صۤۚ s

وَٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ waAlqur'ani

ذِی dhi

ٱلذِّكۡرِ  Adhdhikri

١

38:1   Saad. By the Quran full (of) the reminder.

بَلِ bali

ٱلَّذِینَ Alladhina

كَفَرُوا۟ kafarua

فِی fi

عِزَّةࣲ 'izzah

وَشِقَاقࣲ  washiqaq

٢

38:2   Nay, those who disbelieve (are) in self-glory and opposition.

كَمۡ kam

أَهۡلَكۡنَا Ahlakna

مِن min

قَبۡلِهِم qablihim

مِّن mmin

قَرۡنࣲ qarn

فَنَادَوا۟ fanadawa

وَّلَاتَ wwalata

حِینَ hina

مَنَاصࣲ  manas

٣

38:3   How many We destroyed from before them of a generation, then they called out when there (was) no longer time (for) escape.

وَعَجِبُوۤا۟ wa'ajibua

أَن An

جَاۤءَهُم jaa'ahum

مُّنذِرࣱ mmundhir

مِّنۡهُمۡۖ mminhum

وَقَالَ waqala

ٱلۡكَـٰفِرُونَ Alkaafiruna

هَـٰذَا haadha

سَـٰحِرࣱ saahir

كَذَّابٌ  kadhdhabun

٤

38:4   And they wonder that has come to them a warner from themselves. And said the disbelievers, "This (is) a magician, a liar.

أَجَعَلَ Aja'ala

ٱلۡءَالِهَةَ Al'alihaha

إِلَـٰهࣰا Ilaaha

وَ ٰحِدًاۖ waahidana

إِنَّ Inna

هَـٰذَا haadha

لَشَیۡءٌ lashay'un

عُجَابࣱ  'ujab

٥

38:5   Has he made the gods (into) god one? Indeed this (is) certainly a thing curious."

وَٱنطَلَقَ waIntalaqa

ٱلۡمَلَأُ AlmalaAu

مِنۡهُمۡ minhum

أَنِ Ani

ٱمۡشُوا۟ Imshua

وَٱصۡبِرُوا۟ waIsbirua

عَلَىٰۤ 'alaa

ءَالِهَتِكُمۡۖ 'alihatikum

إِنَّ Inna

هَـٰذَا haadha

لَشَیۡءࣱ lashay'

یُرَادُ  yuradu

٦

38:6   And went forth the chiefs among them that, "Continue, and be patient over your gods. Indeed, this (is) certainly a thing intended.

مَا ma

سَمِعۡنَا sami'na

بِهَـٰذَا bihaadha

فِی fi

ٱلۡمِلَّةِ Almillahi

ٱلۡءَاخِرَةِ Al'akhirahi

إِنۡ In

هَـٰذَاۤ haadhaa

إِلَّا Illa

ٱخۡتِلَـٰقٌ  Ikhtilaaqun

٧

38:7   Not we heard of this in the religion the last. Not (is) this but a fabrication.

أَءُنزِلَ A'unzila

عَلَیۡهِ 'alayhi

ٱلذِّكۡرُ Adhdhikru

مِنۢ min

بَیۡنِنَاۚ baynina

بَلۡ bal

هُمۡ hum

فِی fi

شَكࣲّ shakk

مِّن mmin

ذِكۡرِیۚ dhikri

بَل bal

لَّمَّا llamma

یَذُوقُوا۟ yadhuqua

عَذَابِ  'adhabi

٨

38:8   Has been revealed to him the Message from among us?" Nay, They (are) in doubt about My Message. Nay, not yet they have tasted My punishment.

أَمۡ Am

عِندَهُمۡ 'indahum

خَزَاۤىِٕنُ khazaainu

رَحۡمَةِ rahmahi

رَبِّكَ rabbika

ٱلۡعَزِیزِ Al'azizi

ٱلۡوَهَّابِ  Alwahhabi

٩

38:9   Or have they (the) treasures (of the) Mercy (of) your Lord the All-Mighty, the Bestower?

أَمۡ Am

لَهُم lahum

مُّلۡكُ mmulku

ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ Assamaawaati

وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ waAlArdi

وَمَا wama

بَیۡنَهُمَاۖ baynahuma

فَلۡیَرۡتَقُوا۟ falyartaqua

فِی fi

ٱلۡأَسۡبَـٰبِ  AlAsbaabi

١٠

38:10   Or for them (is the) dominion (of) the heavens and the earth and whatever (is) between them? Then let them ascend by the means.

جُندࣱ jund

مَّا mma

هُنَالِكَ hunalika

مَهۡزُومࣱ mahzum

مِّنَ mmina

ٱلۡأَحۡزَابِ  AlAhzabi

١١

38:11   Soldiers - from there (they will be) defeated among the companies.

