وَٱلطُّورِ  waAtturi
١
52:1 By the Mount,
وَكِتَـٰبࣲ wakitaab
مَّسۡطُورࣲ  mmastur
٢
52:2 And by (the) Book written
فِی fi
رَقࣲّ raqq
مَّنشُورࣲ  mmanshur
٣
52:3 In parchment unrolled,
وَٱلۡبَیۡتِ waAlbayti
ٱلۡمَعۡمُورِ  Alma'muri
٤
52:4 By the House frequented
وَٱلسَّقۡفِ waAssaqfi
ٱلۡمَرۡفُوعِ  Almarfu'i
٥
52:5 By the roof raised high
وَٱلۡبَحۡرِ waAlbahri
ٱلۡمَسۡجُورِ  Almasjuri
٦
52:6 By the sea filled
إِنَّ Inna
عَذَابَ 'adhaba
رَبِّكَ rabbika
لَوَ ٰقِعࣱ  lawaaqi'
٧
52:7 Indeed, (the) punishment (of) your Lord (will) surely occur.
مَّا mma
لَهُۥ lahu
مِن min
دَافِعࣲ  dafi'
٨
52:8 Not for it any preventer.
یَوۡمَ yawma
تَمُورُ tamuru
ٱلسَّمَاۤءُ Assamaa'u
مَوۡرࣰا  mawra
٩
52:9 (On the) Day will shake the heaven (with violent) shake
وَتَسِیرُ watasiru
ٱلۡجِبَالُ Aljibalu
سَیۡرࣰا  sayra
١٠
52:10 And will move away, the mountains (with an awful) movement
فَوَیۡلࣱ fawayl
یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ yawmaaidh
لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِینَ  llilmukadhdhibina
١١
52:11 Then woe, that Day, to the deniers,
ٱلَّذِینَ Alladhina
هُمۡ hum
فِی fi
خَوۡضࣲ khawd
یَلۡعَبُونَ  yal'abuna
١٢
52:12 Who [they] in (vain) discourse are playing.
یَوۡمَ yawma
یُدَعُّونَ yuda''una
إِلَىٰ Ilaa
نَارِ nari
جَهَنَّمَ jahannama
دَعًّا  da''ana
١٣
52:13 (The) Day they will be thrust (in)to (the) Fire (of) Hell (with) a thrust.
هَـٰذِهِ haadhihi
ٱلنَّارُ Annaru
ٱلَّتِی Allati
كُنتُم kuntum
بِهَا biha
تُكَذِّبُونَ  tukadhdhibuna
١٤
52:14 "This (is) the Fire which you used to [of it] deny.
أَفَسِحۡرٌ Afasihrun
هَـٰذَاۤ haadhaa
أَمۡ Am
أَنتُمۡ Antum
لَا la
تُبۡصِرُونَ  tubsiruna
١٥
52:15 Then magic is this, or you (do) not see?
ٱصۡلَوۡهَا Islawha
فَٱصۡبِرُوۤا۟ faIsbirua
أَوۡ Aw
لَا la
تَصۡبِرُوا۟ tasbirua
سَوَاۤءٌ sawaa'un
عَلَیۡكُمۡۖ 'alaykum
إِنَّمَا Innama
تُجۡزَوۡنَ tujzawna
مَا ma
كُنتُمۡ kuntum
تَعۡمَلُونَ  ta'maluna
١٦
52:16 Burn in it then be patient or (do) not be patient, (it is) same for you. Only you are being recompensed (for) what you used to do."
إِنَّ Inna
ٱلۡمُتَّقِینَ Almuttaqina
فِی fi
جَنَّـٰتࣲ jannaat
وَنَعِیمࣲ  wana'im
١٧
52:17 Indeed, the righteous (will be) in Gardens and pleasure,
فَـٰكِهِینَ faakihina
بِمَاۤ bimaa
ءَاتَىٰهُمۡ 'ataahum
رَبُّهُمۡ rabbuhum
وَوَقَىٰهُمۡ wawaqaahum
رَبُّهُمۡ rabbuhum
عَذَابَ 'adhaba
ٱلۡجَحِیمِ  Aljahimi
١٨
52:18 Enjoying in what has given them their Lord, and protected them their Lord (from the) punishment (of) Hellfire.
