44:1 Ha Meem.
وَٱلۡكِتَـٰبِ waAlkitaabi
ٱلۡمُبِینِ  Almubini
٢
44:2 By the Book the clear,
إِنَّاۤ Innaa
أَنزَلۡنَـٰهُ Anzalnaahu
فِی fi
لَیۡلَةࣲ laylah
مُّبَـٰرَكَةٍۚ mmubaarakahin
إِنَّا Inna
كُنَّا kunna
مُنذِرِینَ  mundhirina
٣
44:3 Indeed, We revealed it in a Night Blessed. Indeed, We [We] are (ever) warning.
فِیهَا fiha
یُفۡرَقُ yufraqu
كُلُّ kullu
أَمۡرٍ Amrin
حَكِیمٍ  hakimin
٤
44:4 Therein is made distinct every affair, wise,
أَمۡرࣰا Amra
مِّنۡ mmin
عِندِنَاۤۚ 'indinaa
إِنَّا Inna
كُنَّا kunna
مُرۡسِلِینَ  mursilina
٥
44:5 A command from Us. Indeed, We [We] are (ever) sending,
رَحۡمَةࣰ rahmah
مِّن mmin
رَّبِّكَۚ rrabbika
إِنَّهُۥ Innahu
هُوَ huwa
ٱلسَّمِیعُ Assami'u
ٱلۡعَلِیمُ  Al'alimu
٦
44:6 As Mercy from your Lord. Indeed, He [He] (is) the All-Hearer, the All-Knower.
رَبِّ rabbi
ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ Assamaawaati
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ waAlArdi
وَمَا wama
بَیۡنَهُمَاۤۖ baynahumaa
إِن In
كُنتُم kuntum
مُّوقِنِینَ  mmuqinina
٧
44:7 Lord (of) the heavens and the earth and whatever (is) between both of them, if you are certain.
لَاۤ laa
إِلَـٰهَ Ilaaha
إِلَّا Illa
هُوَ huwa
یُحۡیِۦ yuhyi
وَیُمِیتُۖ wayumitu
رَبُّكُمۡ rabbukum
وَرَبُّ warabbu
ءَابَاۤىِٕكُمُ 'abaaikumu
ٱلۡأَوَّلِینَ  AlAwwalina
٨
44:8 (There is) no god except Him; He gives life and causes death, your Lord and (the) Lord (of) your fathers the former.
بَلۡ bal
هُمۡ hum
فِی fi
شَكࣲّ shakk
یَلۡعَبُونَ  yal'abuna
٩
44:9 Nay, they (are) in doubt - playing.
فَٱرۡتَقِبۡ faIrtaqib
یَوۡمَ yawma
تَأۡتِی taAti
ٱلسَّمَاۤءُ Assamaa'u
بِدُخَانࣲ bidukhan
مُّبِینࣲ  mmubin
١٠
44:10 Then watch (for the) Day (when) will bring the sky smoke visible,
یَغۡشَى yaghshaa
ٱلنَّاسَۖ Annasa
هَـٰذَا haadha
عَذَابٌ 'adhabun
أَلِیمࣱ  Alim
١١
44:11 Enveloping the people. This (will be) a punishment painful.
رَّبَّنَا rrabbana
ٱكۡشِفۡ Ikshif
عَنَّا 'anna
ٱلۡعَذَابَ Al'adhaba
إِنَّا Inna
مُؤۡمِنُونَ  muuminuna
١٢
44:12 "Our Lord! Remove from us the punishment; indeed, we (are) believers."
أَنَّىٰ Annaa
لَهُمُ lahumu
ٱلذِّكۡرَىٰ Adhdhikraa
وَقَدۡ waqad
جَاۤءَهُمۡ jaa'ahum
رَسُولࣱ rasul
مُّبِینࣱ  mmubin
١٣
44:13 How can (there be) for them the reminder, when verily, had come to them a Messenger clear.
ثُمَّ thumma
تَوَلَّوۡا۟ tawallawa
عَنۡهُ 'anhu
وَقَالُوا۟ waqalua
مُعَلَّمࣱ mu'allam
مَّجۡنُونٌ  mmajnunun
١٤
44:14 Then they turned away from him and said, "One taught, a mad man."
إِنَّا Inna
كَاشِفُوا۟ kashifua
ٱلۡعَذَابِ Al'adhabi
قَلِیلًاۚ qalilana
إِنَّكُمۡ Innakum
عَاۤىِٕدُونَ  'aaiduna
١٥
44:15 Indeed, We (will) remove the punishment a little, indeed, you (will) return.
