمۡدِ bihamdi
رَبِّكَ rabbika
قَبۡلَ qabla
طُلُوعِ tulu'i
ٱلشَّمۡسِ Ashshamsi
وَقَبۡلَ waqabla
غُرُوبِهَاۖ ghurubiha
وَمِنۡ wamin
ءَانَاۤىِٕ 'anaai
ٱلَّیۡلِ Allayli
فَسَبِّحۡ fasabbih
وَأَطۡرَافَ waAtrafa
ٱلنَّهَارِ Annahari
لَعَلَّكَ la'allaka
تَرۡضَىٰ  tardaa
١٣٠
20:130 So be patient over what they say and glorify with praise (of) your Lord before (the) rising (of) the sun and before its setting; and from (the) hours (of) the night, and glorify (at the) ends (of) the day so that you may be satisfied.
وَلَا wala
تَمُدَّنَّ tamuddanna
عَیۡنَیۡكَ 'aynayka
إِلَىٰ Ilaa
مَا ma
مَتَّعۡنَا matta'na
بِهِۦۤ bihi
أَزۡوَ ٰجࣰا Azwaaja
مِّنۡهُمۡ mminhum
زَهۡرَةَ zahraha
ٱلۡحَیَوٰةِ Alhayawahi
ٱلدُّنۡیَا Addunya
لِنَفۡتِنَهُمۡ linaftinahum
فِیهِۚ fihi
وَرِزۡقُ warizqu
رَبِّكَ rabbika
خَیۡرࣱ khayr
وَأَبۡقَىٰ  waAbqaa
١٣١
20:131 And (do) not extend your eyes towards what We have given for enjoyment [with it], pairs of them (the) splendor (of) the life (of) the world, that We may test them in it. And (the) provision (of) your Lord (is) better and more lasting.
وَأۡمُرۡ waAmur
أَهۡلَكَ Ahlaka
بِٱلصَّلَوٰةِ biAssalawahi
وَٱصۡطَبِرۡ waIstabir
عَلَیۡهَاۖ 'alayha
لَا la
نَسۡءَلُكَ nas'aluka
رِزۡقࣰاۖ rizqa
نَّحۡنُ nnahnu
نَرۡزُقُكَۗ narzuquka
وَٱلۡعَـٰقِبَةُ waAl'aaqibahu
لِلتَّقۡوَىٰ  lilttaqwaa
١٣٢
20:132 And enjoin (on) your family the prayer and be steadfast therein. Not We ask you (for) provision; We provide (for) you, and the outcome (is) for the righteous[ness].
وَقَالُوا۟ waqalua
لَوۡلَا lawla
یَأۡتِینَا yaAtina
بِءَایَةࣲ bi'ayah
مِّن mmin
رَّبِّهِۦۤۚ rrabbihi
أَوَ Awa
لَمۡ lam
تَأۡتِهِم taAtihim
بَیِّنَةُ bayyinahu
مَا ma
فِی fi
ٱلصُّحُفِ Assuhufi
ٱلۡأُولَىٰ  AlAulaa
١٣٣
20:133 And they say, "Why not he brings us a sign from his Lord?" Has not come to them evidence (of) what (was) in the Scriptures the former?
وَلَوۡ walaw
أَنَّاۤ Annaa
أَهۡلَكۡنَـٰهُم Ahlaknaahum
بِعَذَابࣲ bi'adhab
مِّن mmin
قَبۡلِهِۦ qablihi
لَقَالُوا۟ laqalua
رَبَّنَا rabbana
لَوۡلَاۤ lawlaa
أَرۡسَلۡتَ Arsalta
إِلَیۡنَا Ilayna
رَسُولࣰا rasula
فَنَتَّبِعَ fanattabi'a
ءَایَـٰتِكَ 'ayaatika
مِن min
قَبۡلِ qabli
أَن An
نَّذِلَّ nnadhilla
وَنَخۡزَىٰ  wanakhzaa
١٣٤
20:134 And if We (had) destroyed them with a punishment from before him, surely they (would) have said, "Our Lord, why not You sent to us a Messenger, so we (could) have followed Your signs from before [that] we were humiliated and disgraced."
قُلۡ qul
كُلࣱّ kull
مُّتَرَبِّصࣱ mmutarabbis
فَتَرَبَّصُوا۟ۖ fatarabbasua
فَسَتَعۡلَمُونَ fasata'lamuna
مَنۡ man
أَصۡحَـٰبُ Ashaabu
ٱلصِّرَ ٰطِ Assiraati
ٱلسَّوِیِّ Assawiyyi
وَمَنِ wamani
ٱهۡتَدَىٰ  Ihtadaa
١٣٥
20:135 Say, "Each (is) waiting; so await. Then you will know who (are the) companions (of) the way [the] even, and who is guided."