كُلُوا۟ kulua
وَٱشۡرَبُوا۟ waIshrabua
هَنِیۤءَۢا hani'a
بِمَا bima
كُنتُمۡ kuntum
تَعۡمَلُونَ  ta'maluna
١٩
52:19 "Eat and drink (in) satisfaction for what you used to do."
مُتَّكِءِینَ muttaki'ina
عَلَىٰ 'alaa
سُرُرࣲ surur
مَّصۡفُوفَةࣲۖ mmasfufah
وَزَوَّجۡنَـٰهُم wazawwajnaahum
بِحُورٍ bihurin
عِینࣲ  'in
٢٠
52:20 Reclining on thrones lined up, and We will marry them to fair ones (with) large eyes.
وَٱلَّذِینَ waAlladhina
ءَامَنُوا۟ 'amanua
وَٱتَّبَعَتۡهُمۡ waIttaba'athum
ذُرِّیَّتُهُم dhurriyyatuhum
بِإِیمَـٰنٍ biImaanin
أَلۡحَقۡنَا Alhaqna
بِهِمۡ bihim
ذُرِّیَّتَهُمۡ dhurriyyatahum
وَمَاۤ wamaa
أَلَتۡنَـٰهُم Alatnaahum
مِّنۡ mmin
عَمَلِهِم 'amalihim
مِّن mmin
شَیۡءࣲۚ shay'
كُلُّ kullu
ٱمۡرِىِٕۭ Imriai
بِمَا bima
كَسَبَ kasaba
رَهِینࣱ  rahin
٢١
52:21 And those who believed and followed them their offspring in faith, We will join with them their offspring and not We will deprive them of their deeds (in) any thing. Every person for what he earned (is) pledged.
وَأَمۡدَدۡنَـٰهُم waAmdadnaahum
بِفَـٰكِهَةࣲ bifaakihah
وَلَحۡمࣲ walahm
مِّمَّا mmimma
یَشۡتَهُونَ  yashtahuna
٢٢
52:22 And We will provide them with fruit and meat from what they desire.
یَتَنَـٰزَعُونَ yatanaaza'una
فِیهَا fiha
كَأۡسࣰا kaAsa
لَّا lla
لَغۡوࣱ laghw
فِیهَا fiha
وَلَا wala
تَأۡثِیمࣱ  taAthim
٢٣
52:23 They will pass to one another therein a cup, no ill speech therein and no sin.
۞ وَیَطُوفُ wayatufu
عَلَیۡهِمۡ 'alayhim
غِلۡمَانࣱ ghilman
لَّهُمۡ llahum
كَأَنَّهُمۡ kaAnnahum
لُؤۡلُؤࣱ luuluu
مَّكۡنُونࣱ  mmaknun
٢٤
52:24 And will circulate among them boys for them, as if they (were) pearls well-protected.
وَأَقۡبَلَ waAqbala
بَعۡضُهُمۡ ba'duhum
عَلَىٰ 'alaa
بَعۡضࣲ ba'd
یَتَسَاۤءَلُونَ  yatasaa'aluna
٢٥
52:25 And will approach some of them to others inquiring.
قَالُوۤا۟ qalua
إِنَّا Inna
كُنَّا kunna
قَبۡلُ qablu
فِیۤ fi
أَهۡلِنَا Ahlina
مُشۡفِقِینَ  mushfiqina
٢٦
52:26 They will say, "Indeed, we [we] were before among our families fearful,
فَمَنَّ famanna
ٱللَّهُ Allahu
عَلَیۡنَا 'alayna
وَوَقَىٰنَا wawaqaana
عَذَابَ 'adhaba
ٱلسَّمُومِ  Assamumi
٢٧
52:27 But conferred favor Allah upon us, and protected us (from the) punishment (of) the Scorching Fire.