كَذَّبَتۡ kadhdhabat

قَبۡلَهُمۡ qablahum

قَوۡمُ qawmu

نُوحࣲ nuh

وَعَادࣱ wa'ad

وَفِرۡعَوۡنُ wafir'awnu

ذُو dhu

ٱلۡأَوۡتَادِ  AlAwtadi

١٢

38:12   Denied before them (the) people (of) Nuh and Aad and Firaun, (the) owner (of) the stakes.

وَثَمُودُ wathamudu

وَقَوۡمُ waqawmu

لُوطࣲ lut

وَأَصۡحَـٰبُ waAshaabu

لۡءَیۡكَةِۚ l'aykahi

أُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ Aulaaika

ٱلۡأَحۡزَابُ  AlAhzabu

١٣

38:13   And Thamud and (the) people (of) Lut and (the) companions (of) the wood. Those (were) the companies.

إِن In

كُلٌّ kullun

إِلَّا Illa

كَذَّبَ kadhdhaba

ٱلرُّسُلَ Arrusula

فَحَقَّ fahaqqa

عِقَابِ  'iqabi

١٤

38:14   Not all (of them) but denied the Messengers, so (was) just My penalty.

وَمَا wama

یَنظُرُ yanzuru

هَـٰۤؤُلَاۤءِ haauulaa'i

إِلَّا Illa

صَیۡحَةࣰ sayhah

وَ ٰحِدَةࣰ waahidah

مَّا mma

لَهَا laha

مِن min

فَوَاقࣲ  fawaq

١٥

38:15   And not await these but a shout one; not for it any delay.

وَقَالُوا۟ waqalua

رَبَّنَا rabbana

عَجِّل 'ajjil

لَّنَا llana

قِطَّنَا qittana

قَبۡلَ qabla

یَوۡمِ yawmi

ٱلۡحِسَابِ  Alhisabi

١٦

38:16   And they say, "Our Lord! Hasten for us our share before (the) Day (of) the Account."

ٱصۡبِرۡ Isbir

عَلَىٰ 'alaa

مَا ma

یَقُولُونَ yaquluna

وَٱذۡكُرۡ waIdhkur

عَبۡدَنَا 'abdana

دَاوُۥدَ dawuda

ذَا dha

ٱلۡأَیۡدِۖ AlAydi

إِنَّهُۥۤ Innahu

أَوَّابٌ  Awwabun

١٧

38:17   Be patient over what they say, and remember Our slave, Dawood, the possessor of strength. Indeed, he (was) repeatedly turning.

إِنَّا Inna

سَخَّرۡنَا sakhkharna

ٱلۡجِبَالَ Aljibala

مَعَهُۥ ma'ahu

یُسَبِّحۡنَ yusabbihna

بِٱلۡعَشِیِّ biAl'ashiyyi

وَٱلۡإِشۡرَاقِ  waAlIshraqi

١٨

38:18   Indeed, We subjected the mountains with him glorifying in the evening and [the] sunrise.

وَٱلطَّیۡرَ waAttayra

مَحۡشُورَةࣰۖ mahshurah

كُلࣱّ kull

لَّهُۥۤ llahu

أَوَّابࣱ  Awwab

١٩

38:19   And the birds assembled, all with him repeatedly turning.

وَشَدَدۡنَا washadadna

مُلۡكَهُۥ mulkahu

وَءَاتَیۡنَـٰهُ wa'ataynaahu

ٱلۡحِكۡمَةَ Alhikmaha

وَفَصۡلَ wafasla

ٱلۡخِطَابِ  Alkhitabi

٢٠

38:20   And We strengthened his kingdom and We gave him [the] wisdom and decisive speech.

۞ وَهَلۡ wahal

أَتَىٰكَ Ataaka

نَبَؤُا۟ nabauua

ٱلۡخَصۡمِ Alkhasmi

إِذۡ Idh

تَسَوَّرُوا۟ tasawwarua

ٱلۡمِحۡرَابَ  Almihraba

٢١

38:21   And has (there) come to you (the) news (of) the litigants, when they climbed over the wall (of) the chamber?

إِذۡ Idh

دَخَلُوا۟ dakhalua

عَلَىٰ 'alaa

دَاوُۥدَ dawuda

فَفَزِعَ fafazi'a

مِنۡهُمۡۖ minhum

قَالُوا۟ qalua

لَا la

تَخَفۡۖ takhaf

خَصۡمَانِ khasmani

بَغَىٰ baghaa

بَعۡضُنَا ba'duna

عَلَىٰ 'alaa

بَعۡضࣲ ba'd

فَٱحۡكُم faIhkum

بَیۡنَنَا baynana

بِٱلۡحَقِّ biAlhaqqi

وَلَا wala

تُشۡطِطۡ tushtit

وَٱهۡدِنَاۤ waIhdinaa

إِلَىٰ Ilaa

سَوَاۤءِ sawaa'i

ٱلصِّرَ ٰطِ  Assiraati

٢٢

38:22   When they entered upon Dawood and he was afraid of them, they said, "(Do) not fear. (We are) two litigants, has wronged one of us to another, so judge between us in truth and (do) not be unjust and guide us to an even [the] path.

