Quran 44 : 39

We created them for a purpose, but most don’t know.

We created them but with truth, but most of them know not

We made not them but with truth, but most of them know not.

We created them only in truth, but most of them don’t know.

We created them not save with truth; but most of them know not

We did not create the heavens and the earth except with a purpose _ (and for a specified time). But most of them (just) do not understand

None of this have We created without Purpose. But most of them are not aware of this fact. (They fail to realize that the human 'Self' lives on after death and must be recompensed in the Hereafter)

We created them not except with truth (i.e. to examine and test those who are obedient and those who are disobedient and then reward the obedient ones and punish the disobedient ones), but most of them know not

We did not create those two but with a definite purpose, but the majority of those people do not know (that the worldly life-span is for striving, test and reward, while the Hereafter is exclusively for accountability and a permanent reward)