إِنَّا Inna
كُنَّا kunna
مِن min
قَبۡلُ qablu
نَدۡعُوهُۖ nad'uhu
إِنَّهُۥ Innahu
هُوَ huwa
ٱلۡبَرُّ Albarru
ٱلرَّحِیمُ  Arrahimu
٢٨
52:28 Indeed, we [we] used to from before call Him. Indeed, He [He] (is) the Most Kind, the Most Merciful."
فَذَكِّرۡ fadhakkir
فَمَاۤ famaa
أَنتَ Anta
بِنِعۡمَتِ bini'mati
رَبِّكَ rabbika
بِكَاهِنࣲ bikahin
وَلَا wala
مَجۡنُونٍ  majnunin
٢٩
52:29 Therefore remind, for not you (are) by (the) grace (of) your Lord a soothsayer, and not a madman.
أَمۡ Am
یَقُولُونَ yaquluna
شَاعِرࣱ sha'ir
نَّتَرَبَّصُ nnatarabbasu
بِهِۦ bihi
رَیۡبَ rayba
ٱلۡمَنُونِ  Almanuni
٣٠
52:30 Or (do) they say, "A poet, we wait for him misfortune setback."
قُلۡ qul
تَرَبَّصُوا۟ tarabbasua
فَإِنِّی faInni
مَعَكُم ma'akum
مِّنَ mmina
ٱلۡمُتَرَبِّصِینَ  Almutarabbisina
٣١
52:31 Say, "Wait, for indeed I am, with you, among those who wait."
أَمۡ Am
تَأۡمُرُهُمۡ taAmuruhum
أَحۡلَـٰمُهُم Ahlaamuhum
بِهَـٰذَاۤۚ bihaadhaa
أَمۡ Am
هُمۡ hum
قَوۡمࣱ qawm
طَاغُونَ  taghuna
٣٢
52:32 Or command them their minds this, or they (are) a people transgressing?
أَمۡ Am
یَقُولُونَ yaquluna
تَقَوَّلَهُۥۚ taqawwalahu
بَل bal
لَّا lla
یُؤۡمِنُونَ  yuuminuna
٣٣
52:33 Or (do) they say, "He has made it up" Nay, not they believe.
فَلۡیَأۡتُوا۟ falyaAtua
بِحَدِیثࣲ bihadith
مِّثۡلِهِۦۤ mmithlihi
إِن In
كَانُوا۟ kanua
صَـٰدِقِینَ  saadiqina
٣٤
52:34 Then let them bring a statement like it, if they are truthful.
أَمۡ Am
خُلِقُوا۟ khuliqua
مِنۡ min
غَیۡرِ ghayri
شَیۡءٍ shay'in
أَمۡ Am
هُمُ humu
ٱلۡخَـٰلِقُونَ  Alkhaaliquna
٣٥
52:35 Or they were created of nothing (anything), or (are) they the creators?
أَمۡ Am
خَلَقُوا۟ khalaqua
ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ Assamaawaati
وَٱلۡأَرۡضَۚ waAlArda
بَل bal
لَّا lla
یُوقِنُونَ  yuqinuna
٣٦
52:36 Or (did) they create the heavens and the earth? Nay, not they are certain.
أَمۡ Am
عِندَهُمۡ 'indahum
خَزَاۤىِٕنُ khazaainu
رَبِّكَ rabbika
أَمۡ Am
هُمُ humu
ٱلۡمُصَۣیۡطِرُونَ  Almusaytiruna
٣٧
52:37 Or with them (are the) treasures (of) your Lord or (are) they the controllers?
أَمۡ Am
لَهُمۡ lahum
سُلَّمࣱ sullam
یَسۡتَمِعُونَ yastami'una
فِیهِۖ fihi
فَلۡیَأۡتِ falyaAti
مُسۡتَمِعُهُم mustami'uhum
بِسُلۡطَـٰنࣲ bisultaan
مُّبِینٍ  mmubinin
٣٨
52:38 Or for them (is) a stairway, they listen therewith? Then let bring, their listener, an authority clear.
أَمۡ Am
لَهُ lahu
ٱلۡبَنَـٰتُ Albanaatu
وَلَكُمُ walakumu
ٱلۡبَنُونَ  Albanuna
٣٩
52:39 Or for Him (are) daughters while for you (are) sons?