إِنَّ Inna

هَـٰذَاۤ haadhaa

أَخِی Akhi

لَهُۥ lahu

تِسۡعࣱ tis'

وَتِسۡعُونَ watis'una

نَعۡجَةࣰ na'jah

وَلِیَ waliya

نَعۡجَةࣱ na'jah

وَ ٰحِدَةࣱ waahidah

فَقَالَ faqala

أَكۡفِلۡنِیهَا Akfilniha

وَعَزَّنِی wa'azzani

فِی fi

ٱلۡخِطَابِ  Alkhitabi

٢٣

38:23   Indeed, this (is) my brother, he has ninety (i.e ninety nine) and nine (i.e ninety nine) ewe(s) while I have ewe one; so he said, "Entrust her to me," and he overpowered me in [the] speech."

قَالَ qala

لَقَدۡ laqad

ظَلَمَكَ zalamaka

بِسُؤَالِ bisuuali

نَعۡجَتِكَ na'jatika

إِلَىٰ Ilaa

نِعَاجِهِۦۖ ni'ajihi

وَإِنَّ waInna

كَثِیرࣰا kathira

مِّنَ mmina

ٱلۡخُلَطَاۤءِ Alkhulataa'i

لَیَبۡغِی layabghi

بَعۡضُهُمۡ ba'duhum

عَلَىٰ 'alaa

بَعۡضٍ ba'din

إِلَّا Illa

ٱلَّذِینَ Alladhina

ءَامَنُوا۟ 'amanua

وَعَمِلُوا۟ wa'amilua

ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ Assaalihaati

وَقَلِیلࣱ waqalil

مَّا mma

هُمۡۗ hum

وَظَنَّ wazanna

دَاوُۥدُ dawudu

أَنَّمَا Annama

فَتَنَّـٰهُ fatannaahu

فَٱسۡتَغۡفَرَ faIstaghfara

رَبَّهُۥ rabbahu

وَ̅خَ̅رَّ̅ wakharra

̅رَ̅ا̅كِ̅عࣰ̅ا̅ raki'a

وَأَنَابَ  ۩ waAnaba

24

38:24   He said, "Certainly, he has wronged you by demanding your ewe to his ewes. And indeed, many of the partners certainly oppress some of them [on] another except those who believe and do righteous deeds and few (are) they." And became certain Dawood that We (had) tried him, and he asked forgiveness (of) his Lord and fell down bowing and turned in repentance.

فَغَفَرۡنَا faghafarna

لَهُۥ lahu

ذَ ٰلِكَۖ dhaalika

وَإِنَّ waInna

لَهُۥ lahu

عِندَنَا 'indana

لَزُلۡفَىٰ lazulfaa

وَحُسۡنَ wahusna

مَءَابࣲ  ma'ab

٢٥

38:25   So We forgave for him that. And indeed, for him with Us surely is a near access and a good place of return.

یَـٰدَاوُۥدُ yaadawudu

إِنَّا Inna

جَعَلۡنَـٰكَ ja'alnaaka

خَلِیفَةࣰ khalifah

فِی fi

ٱلۡأَرۡضِ AlArdi

فَٱحۡكُم faIhkum

بَیۡنَ bayna

ٱلنَّاسِ Annasi

بِٱلۡحَقِّ biAlhaqqi

وَلَا wala

تَتَّبِعِ tattabi'i

ٱلۡهَوَىٰ Alhawaa

فَیُضِلَّكَ fayudillaka

عَن 'an

سَبِیلِ sabili

ٱللَّهِۚ Allahi

إِنَّ Inna

ٱلَّذِینَ Alladhina

یَضِلُّونَ yadilluna

عَن 'an

سَبِیلِ sabili

ٱللَّهِ Allahi

لَهُمۡ lahum

عَذَابࣱ 'adhab

شَدِیدُۢ shadidu

بِمَا bima

نَسُوا۟ nasua

یَوۡمَ yawma

ٱلۡحِسَابِ  Alhisabi

٢٦

38:26   "O Dawood! Indeed, We [We] have made you a vicegerent in the earth, so judge between [the] men in truth and (do) not follow the desire, for it will lead you astray from (the) way (of) Allah. Indeed, those who go astray from (the) way (of) Allah, for them (is) a punishment severe because they forgot (the) Day (of) Account."