یَوۡمَ yawma
نَبۡطِشُ nabtishu
ٱلۡبَطۡشَةَ Albatshaha
ٱلۡكُبۡرَىٰۤ Alkubraa
إِنَّا Inna
مُنتَقِمُونَ  muntaqimuna
١٦
44:16 (The) Day We will seize (with) the seizure the greatest, indeed, We (will) take retribution.
۞ وَلَقَدۡ walaqad
فَتَنَّا fatanna
قَبۡلَهُمۡ qablahum
قَوۡمَ qawma
فِرۡعَوۡنَ fir'awna
وَجَاۤءَهُمۡ wajaa'ahum
رَسُولࣱ rasul
كَرِیمٌ  karimun
١٧
44:17 And certainly, We tried before them (the) people (of) Firaun, and came to them a Messenger noble.
أَنۡ An
أَدُّوۤا۟ Addua
إِلَیَّ Ilayya
عِبَادَ 'ibada
ٱللَّهِۖ Allahi
إِنِّی Inni
لَكُمۡ lakum
رَسُولٌ rasulun
أَمِینࣱ  Amin
١٨
44:18 That, "Deliver to me (the) servants (of) Allah. Indeed, I am to you a Messenger trustworthy.
وَأَن waAn
لَّا lla
تَعۡلُوا۟ ta'lua
عَلَى 'alaa
ٱللَّهِۖ Allahi
إِنِّیۤ Inni
ءَاتِیكُم 'atikum
بِسُلۡطَـٰنࣲ bisultaan
مُّبِینࣲ  mmubin
١٩
44:19 And that (do) not exalt yourselves against Allah. Indeed, I [I] have come to you with an authority clear.
وَإِنِّی waInni
عُذۡتُ 'udhtu
بِرَبِّی birabbi
وَرَبِّكُمۡ warabbikum
أَن An
تَرۡجُمُونِ  tarjumuni
٢٠
44:20 And indeed, I [I] seek refuge with my Lord and your Lord lest you stone me.
وَإِن waIn
لَّمۡ llam
تُؤۡمِنُوا۟ tuuminua
لِی li
فَٱعۡتَزِلُونِ  faI'taziluni
٢١
44:21 And if not you believe me, then leave me alone."
فَدَعَا fada'a
رَبَّهُۥۤ rabbahu
أَنَّ Anna
هَـٰۤؤُلَاۤءِ haauulaa'i
قَوۡمࣱ qawm
مُّجۡرِمُونَ  mmujrimuna
٢٢
44:22 So he called his Lord, "That these (are) a people criminals."
فَأَسۡرِ faAsri
بِعِبَادِی bi'ibadi
لَیۡلًا laylana
إِنَّكُم Innakum
مُّتَّبَعُونَ  mmuttaba'una
٢٣
44:23 Then "Set out with My slaves (by) night. Indeed, you (will be) followed.
وَٱتۡرُكِ waItruki
ٱلۡبَحۡرَ Albahra
رَهۡوًاۖ rahwana
إِنَّهُمۡ Innahum
جُندࣱ jund
مُّغۡرَقُونَ  mmughraquna
٢٤
44:24 And leave the sea at rest. Indeed, they (are) an army (to be) drowned."
كَمۡ kam
تَرَكُوا۟ tarakua
مِن min
جَنَّـٰتࣲ jannaat
وَعُیُونࣲ  wa'uyun
٢٥
44:25 How many (did) they leave of gardens and springs,
وَزُرُوعࣲ wazuru'
وَمَقَامࣲ wamaqam
كَرِیمࣲ  karim
٢٦
44:26 And cornfields and places noble,
وَنَعۡمَةࣲ wana'mah
كَانُوا۟ kanua
فِیهَا fiha
فَـٰكِهِینَ  faakihina
٢٧
44:27 And pleasant things they used to therein take delight!
كَذَ ٰلِكَۖ kadhaalika
وَأَوۡرَثۡنَـٰهَا waAwrathnaaha
قَوۡمًا qawmana
ءَاخَرِینَ  'akharina
٢٨
44:28 Thus. And We made it (an) inherit(ance) (for) a people another.
فَمَا fama
بَكَتۡ bakat
عَلَیۡهِمُ 'alayhimu
ٱلسَّمَاۤءُ Assamaa'u
وَٱلۡأَرۡضُ waAlArdu
وَمَا wama
كَانُوا۟ kanua
مُنظَرِینَ  munzarina
٢٩
44:29 And not wept for them the heaven and the earth and not they were given respite.
