۞ إِذَا Idha
ٱلسَّمَاۤءُ Assamaa'u
ٱنفَطَرَتۡ  Infatarat
١
82:1 When the sky (is) cleft asunder,
وَإِذَا waIdha
ٱلۡكَوَاكِبُ Alkawakibu
ٱنتَثَرَتۡ  Intatharat
٢
82:2 And when the stars scatter,
وَإِذَا waIdha
ٱلۡبِحَارُ Albiharu
فُجِّرَتۡ  fujjirat
٣
82:3 And when the seas are made to gush forth,
وَإِذَا waIdha
ٱلۡقُبُورُ Alquburu
بُعۡثِرَتۡ  bu'thirat
٤
82:4 And when the graves are overturned,
عَلِمَتۡ 'alimat
نَفۡسࣱ nafs
مَّا mma
قَدَّمَتۡ qaddamat
وَأَخَّرَتۡ  waAkhkharat
٥
82:5 Will know a soul what it has sent forth and left behind.
یَـٰۤأَیُّهَا yaayyuha
ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنُ AlInsaanu
مَا ma
غَرَّكَ gharraka
بِرَبِّكَ birabbika
ٱلۡكَرِیمِ  Alkarimi
٦
82:6 O man! What has deceived you concerning your Lord the Most Noble,
ٱلَّذِی Alladhi
خَلَقَكَ khalaqaka
فَسَوَّىٰكَ fasawwaaka
فَعَدَلَكَ  fa'adalaka
٧
82:7 Who created you, then fashioned you then balanced you?
فِیۤ fi
أَیِّ Ayyi
صُورَةࣲ surah
مَّا mma
شَاۤءَ shaa'a
رَكَّبَكَ  rakkabaka
٨
82:8 In whatever form what He willed, He assembled you.
كَلَّا kalla
بَلۡ bal
تُكَذِّبُونَ tukadhdhibuna
بِٱلدِّینِ  biAddini
٩
82:9 Nay! But you deny the Judgment.
وَإِنَّ waInna
عَلَیۡكُمۡ 'alaykum
لَحَـٰفِظِینَ  lahaafizina
١٠
82:10 And indeed, over you (are) surely guardians,
كِرَامࣰا kirama
كَـٰتِبِینَ  kaatibina
١١
82:11 Noble recording,
یَعۡلَمُونَ ya'lamuna
مَا ma
تَفۡعَلُونَ  taf'aluna
١٢
82:12 They know whatever you do.
إِنَّ Inna
ٱلۡأَبۡرَارَ AlAbrara
لَفِی lafi
نَعِیمࣲ  na'im
١٣
82:13 Indeed, the righteous (will be) surely in bliss,
وَإِنَّ waInna
ٱلۡفُجَّارَ Alfujjara
لَفِی lafi
جَحِیمࣲ  jahim
١٤
82:14 And indeed, the wicked (will be) surely in Hellfire.
یَصۡلَوۡنَهَا yaslawnaha
یَوۡمَ yawma
ٱلدِّینِ  Addini
١٥
82:15 They will burn (in) it (on the) Day (of) the Judgment,
وَمَا wama
هُمۡ hum
عَنۡهَا 'anha
بِغَاۤىِٕبِینَ  bighaaibina
١٦
82:16 And not they from it (will be) absent.
وَمَاۤ wamaa
أَدۡرَىٰكَ Adraaka
مَا ma
یَوۡمُ yawmu
ٱلدِّینِ  Addini
١٧
82:17 And what can make you know what (is the) Day (of) the Judgment?
ثُمَّ thumma
مَاۤ maa
أَدۡرَىٰكَ Adraaka
مَا ma
یَوۡمُ yawmu
ٱلدِّینِ  Addini
١٨
82:18 Then, what can make you know what (is the) Day (of) the Judgment?
یَوۡمَ yawma
لَا la
تَمۡلِكُ tamliku
نَفۡسࣱ nafs
لِّنَفۡسࣲ llinafs
شَیۡءࣰاۖ shay'a
وَٱلۡأَمۡرُ waAlAmru
یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ yawmaaidh
لِّلَّهِ  llillahi

82:19 (The) Day not will have power a soul for a soul anything, and the Command that Day (will be) with Allah.