وَمَا wama

خَلَقۡنَا khalaqna

ٱلسَّمَاۤءَ Assamaa'a

وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ waAlArda

وَمَا wama

بَیۡنَهُمَا baynahuma

بَـٰطِلࣰاۚ baatila

ذَ ٰلِكَ dhaalika

ظَنُّ zannu

ٱلَّذِینَ Alladhina

كَفَرُوا۟ۚ kafarua

فَوَیۡلࣱ fawayl

لِّلَّذِینَ llilladhina

كَفَرُوا۟ kafarua

مِنَ mina

ٱلنَّارِ  Annari

٢٧

38:27   And not We created the heaven and the earth and whatever (is) between them without purpose. That (is the) assumption (of) those who disbelieve. So woe to those who disbelieve, from the Fire.

أَمۡ Am

نَجۡعَلُ naj'alu

ٱلَّذِینَ Alladhina

ءَامَنُوا۟ 'amanua

وَعَمِلُوا۟ wa'amilua

ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ Assaalihaati

كَٱلۡمُفۡسِدِینَ kaAlmufsidina

فِی fi

ٱلۡأَرۡضِ AlArdi

أَمۡ Am

نَجۡعَلُ naj'alu

ٱلۡمُتَّقِینَ Almuttaqina

كَٱلۡفُجَّارِ  kaAlfujjari

٢٨

38:28   Or should We treat those who believe and do righteous deeds like those who spread corruption in the earth? Or should We treat the pious like the wicked?

كِتَـٰبٌ kitaabun

أَنزَلۡنَـٰهُ Anzalnaahu

إِلَیۡكَ Ilayka

مُبَـٰرَكࣱ mubaarak

لِّیَدَّبَّرُوۤا۟ lliyaddabbarua

ءَایَـٰتِهِۦ 'ayaatihi

وَلِیَتَذَكَّرَ waliyatadhakkara

أُو۟لُوا۟ Aulua

ٱلۡأَلۡبَـٰبِ  AlAlbaabi

٢٩

38:29   (This is) a Book We have revealed it to you, blessed, that they may ponder (over) its Verses and may be reminded those of understanding.

وَوَهَبۡنَا wawahabna

لِدَاوُۥدَ lidawuda

سُلَیۡمَـٰنَۚ sulaymaana

نِعۡمَ ni'ma

ٱلۡعَبۡدُ Al'abdu

إِنَّهُۥۤ Innahu

أَوَّابٌ  Awwabun

٣٠

38:30   And We gave to Dawood Sulaiman, an excellent slave. Indeed, he (was) one who repeatedly turned.

إِذۡ Idh

عُرِضَ 'urida

عَلَیۡهِ 'alayhi

بِٱلۡعَشِیِّ biAl'ashiyyi

ٱلصَّـٰفِنَـٰتُ Assaafinaatu

ٱلۡجِیَادُ  Aljiyadu

٣١

38:31   When were displayed to him in the afternoon (with) one foot raised (the) steeds.

فَقَالَ faqala

إِنِّیۤ Inni

أَحۡبَبۡتُ Ahbabtu

حُبَّ hubba

ٱلۡخَیۡرِ Alkhayri

عَن 'an

ذِكۡرِ dhikri

رَبِّی rabbi

حَتَّىٰ hattaa

تَوَارَتۡ tawarat

بِٱلۡحِجَابِ  biAlhijabi

٣٢

38:32   And he said, "Indeed, I [I] preferred (the) love (of) the good over (the) remembrance (of) my Lord." Until they were hidden in the veil;

رُدُّوهَا rudduha

عَلَیَّۖ 'alayya

فَطَفِقَ fatafiqa

مَسۡحَۢا masha

بِٱلسُّوقِ biAssuqi

وَٱلۡأَعۡنَاقِ  waAlA'naqi

٣٣

38:33   "Return them to me." Then he began (to) pass (his hand) over the legs and the necks.

وَلَقَدۡ walaqad

فَتَنَّا fatanna

سُلَیۡمَـٰنَ sulaymaana

وَأَلۡقَیۡنَا waAlqayna

عَلَىٰ 'alaa

كُرۡسِیِّهِۦ kursiyyihi

جَسَدࣰا jasada

ثُمَّ thumma

أَنَابَ  Anaba

٣٤

38:34   And certainly We tried Sulaiman, and We placed on his throne a body; then he turned.

قَالَ qala

رَبِّ rabbi

ٱغۡفِرۡ Ighfir

لِی li

وَهَبۡ wahab

لِی li

مُلۡكࣰا mulka

لَّا lla

یَنۢبَغِی yanbaghi

لِأَحَدࣲ liAhad

مِّنۢ mmin

بَعۡدِیۤۖ ba'di

إِنَّكَ Innaka

أَنتَ Anta

ٱلۡوَهَّابُ  Alwahhabu

٣٥

38:35   He said, "O my Lord! Forgive me and grant me a kingdom, not (will) belong to anyone from after me. Indeed, You [You] (are) the Bestower."