وَلَقَدۡ walaqad
نَجَّیۡنَا najjayna
بَنِیۤ bani
إِسۡرَ ٰۤءِیلَ Israa'ila
مِنَ mina
ٱلۡعَذَابِ Al'adhabi
ٱلۡمُهِینِ  Almuhini
٣٠
44:30 And certainly, We saved (the) Children (of) Israel from the punishment the humiliating,
مِن min
فِرۡعَوۡنَۚ fir'awna
إِنَّهُۥ Innahu
كَانَ kana
عَالِیࣰا 'alia
مِّنَ mmina
ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِینَ  Almusrifina
٣١
44:31 From Firaun. Indeed, he was arrogant among the transgressors.
وَلَقَدِ walaqadi
ٱخۡتَرۡنَـٰهُمۡ Ikhtarnaahum
عَلَىٰ 'alaa
عِلۡمٍ 'ilmin
عَلَى 'alaa
ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ  Al'aalamina
٣٢
44:32 And certainly We chose them by knowledge over the worlds.
وَءَاتَیۡنَـٰهُم wa'ataynaahum
مِّنَ mmina
ٱلۡءَایَـٰتِ Al'ayaati
مَا ma
فِیهِ fihi
بَلَـٰۤؤࣱا۟ balaaua
مُّبِینٌ  mmubinun
٣٣
44:33 And We gave them of the Signs that in it (was) a trial clear.
إِنَّ Inna
هَـٰۤؤُلَاۤءِ haauulaa'i
لَیَقُولُونَ  layaquluna
٣٤
44:34 Indeed, these surely, they say,
إِنۡ In
هِیَ hiya
إِلَّا Illa
مَوۡتَتُنَا mawtatuna
ٱلۡأُولَىٰ AlAulaa
وَمَا wama
نَحۡنُ nahnu
بِمُنشَرِینَ  bimunsharina
٣٥
44:35 "Not it (is) but our death the first and not we (will be) raised again.
فَأۡتُوا۟ faAtua
بِءَابَاۤىِٕنَاۤ bi'abaainaa
إِن In
كُنتُمۡ kuntum
صَـٰدِقِینَ  saadiqina
٣٦
44:36 Then bring our forefathers, if you are truthful."
أَهُمۡ Ahum
خَیۡرٌ khayrun
أَمۡ Am
قَوۡمُ qawmu
تُبَّعࣲ tubba'
وَٱلَّذِینَ waAlladhina
مِن min
قَبۡلِهِمۡ qablihim
أَهۡلَكۡنَـٰهُمۡۚ Ahlaknaahum
إِنَّهُمۡ Innahum
كَانُوا۟ kanua
مُجۡرِمِینَ  mujrimina
٣٧
44:37 Are they better or (the) people (of) Tubba and those from before them? We destroyed them, indeed, they were criminals.
وَمَا wama
خَلَقۡنَا khalaqna
ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ Assamaawaati
وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ waAlArda
وَمَا wama
بَیۡنَهُمَا baynahuma
لَـٰعِبِینَ  laa'ibina
٣٨
44:38 And not We created the heavens and the earth and whatever (is) between them (in) play.
مَا ma
خَلَقۡنَـٰهُمَاۤ khalaqnaahumaa
إِلَّا Illa
بِٱلۡحَقِّ biAlhaqqi
وَلَـٰكِنَّ walaakinna
أَكۡثَرَهُمۡ Aktharahum
لَا la
یَعۡلَمُونَ  ya'lamuna
٣٩
44:39 Not We created both of them but in [the] truth, but most of them (do) not know.
إِنَّ Inna
یَوۡمَ yawma
ٱلۡفَصۡلِ Alfasli
مِیقَـٰتُهُمۡ miqaatuhum
أَجۡمَعِینَ  Ajma'ina
٤٠
44:40 Indeed, (the) Day of Judgment (is) an appointed term for them all.
یَوۡمَ yawma
لَا la
یُغۡنِی yughni
مَوۡلًى mawlana
عَن 'an
مَّوۡلࣰى mmawla
شَیۡءࣰا shay'a
وَلَا wala
هُمۡ hum
یُنصَرُونَ  yunsaruna
٤١
44:41 (The) Day not will avail a relation for a relation anything and not they will be helped.
إِلَّا Illa
مَن man
رَّحِمَ rrahima
ٱللَّهُۚ Allahu
إِنَّهُۥ Innahu
هُوَ huwa
ٱلۡعَزِیزُ Al'azizu
ٱلرَّحِیمُ  Arrahimu
٤٢
44:42 Except, (on) whom has mercy Allah. Indeed, He [He] (is) the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.
