بِیَوۡمِ
biyawmi
ٱلۡقِیَـٰمَةِ
Alqiyaamahi

75:1
Nay! I swear by (the) Day (of) the Resurrection.
وَلَاۤ
walaa
أُقۡسِمُ
Auqsimu
بِٱلنَّفۡسِ
biAnnafsi
ٱللَّوَّامَةِ
Allawwamahi
٢
75:2
And nay! I swear by the soul self-accusing.
أَیَحۡسَبُ
Ayahsabu
ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنُ
AlInsaanu
أَلَّن
Allan
نَّجۡمَعَ
nnajma'a
عِظَامَهُۥ
'izamahu
٣
75:3
Does think [the] man that not We will assemble his bones?
بَلَىٰ
balaa
قَـٰدِرِینَ
qaadirina
عَلَىٰۤ
'alaa
أَن
An
نُّسَوِّیَ
nnusawwiya
بَنَانَهُۥ
bananahu
٤
75:4
Nay! (We are) Able on that We can restore his fingertips.
بَلۡ
bal
یُرِیدُ
yuridu
ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنُ
AlInsaanu
لِیَفۡجُرَ
liyafjura
أَمَامَهُۥ
Amamahu
٥
75:5
Nay! Desires [the] man to give (the) lie (to) what is before him.
یَسۡءَلُ
yas'alu
أَیَّانَ
Ayyana
یَوۡمُ
yawmu
ٱلۡقِیَـٰمَةِ
Alqiyaamahi
٦
75:6
He asks, "When (is the) Day (of) the Resurrection?"
وَجُمِعَ
wajumi'a
ٱلشَّمۡسُ
Ashshamsu
وَٱلۡقَمَرُ
waAlqamaru
٩
75:9
And are joined the sun and the moon,
یَقُولُ
yaqulu
ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنُ
AlInsaanu
یَوۡمَىِٕذٍ
yawmaaidhin
أَیۡنَ
Ayna
ٱلۡمَفَرُّ
Almafarru
١٠
75:10
Will say [the] man that Day, "Where (is) the escape?"
إِلَىٰ
Ilaa
رَبِّكَ
rabbika
یَوۡمَىِٕذٍ
yawmaaidhin
ٱلۡمُسۡتَقَرُّ
Almustaqarru
١٢
75:12
To your Lord, that Day, (is) the place of rest.
یُنَبَّؤُا۟
yunabbauua
ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنُ
AlInsaanu
یَوۡمَىِٕذِۭ
yawmaaidhi
بِمَا
bima
قَدَّمَ
qaddama
وَأَخَّرَ
waAkhkhara
١٣
75:13
Will be informed [the] man that Day of what he sent forth and kept back.
بَلِ
bali
ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنُ
AlInsaanu
عَلَىٰ
'alaa
نَفۡسِهِۦ
nafsihi
بَصِیرَةࣱ
basirah
١٤
75:14
Nay! [The] man against himself (will be) a witness.
لَا
la
تُحَرِّكۡ
tuharrik
بِهِۦ
bihi
لِسَانَكَ
lisanaka
لِتَعۡجَلَ
lita'jala
بِهِۦۤ
bihi
١٦
75:16
Not move with it your tongue to hasten with it.
إِنَّ
Inna
عَلَیۡنَا
'alayna
جَمۡعَهُۥ
jam'ahu
وَقُرۡءَانَهُۥ
waqur'anahu
١٧
75:17
Indeed, upon Us (is) its collection and its recitation.
فَإِذَا
faIdha
قَرَأۡنَـٰهُ
qaraAnaahu
فَٱتَّبِعۡ
faIttabi'
قُرۡءَانَهُۥ
qur'anahu
١٨
75:18
And when We have recited it, then follow its recitation.
ثُمَّ
thumma
إِنَّ
Inna
عَلَیۡنَا
'alayna
بَیَانَهُۥ
bayanahu
١٩
75:19
Then indeed, upon Us (is) its explanation.
كَلَّا
kalla
بَلۡ
bal
تُحِبُّونَ
tuhibbuna
ٱلۡعَاجِلَةَ
Al'ajilaha
٢٠
75:20
No! But you love the immediate,
وُجُوهࣱ
wujuh
یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ
yawmaaidh
نَّاضِرَةٌ
nnadirahun
٢٢
75:22
Faces that Day (will be) radiant,
وَوُجُوهࣱ
wawujuh
یَوۡمَىِٕذِۭ
yawmaaidhi
بَاسِرَةࣱ
basirah
٢٤
75:24
And faces that Day (will be) distorted,
تَظُنُّ
tazunnu
أَن
An
یُفۡعَلَ
yuf'ala
بِهَا
biha
فَاقِرَةࣱ
faqirah
٢٥
75:25
Thinking that will be done to them backbreaking.
كَلَّاۤ
kallaa
إِذَا
Idha
بَلَغَتِ
balaghati
ٱلتَّرَاقِیَ
Attaraqiya
٢٦
75:26
No! When it reaches the collar bones
وَظَنَّ
wazanna
أَنَّهُ
Annahu
ٱلۡفِرَاقُ
Alfiraqu
٢٨
75:28
And he is certain that it (is) the parting.
وَٱلۡتَفَّتِ
waAltaffati
ٱلسَّاقُ
Assaqu
بِٱلسَّاقِ
biAssaqi
٢٩
75:29
And is wound, the leg about the leg,
إِلَىٰ
Ilaa
رَبِّكَ
rabbika
یَوۡمَىِٕذٍ
yawmaaidhin
ٱلۡمَسَاقُ
Almasaqu
٣٠
75:30
To your Lord that Day (will be) the driving.
فَلَا
fala
صَدَّقَ
saddaqa
وَلَا
wala
صَلَّىٰ
sallaa
٣١
75:31
And not he accepted (the) truth and not he prayed.
ثُمَّ
thumma
ذَهَبَ
dhahaba
إِلَىٰۤ
Ilaa
أَهۡلِهِۦ
Ahlihi
یَتَمَطَّىٰۤ
yatamattaa
٣٣
75:33
Then he went to his family, swaggering.
أَیَحۡسَبُ
Ayahsabu
ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنُ
AlInsaanu
أَن
An
یُتۡرَكَ
yutraka
سُدًى
sudana
٣٦
75:36
Does think man that he will be left neglected?
أَلَمۡ
Alam
یَكُ
yaku
نُطۡفَةࣰ
nutfah
مِّن
mmin
مَّنِیࣲّ
mmaniyy
یُمۡنَىٰ
yumnaa
٣٧
75:37
Was not he a semen-drop of semen emitted?
ثُمَّ
thumma
كَانَ
kana
عَلَقَةࣰ
'alaqah
فَخَلَقَ
fakhalaqa
فَسَوَّىٰ
fasawwaa
٣٨
75:38
Then he was a clinging substance, then He created and proportioned.
فَجَعَلَ
faja'ala
مِنۡهُ
minhu
ٱلزَّوۡجَیۡنِ
Azzawjayni
ٱلذَّكَرَ
Adhdhakara
وَٱلۡأُنثَىٰۤ
waAlAunthaa
٣٩
75:39
Then made of him two kinds, (the) male and the female.
أَلَیۡسَ
Alaysa
ذَ ٰلِكَ
dhaalika
بِقَـٰدِرٍ
biqaadirin
عَلَىٰۤ
'alaa
أَن
An
یُحۡـِۧیَ
yuhiya
ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ
Almawtaa
٤٠
75:40
Is not [that] (He) Able [over] to give life (to) the dead?