فَسَخَّرۡنَا fasakhkharna

لَهُ lahu

ٱلرِّیحَ Arriha

تَجۡرِی tajri

بِأَمۡرِهِۦ biAmrihi

رُخَاۤءً rukhaa'an

حَیۡثُ haythu

أَصَابَ  Asaba

٣٦

38:36   Then We subjected to him the wind to flow by his command, gently, wherever he directed,

وَٱلشَّیَـٰطِینَ waAshshayaatina

كُلَّ kulla

بَنَّاۤءࣲ bannaa'

وَغَوَّاصࣲ  waghawwas

٣٧

38:37   And the devils, every builder and diver,

وَءَاخَرِینَ wa'akharina

مُقَرَّنِینَ muqarranina

فِی fi

ٱلۡأَصۡفَادِ  AlAsfadi

٣٨

38:38   And others bound in chains.

هَـٰذَا haadha

عَطَاۤؤُنَا 'ataauuna

فَٱمۡنُنۡ faImnun

أَوۡ Aw

أَمۡسِكۡ Amsik

بِغَیۡرِ bighayri

حِسَابࣲ  hisab

٣٩

38:39   "This (is) Our gift, so grant or withhold without account."

وَإِنَّ waInna

لَهُۥ lahu

عِندَنَا 'indana

لَزُلۡفَىٰ lazulfaa

وَحُسۡنَ wahusna

مَءَابࣲ  ma'ab

٤٠

38:40   And indeed, for him with Us surely is a near access and a good place of return.

وَٱذۡكُرۡ waIdhkur

عَبۡدَنَاۤ 'abdanaa

أَیُّوبَ Ayyuba

إِذۡ Idh

نَادَىٰ nadaa

رَبَّهُۥۤ rabbahu

أَنِّی Anni

مَسَّنِیَ massaniya

ٱلشَّیۡطَـٰنُ Ashshaytaanu

بِنُصۡبࣲ binusb

وَعَذَابٍ  wa'adhabin

٤١

38:41   And remember Our slave Ayyub, when he called his Lord, "That [I], (has) touched me Shaitaan with distress and suffering."

ٱرۡكُضۡ Irkud

بِرِجۡلِكَۖ birijlika

هَـٰذَا haadha

مُغۡتَسَلُۢ mughtasalu

بَارِدࣱ barid

وَشَرَابࣱ  washarab

٤٢

38:42   "Strike with your foot. This (is a spring of) water to bathe, cool and a drink."

وَوَهَبۡنَا wawahabna

لَهُۥۤ lahu

أَهۡلَهُۥ Ahlahu

وَمِثۡلَهُم wamithlahum

مَّعَهُمۡ mma'ahum

رَحۡمَةࣰ rahmah

مِّنَّا mminna

وَذِكۡرَىٰ wadhikraa

لِأُو۟لِی liAuli

ٱلۡأَلۡبَـٰبِ  AlAlbaabi

٤٣

38:43   And We granted [to] him his family and a like of them with them, a Mercy from Us and a Reminder for those of understanding.

وَخُذۡ wakhudh

بِیَدِكَ biyadika

ضِغۡثࣰا dightha

فَٱضۡرِب faIdrib

بِّهِۦ bbihi

وَلَا wala

تَحۡنَثۡۗ tahnath

إِنَّا Inna

وَجَدۡنَـٰهُ wajadnaahu

صَابِرࣰاۚ sabira

نِّعۡمَ nni'ma

ٱلۡعَبۡدُ Al'abdu

إِنَّهُۥۤ Innahu

أَوَّابࣱ  Awwab

٤٤

38:44   "And take in your hand a bunch and strike with it and (do) not break (your) oath." Indeed, We [We] found him patient, an excellent slave. Indeed, he repeatedly turned.

وَٱذۡكُرۡ waIdhkur

عِبَـٰدَنَاۤ 'ibaadanaa

إِبۡرَ ٰهِیمَ Ibraahima

وَإِسۡحَـٰقَ waIshaaqa

وَیَعۡقُوبَ waya'quba

أُو۟لِی Auli

ٱلۡأَیۡدِی AlAydi

وَٱلۡأَبۡصَـٰرِ  waAlAbsaari

٤٥

38:45   And remember Our slaves Ibrahim and Ishaq and Yaqub, possessors (of) strength and vision.

إِنَّاۤ Innaa

أَخۡلَصۡنَـٰهُم Akhlasnaahum

بِخَالِصَةࣲ bikhalisah

ذِكۡرَى dhikraa

ٱلدَّارِ  Addari

٤٦

38:46   Indeed, We [We] chose them for an exclusive (quality); remembrance (of) the Home.