أَمۡ Am
تَسۡءَلُهُمۡ tas'aluhum
أَجۡرࣰا Ajra
فَهُم fahum
مِّن mmin
مَّغۡرَمࣲ mmaghram
مُّثۡقَلُونَ  mmuthqaluna
٤٠
52:40 Or (do) you ask from them a payment, so they from a debt (are) overburdened.
أَمۡ Am
عِندَهُمُ 'indahumu
ٱلۡغَیۡبُ Alghaybu
فَهُمۡ fahum
یَكۡتُبُونَ  yaktubuna
٤١
52:41 Or with them (is) the unseen, so they write (it) down?
أَمۡ Am
یُرِیدُونَ yuriduna
كَیۡدࣰاۖ kayda
فَٱلَّذِینَ faAlladhina
كَفَرُوا۟ kafarua
هُمُ humu
ٱلۡمَكِیدُونَ  Almakiduna
٤٢
52:42 Or (do) they intend a plot? But those who disbelieve, themselves (are in) the plot.
أَمۡ Am
لَهُمۡ lahum
إِلَـٰهٌ Ilaahun
غَیۡرُ ghayru
ٱللَّهِۚ Allahi
سُبۡحَـٰنَ subhaana
ٱللَّهِ Allahi
عَمَّا 'amma
یُشۡرِكُونَ  yushrikuna
٤٣
52:43 Or for them a god other than Allah? Glory be (to) Allah from what they associate (with Him).
وَإِن waIn
یَرَوۡا۟ yarawa
كِسۡفࣰا kisfa
مِّنَ mmina
ٱلسَّمَاۤءِ Assamaa'i
سَاقِطࣰا saqita
یَقُولُوا۟ yaqulua
سَحَابࣱ sahab
مَّرۡكُومࣱ  mmarkum
٤٤
52:44 And if they were to see a portion from the sky falling, they will say, "Clouds heaped up."
فَذَرۡهُمۡ fadharhum
حَتَّىٰ hattaa
یُلَـٰقُوا۟ yulaaqua
یَوۡمَهُمُ yawmahumu
ٱلَّذِی Alladhi
فِیهِ fihi
یُصۡعَقُونَ  yus'aquna
٤٥
52:45 So leave them until they meet their Day which in it they will faint.
یَوۡمَ yawma
لَا la
یُغۡنِی yughni
عَنۡهُمۡ 'anhum
كَیۡدُهُمۡ kayduhum
شَیۡءࣰا shay'a
وَلَا wala
هُمۡ hum
یُنصَرُونَ  yunsaruna
٤٦
52:46 (The) Day not will avail to them their plotting (in) anything, and not they will be helped.
وَإِنَّ waInna
لِلَّذِینَ lilladhina
ظَلَمُوا۟ zalamua
عَذَابࣰا 'adhaba
دُونَ duna
ذَ ٰلِكَ dhaalika
وَلَـٰكِنَّ walaakinna
أَكۡثَرَهُمۡ Aktharahum
لَا la
یَعۡلَمُونَ  ya'lamuna
٤٧
52:47 And indeed, for those who do wrong, (is) a punishment before that, but most of them (do) not know.
وَٱصۡبِرۡ waIsbir
لِحُكۡمِ lihukmi
رَبِّكَ rabbika
فَإِنَّكَ faInnaka
بِأَعۡیُنِنَاۖ biA'yunina
وَسَبِّحۡ wasabbih
بِحَمۡدِ bihamdi
رَبِّكَ rabbika
حِینَ hina
تَقُومُ  taqumu
٤٨
52:48 So be patient, for (the) Command (of) your Lord, for indeed, you (are) in Our Eyes. And glorify (the) praise (of) your Lord when you arise,
وَمِنَ wamina
ٱلَّیۡلِ Allayli
فَسَبِّحۡهُ fasabbihhu
وَإِدۡبَـٰرَ waIdbaara
ٱلنُّجُومِ  Annujumi
٤٩
52:49 And of the night, glorify Him, and after the stars.