إِنَّ Inna
شَجَرَتَ shajarata
ٱلزَّقُّومِ  Azzaqqumi
٤٣
44:43 Indeed, (the) tree (of) Zaqqum
طَعَامُ ta'amu
ٱلۡأَثِیمِ  AlAthimi
٤٤
44:44 (Will be) food (of) the sinner(s).
كَٱلۡمُهۡلِ kaAlmuhli
یَغۡلِی yaghli
فِی fi
ٱلۡبُطُونِ  Albutuni
٤٥
44:45 Like the murky oil, it will boil in the bellies,
كَغَلۡیِ kaghalyi
ٱلۡحَمِیمِ  Alhamimi
٤٦
44:46 Like boiling (of) scalding water.
خُذُوهُ khudhuhu
فَٱعۡتِلُوهُ faI'tiluhu
إِلَىٰ Ilaa
سَوَاۤءِ sawaa'i
ٱلۡجَحِیمِ  Aljahimi
٤٧
44:47 "Seize him and drag him into (the) midst (of) the Hellfire,
ثُمَّ thumma
صُبُّوا۟ subbua
فَوۡقَ fawqa
رَأۡسِهِۦ raAsihi
مِنۡ min
عَذَابِ 'adhabi
ٱلۡحَمِیمِ  Alhamimi
٤٨
44:48 Then pour over his head of (the) punishment (of) the scalding water.
ذُقۡ dhuq
إِنَّكَ Innaka
أَنتَ Anta
ٱلۡعَزِیزُ Al'azizu
ٱلۡكَرِیمُ  Alkarimu
٤٩
44:49 Taste! Indeed, you [you] (were) the mighty, the noble.
إِنَّ Inna
هَـٰذَا haadha
مَا ma
كُنتُم kuntum
بِهِۦ bihi
تَمۡتَرُونَ  tamtaruna
٥٠
44:50 Indeed, this (is) what you used to [about it] doubt."
إِنَّ Inna
ٱلۡمُتَّقِینَ Almuttaqina
فِی fi
مَقَامٍ maqamin
أَمِینࣲ  Amin
٥١
44:51 Indeed, the righteous (will be) in a place secure,
فِی fi
جَنَّـٰتࣲ jannaat
وَعُیُونࣲ  wa'uyun
٥٢
44:52 In gardens and springs,
یَلۡبَسُونَ yalbasuna
مِن min
سُندُسࣲ sundus
وَإِسۡتَبۡرَقࣲ waIstabraq
مُّتَقَـٰبِلِینَ  mmutaqaabilina
٥٣
44:53 Wearing garments of fine silk and heavy silk, facing each other.
كَذَ ٰلِكَ kadhaalika
وَزَوَّجۡنَـٰهُم wazawwajnaahum
بِحُورٍ bihurin
عِینࣲ  'in
٥٤
44:54 Thus. And We will marry them to fair ones (with) large eyes.
یَدۡعُونَ yad'una
فِیهَا fiha
بِكُلِّ bikulli
فَـٰكِهَةٍ faakihahin
ءَامِنِینَ  'aminina
٥٥
44:55 They will call therein for every (kind) (of) fruit, secure.
لَا la
یَذُوقُونَ yadhuquna
فِیهَا fiha
ٱلۡمَوۡتَ Almawta
إِلَّا Illa
ٱلۡمَوۡتَةَ Almawtaha
ٱلۡأُولَىٰۖ AlAulaa
وَوَقَىٰهُمۡ wawaqaahum
عَذَابَ 'adhaba
ٱلۡجَحِیمِ  Aljahimi
٥٦
44:56 Not they will taste therein the death except the death the first. And He will protect them (from the) punishment (of) the Hellfire,
فَضۡلࣰا fadla
مِّن mmin
رَّبِّكَۚ rrabbika
ذَ ٰلِكَ dhaalika
هُوَ huwa
ٱلۡفَوۡزُ Alfawzu
ٱلۡعَظِیمُ  Al'azimu
٥٧
44:57 A Bounty from your Lord. That - it (will be) the success the great.
فَإِنَّمَا faInnama
یَسَّرۡنَـٰهُ yassarnaahu
بِلِسَانِكَ bilisanika
لَعَلَّهُمۡ la'allahum
یَتَذَكَّرُونَ  yatadhakkaruna
٥٨
44:58 Indeed, We have made it easy in your tongue so that they may take heed.
فَٱرۡتَقِبۡ faIrtaqib
إِنَّهُم Innahum
مُّرۡتَقِبُونَ  mmurtaqibuna
٥٩
44:59 So watch; indeed, they (too are) watching.