وَإِنَّهُمۡ waInnahum

عِندَنَا 'indana

لَمِنَ lamina

ٱلۡمُصۡطَفَیۡنَ Almustafayna

ٱلۡأَخۡیَارِ  AlAkhyari

٤٧

38:47   And indeed, they to Us (are) from the chosen ones, the best.

وَٱذۡكُرۡ waIdhkur

إِسۡمَـٰعِیلَ Ismaa'ila

وَٱلۡیَسَعَ waAlyasa'a

وَذَا wadha

ٱلۡكِفۡلِۖ Alkifli

وَكُلࣱّ wakull

مِّنَ mmina

ٱلۡأَخۡیَارِ  AlAkhyari

٤٨

38:48   And remember Ismail and Al-Yasa and Dhul kifl, and all (are) from the best.

هَـٰذَا haadha

ذِكۡرࣱۚ dhikr

وَإِنَّ waInna

لِلۡمُتَّقِینَ lilmuttaqina

لَحُسۡنَ lahusna

مَءَابࣲ  ma'ab

٤٩

38:49   This (is) a Reminder. And indeed, for the righteous surely, is a good place of return,

جَنَّـٰتِ jannaati

عَدۡنࣲ 'adn

مُّفَتَّحَةࣰ mmufattahah

لَّهُمُ llahumu

ٱلۡأَبۡوَ ٰبُ  AlAbwaabu

٥٠

38:50   Gardens (of) Eternity, (will be) opened for them the gates.

مُتَّكِءِینَ muttaki'ina

فِیهَا fiha

یَدۡعُونَ yad'una

فِیهَا fiha

بِفَـٰكِهَةࣲ bifaakihah

كَثِیرَةࣲ kathirah

وَشَرَابࣲ  washarab

٥١

38:51   Reclining therein, they will call therein for fruit many and drink.

۞ وَعِندَهُمۡ wa'indahum

قَـٰصِرَ ٰتُ qaasiraatu

ٱلطَّرۡفِ Attarfi

أَتۡرَابٌ  Atrabun

٥٢

38:52   And with them (will be) ones who are restraining their glance well-matched.

هَـٰذَا haadha

مَا ma

تُوعَدُونَ tu'aduna

لِیَوۡمِ liyawmi

ٱلۡحِسَابِ  Alhisabi

٥٣

38:53   This (is) what you are promised for (the) Day (of) Account.

إِنَّ Inna

هَـٰذَا haadha

لَرِزۡقُنَا larizquna

مَا ma

لَهُۥ lahu

مِن min

نَّفَادٍ  nnafadin

٥٤

38:54   Indeed, this (is) surely Our provision; not for it any depletion.

هَـٰذَاۚ haadha

وَإِنَّ waInna

لِلطَّـٰغِینَ lilttaaghina

لَشَرَّ lasharra

مَءَابࣲ  ma'ab

٥٥

38:55   This (is so)! And indeed, for the transgressors surely (is) an evil place of return.

جَهَنَّمَ jahannama

یَصۡلَوۡنَهَا yaslawnaha

فَبِئۡسَ fabiesa

ٱلۡمِهَادُ  Almihadu

٥٦

38:56   Hell; they will burn therein and wretched (is) the resting place.

هَـٰذَا haadha

فَلۡیَذُوقُوهُ falyadhuquhu

حَمِیمࣱ hamim

وَغَسَّاقࣱ  waghassaq

٥٧

38:57   This (is so)! Then let them taste it, boiling fluid and purulence.

وَءَاخَرُ wa'akharu

مِن min

شَكۡلِهِۦۤ shaklihi

أَزۡوَ ٰجٌ  Azwaajun

٥٨

38:58   And other of its type (of various) kinds.

هَـٰذَا haadha

فَوۡجࣱ fawj

مُّقۡتَحِمࣱ mmuqtahim

مَّعَكُمۡ mma'akum

لَا la

مَرۡحَبَۢا marhaba

بِهِمۡۚ bihim

إِنَّهُمۡ Innahum

صَالُوا۟ salua

ٱلنَّارِ  Annari

٥٩

38:59   This (is) a company bursting (in) with you. No welcome for them. Indeed, they (will) burn (in) the Fire.

قَالُوا۟ qalua

بَلۡ bal

أَنتُمۡ Antum

لَا la

مَرۡحَبَۢا marhaba

بِكُمۡۖ bikum

أَنتُمۡ Antum

قَدَّمۡتُمُوهُ qaddamtumuhu

لَنَاۖ lana

فَبِئۡسَ fabiesa

ٱلۡقَرَارُ  Alqararu

٦٠

38:60   They say, "Nay! You - no welcome for you. You brought this upon us. So wretched (is) the settlement."

