Surah Al-Qiyaama • Quran 75

۞ لَاۤ
أُقۡسِمُ
بِیَوۡمِ
ٱلۡقِیَـٰمَةِ 
١
75:1 Nay! I swear by (the) Day (of) the Resurrection.
وَلَاۤ
أُقۡسِمُ
بِٱلنَّفۡسِ
ٱللَّوَّامَةِ 
٢
75:2 And nay! I swear by the soul self-accusing.
أَیَحۡسَبُ
ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنُ
أَلَّن
نَّجۡمَعَ
عِظَامَهُۥ 
٣
75:3 Does think [the] man that not We will assemble his bones?
بَلَىٰ
قَـٰدِرِینَ
عَلَىٰۤ
أَن
نُّسَوِّیَ
بَنَانَهُۥ 
٤
75:4 Nay! (We are) Able on that We can restore his fingertips.
بَلۡ
یُرِیدُ
ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنُ
لِیَفۡجُرَ
أَمَامَهُۥ 
٥
75:5 Nay! Desires [the] man to give (the) lie (to) what is before him.
یَسۡءَلُ
أَیَّانَ
یَوۡمُ
ٱلۡقِیَـٰمَةِ 
٦
75:6 He asks, "When (is the) Day (of) the Resurrection?"
فَإِذَا
بَرِقَ
ٱلۡبَصَرُ 
٧
75:7 So when is dazzled the vision,
وَخَسَفَ
ٱلۡقَمَرُ 
٨
75:8 And becomes dark the moon,
وَجُمِعَ
ٱلشَّمۡسُ
وَٱلۡقَمَرُ 
٩
75:9 And are joined the sun and the moon,
یَقُولُ
ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنُ
یَوۡمَىِٕذٍ
أَیۡنَ
ٱلۡمَفَرُّ 
١٠
75:10 Will say [the] man that Day, "Where (is) the escape?"
كَلَّا
لَا
وَزَرَ 
١١
75:11 By no means! (There is) no refuge.
إِلَىٰ
رَبِّكَ
یَوۡمَىِٕذٍ
ٱلۡمُسۡتَقَرُّ 
١٢
75:12 To your Lord, that Day, (is) the place of rest.
یُنَبَّؤُا۟
ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنُ
یَوۡمَىِٕذِۭ
بِمَا
قَدَّمَ
وَأَخَّرَ 
١٣
75:13 Will be informed [the] man that Day of what he sent forth and kept back.
بَلِ
ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنُ
عَلَىٰ
نَفۡسِهِۦ
بَصِیرَةࣱ 
١٤
75:14 Nay! [The] man against himself (will be) a witness.
وَلَوۡ
أَلۡقَىٰ
مَعَاذِیرَهُۥ 
١٥
75:15 Even if he presents his excuses.
لَا
تُحَرِّكۡ
بِهِۦ
لِسَانَكَ
لِتَعۡجَلَ
بِهِۦۤ 
١٦
75:16 Not move with it your tongue to hasten with it.
إِنَّ
عَلَیۡنَا
جَمۡعَهُۥ
وَقُرۡءَانَهُۥ 
١٧
75:17 Indeed, upon Us (is) its collection and its recitation.
فَإِذَا
قَرَأۡنَـٰهُ
فَٱتَّبِعۡ
قُرۡءَانَهُۥ 
١٨
75:18 And when We have recited it, then follow its recitation.
ثُمَّ
إِنَّ
عَلَیۡنَا
بَیَانَهُۥ 
١٩
75:19 Then indeed, upon Us (is) its explanation.
كَلَّا
بَلۡ
تُحِبُّونَ
ٱلۡعَاجِلَةَ 
٢٠
75:20 No! But you love the immediate,
وَتَذَرُونَ
ٱلۡءَاخِرَةَ 
٢١
75:21 And leave the Hereafter.
وُجُوهࣱ
یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ
نَّاضِرَةٌ 
٢٢
75:22 Faces that Day (will be) radiant,
إِلَىٰ
رَبِّهَا
نَاظِرَةࣱ 
٢٣
75:23 Towards their Lord looking,
وَوُجُوهࣱ
یَوۡمَىِٕذِۭ
بَاسِرَةࣱ 
٢٤
75:24 And faces that Day (will be) distorted,
تَظُنُّ
أَن
یُفۡعَلَ
بِهَا
فَاقِرَةࣱ 
٢٥
75:25 Thinking that will be done to them backbreaking.
كَلَّاۤ
إِذَا
بَلَغَتِ
ٱلتَّرَاقِیَ 
٢٦
75:26 No! When it reaches the collar bones
وَقِیلَ
مَنۡۜ
رَاقࣲ 
٢٧
75:27 And it is said, "Who (will) cure?"
وَظَنَّ
أَنَّهُ
ٱلۡفِرَاقُ 
٢٨
75:28 And he is certain that it (is) the parting.
وَٱلۡتَفَّتِ
ٱلسَّاقُ
بِٱلسَّاقِ 
٢٩
75:29 And is wound, the leg about the leg,
إِلَىٰ
رَبِّكَ
یَوۡمَىِٕذٍ
ٱلۡمَسَاقُ 
٣٠
75:30 To your Lord that Day (will be) the driving.
فَلَا
صَدَّقَ
وَلَا
صَلَّىٰ 
٣١
75:31 And not he accepted (the) truth and not he prayed.
وَلَـٰكِن
كَذَّبَ
وَتَوَلَّىٰ 
٣٢
75:32 But he denied and turned away.
ثُمَّ
ذَهَبَ
إِلَىٰۤ
أَهۡلِهِۦ
یَتَمَطَّىٰۤ 
٣٣
75:33 Then he went to his family, swaggering.
أَوۡلَىٰ
لَكَ
فَأَوۡلَىٰ 
٣٤
75:34 Woe to you, and woe!
ثُمَّ
أَوۡلَىٰ
لَكَ
فَأَوۡلَىٰۤ 
٣٥
75:35 Then woe to you, and woe!
أَیَحۡسَبُ
ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنُ
أَن
یُتۡرَكَ
سُدًى 
٣٦
75:36 Does think man that he will be left neglected?
أَلَمۡ
یَكُ
نُطۡفَةࣰ
مِّن
مَّنِیࣲّ
یُمۡنَىٰ 
٣٧
75:37 Was not he a semen-drop of semen emitted?
ثُمَّ
كَانَ
عَلَقَةࣰ
فَخَلَقَ
فَسَوَّىٰ 
٣٨
75:38 Then he was a clinging substance, then He created and proportioned.
فَجَعَلَ
مِنۡهُ
ٱلزَّوۡجَیۡنِ
ٱلذَّكَرَ
وَٱلۡأُنثَىٰۤ 
٣٩
75:39 Then made of him two kinds, (the) male and the female.
أَلَیۡسَ
ذَ ٰلِكَ
بِقَـٰدِرٍ
عَلَىٰۤ
أَن
یُحۡـِۧیَ
ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ 
٤٠
75:40 Is not [that] (He) Able [over] to give life (to) the dead?