قَالُوا۟ qalua

رَبَّنَا rabbana

مَن man

قَدَّمَ qaddama

لَنَا lana

هَـٰذَا haadha

فَزِدۡهُ fazidhu

عَذَابࣰا 'adhaba

ضِعۡفࣰا di'fa

فِی fi

ٱلنَّارِ  Annari

٦١

38:61   They will say, "Our Lord, whoever brought upon us this; increase for him a punishment double in the Fire."

وَقَالُوا۟ waqalua

مَا ma

لَنَا lana

لَا la

نَرَىٰ naraa

رِجَالࣰا rijala

كُنَّا kunna

نَعُدُّهُم na'udduhum

مِّنَ mmina

ٱلۡأَشۡرَارِ  AlAshrari

٦٢

38:62   And they (will) say, "What (is) for us not we see men we used to count them among the bad ones?

أَتَّخَذۡنَـٰهُمۡ Attakhadhnaahum

سِخۡرِیًّا sikhriyyana

أَمۡ Am

زَاغَتۡ zaghat

عَنۡهُمُ 'anhumu

ٱلۡأَبۡصَـٰرُ  AlAbsaaru

٦٣

38:63   Did we take them (in) ridicule or has turned away from them the vision?"

إِنَّ Inna

ذَ ٰلِكَ dhaalika

لَحَقࣱّ lahaqq

تَخَاصُمُ takhasumu

أَهۡلِ Ahli

ٱلنَّارِ  Annari

٦٤

38:64   Indeed, that (is) surely (the) truth - (the) quarreling (of the) people (of) the Fire.

قُلۡ qul

إِنَّمَاۤ Innamaa

أَنَا۠ Ana

مُنذِرࣱۖ mundhir

وَمَا wama

مِنۡ min

إِلَـٰهٍ Ilaahin

إِلَّا Illa

ٱللَّهُ Allahu

ٱلۡوَ ٰحِدُ Alwaahidu

ٱلۡقَهَّارُ  Alqahharu

٦٥

38:65   Say, "Only I am a warner, and not (is there) any god except Allah, the One the Irresistible,

رَبُّ rabbu

ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ Assamaawaati

وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ waAlArdi

وَمَا wama

بَیۡنَهُمَا baynahuma

ٱلۡعَزِیزُ Al'azizu

ٱلۡغَفَّـٰرُ  Alghaffaaru

٦٦

38:66   Lord (of) the heavens and the earth and whatever (is) between them, the All-Mighty, the Oft-Forgiving."

قُلۡ qul

هُوَ huwa

نَبَؤٌا۟ nabauuna

عَظِیمٌ  'azimun

٦٧

38:67   Say, "It (is) a news great,

أَنتُمۡ Antum

عَنۡهُ 'anhu

مُعۡرِضُونَ  mu'riduna

٦٨

38:68   You from it turn away

مَا ma

كَانَ kana

لِیَ liya

مِنۡ min

عِلۡمِۭ 'ilmi

بِٱلۡمَلَإِ biAlmalaI

ٱلۡأَعۡلَىٰۤ AlA'laa

إِذۡ Idh

یَخۡتَصِمُونَ  yakhtasimuna

٦٩

38:69   Not is for me any knowledge (of) the chiefs, the exalted when they were disputing.

إِن In

یُوحَىٰۤ yuhaa

إِلَیَّ Ilayya

إِلَّاۤ Illaa

أَنَّمَاۤ Annamaa

أَنَا۠ Ana

نَذِیرࣱ nadhir

مُّبِینٌ  mmubinun

٧٠

38:70   Not has been revealed to me except that only I am a warner clear."

إِذۡ Idh

قَالَ qala

رَبُّكَ rabbuka

لِلۡمَلَـٰۤىِٕكَةِ lilmalaaikahi

إِنِّی Inni

خَـٰلِقُۢ khaaliqu

بَشَرࣰا bashara

مِّن mmin

طِینࣲ  tin

٧١

38:71   When said your Lord to the Angels, "Indeed, I Am going to create a human being from clay.

فَإِذَا faIdha

سَوَّیۡتُهُۥ sawwaytuhu

وَنَفَخۡتُ wanafakhtu

فِیهِ fihi

مِن min

رُّوحِی rruhi

فَقَعُوا۟ faqa'ua

لَهُۥ lahu

سَـٰجِدِینَ  saajidina

٧٢

38:72   So when I have proportioned him and breathed into him of My spirit, then fall down to him prostrating."

فَسَجَدَ fasajada

ٱلۡمَلَـٰۤىِٕكَةُ Almalaaikahu

كُلُّهُمۡ kulluhum

أَجۡمَعُونَ  Ajma'una

٧٣

38:73   So prostrated the Angels all of them together.

إِلَّاۤ Illaa

إِبۡلِیسَ Iblisa

ٱسۡتَكۡبَرَ Istakbara

وَكَانَ wakana

مِنَ mina

ٱلۡكَـٰفِرِینَ  Alkaafirina

٧٤

38:74   Except Iblis; he was arrogant and became of the disbelievers.

قَالَ qala

یَـٰۤإِبۡلِیسُ yaaIblisu

مَا ma

مَنَعَكَ mana'aka

أَن An

تَسۡجُدَ tasjuda

لِمَا lima

خَلَقۡتُ khalaqtu

بِیَدَیَّۖ biyadayya

أَسۡتَكۡبَرۡتَ Astakbarta

أَمۡ Am

كُنتَ kunta

مِنَ mina

ٱلۡعَالِینَ  Al'alina

٧٥

38:75   He said, "O Iblis! What prevented you that you (should) prostrate to (one) whom I created with My Hands? Are you arrogant or are you of the exalted ones."

قَالَ qala

أَنَا۠ Ana

خَیۡرࣱ khayr

مِّنۡهُ mminhu

خَلَقۡتَنِی khalaqtani

مِن min

نَّارࣲ nnar

وَخَلَقۡتَهُۥ wakhalaqtahu

مِن min

طِینࣲ  tin

٧٦

38:76   He said, "I am better than him. You created me from fire and You created him from clay."

قَالَ qala

فَٱخۡرُجۡ faIkhruj

مِنۡهَا minha

فَإِنَّكَ faInnaka

رَجِیمࣱ  rajim

٧٧

38:77   He said, "Then get out of it, for indeed, you (are) accursed.

وَإِنَّ waInna

عَلَیۡكَ 'alayka

لَعۡنَتِیۤ la'nati

إِلَىٰ Ilaa

یَوۡمِ yawmi

ٱلدِّینِ  Addini

٧٨

38:78   And indeed, upon you (is) My curse until (the) Day (of) Judgment."

قَالَ qala

رَبِّ rabbi

فَأَنظِرۡنِیۤ faAnzirni

إِلَىٰ Ilaa

یَوۡمِ yawmi

یُبۡعَثُونَ  yub'athuna

٧٩

38:79   He said, "My Lord! Then give me respite until (the) Day they are resurrected."

قَالَ qala

فَإِنَّكَ faInnaka

مِنَ mina

ٱلۡمُنظَرِینَ  Almunzarina

٨٠

38:80   He said, "Then indeed, you (are) of those given respite,

إِلَىٰ Ilaa

یَوۡمِ yawmi

ٱلۡوَقۡتِ Alwaqti

ٱلۡمَعۡلُومِ  Alma'lumi

٨١

38:81   Until (the) Day (of) the time well-known."

قَالَ qala

فَبِعِزَّتِكَ fabi'izzatika

لَأُغۡوِیَنَّهُمۡ laAughwiyannahum

أَجۡمَعِینَ  Ajma'ina

٨٢

38:82   He said, "Then by Your might I will surely mislead them all.

إِلَّا Illa

عِبَادَكَ 'ibadaka

مِنۡهُمُ minhumu

ٱلۡمُخۡلَصِینَ  Almukhlasina

٨٣

38:83   Except Your slaves among them the chosen ones."

قَالَ qala

فَٱلۡحَقُّ faAlhaqqu

وَٱلۡحَقَّ waAlhaqqa

أَقُولُ  Aqulu

٨٤

38:84   He said, "Then (it is) the truth and the truth I say,

لَأَمۡلَأَنَّ laAmlaAnna

جَهَنَّمَ jahannama

مِنكَ minka

وَمِمَّن wamimman

تَبِعَكَ tabi'aka

مِنۡهُمۡ minhum

أَجۡمَعِینَ  Ajma'ina

٨٥

38:85   Surely I will fill Hell with you and those who follow you among them all."

قُلۡ qul

مَاۤ maa

أَسۡءَلُكُمۡ As'alukum

عَلَیۡهِ 'alayhi

مِنۡ min

أَجۡرࣲ Ajr

وَمَاۤ wamaa

أَنَا۠ Ana

مِنَ mina

ٱلۡمُتَكَلِّفِینَ  Almutakallifina

٨٦

38:86   Say, "Not I ask of you for it any payment, and not I am of the ones who pretend.

إِنۡ In

هُوَ huwa

إِلَّا Illa

ذِكۡرࣱ dhikr

لِّلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ  llil'aalamina

٨٧

38:87   Not it (is) except a Reminder to the worlds.

وَلَتَعۡلَمُنَّ walata'lamunna

نَبَأَهُۥ nabaAhu

بَعۡدَ ba'da

حِینِۭ  hini

٨٨

38:88   And surely you will know its information after a time."
