Surah Al-Mursalaat • Quran 77

Add Transliteration
وَٱلۡمُرۡسَلَـٰتِ
عُرۡفࣰا
١
77:1
By the ones sent forth, one after another,
فَٱلۡعَـٰصِفَـٰتِ
عَصۡفࣰا
٢
77:2
And the winds that blow violently,
وَٱلنَّـٰشِرَ ٰتِ
نَشۡرࣰا
٣
77:3
And the ones that scatter far and wide,
فَٱلۡفَـٰرِقَـٰتِ
فَرۡقࣰا
٤
77:4
And those who separate (by the) Criterion,
فَٱلۡمُلۡقِیَـٰتِ
ذِكۡرًا
٥
77:5
And those who bring down (the) Reminder,
عُذۡرًا
أَوۡ
نُذۡرًا
٦
77:6
(As) justification or warning,
إِنَّمَا
تُوعَدُونَ
لَوَ ٰقِعࣱ
٧
77:7
Indeed, what you are promised will surely occur.
فَإِذَا
ٱلنُّجُومُ
طُمِسَتۡ
٨
77:8
So when the stars are obliterated,
وَإِذَا
ٱلسَّمَاۤءُ
فُرِجَتۡ
٩
77:9
And when the heaven is cleft asunder,
وَإِذَا
ٱلۡجِبَالُ
نُسِفَتۡ
١٠
77:10
And when the mountains are blown away,
وَإِذَا
ٱلرُّسُلُ
أُقِّتَتۡ
١١
77:11
And when the Messengers are gathered to their appointed time.
لِأَیِّ
یَوۡمٍ
أُجِّلَتۡ
١٢
77:12
For what Day are (these) postponed?
لِیَوۡمِ
ٱلۡفَصۡلِ
١٣
77:13
For (the) Day (of) Judgment.
وَمَاۤ
أَدۡرَىٰكَ
مَا
یَوۡمُ
ٱلۡفَصۡلِ
١٤
77:14
And what will make you know what (is the) Day (of) the Judgment?
وَیۡلࣱ
یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ
لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِینَ
١٥
77:15
Woe that Day to the deniers
أَلَمۡ
نُهۡلِكِ
ٱلۡأَوَّلِینَ
١٦
77:16
Did not We destroy the former (people)?
ثُمَّ
نُتۡبِعُهُمُ
ٱلۡءَاخِرِینَ
١٧
77:17
Then We follow them up (with) the later ones.
كَذَ ٰلِكَ
نَفۡعَلُ
بِٱلۡمُجۡرِمِینَ
١٨
77:18
Thus We deal with the criminals.
وَیۡلࣱ
یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ
لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِینَ
١٩
77:19
Woe that Day to the deniers.
أَلَمۡ
نَخۡلُقكُّم
مِّن
مَّاۤءࣲ
مَّهِینࣲ
٢٠
77:20
Did not We create you from a water despicable?
فَجَعَلۡنَـٰهُ
فِی
قَرَارࣲ
مَّكِینٍ
٢١
77:21
Then We placed it in an abode safe
إِلَىٰ
قَدَرࣲ
مَّعۡلُومࣲ
٢٢
77:22
For a period known.
فَقَدَرۡنَا
فَنِعۡمَ
ٱلۡقَـٰدِرُونَ
٢٣
77:23
So We measured, and Best (are We to) measure!
وَیۡلࣱ
یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ
لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِینَ
٢٤
77:24
Woe that Day to the deniers.
أَلَمۡ
نَجۡعَلِ
ٱلۡأَرۡضَ
كِفَاتًا
٢٥
77:25
Have not We made the earth a receptacle
أَحۡیَاۤءࣰ
وَأَمۡوَ ٰتࣰا
٢٦
77:26
(For the) living and (the) dead,
وَجَعَلۡنَا
فِیهَا
رَوَ ٰسِیَ
شَـٰمِخَـٰتࣲ
وَأَسۡقَیۡنَـٰكُم
مَّاۤءࣰ
فُرَاتࣰا
٢٧
77:27
And We made therein firmly set mountains lofty, and We gave you to drink water - sweet?
وَیۡلࣱ
یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ
لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِینَ
٢٨
77:28
Woe that Day to the deniers.
ٱنطَلِقُوۤا۟
إِلَىٰ
مَا
كُنتُم
بِهِۦ
تُكَذِّبُونَ
٢٩
77:29
"Proceed to what you used to in it deny,
ٱنطَلِقُوۤا۟
إِلَىٰ
ظِلࣲّ
ذِی
ثَلَـٰثِ
شُعَبࣲ
٣٠
77:30
Proceed to a shadow having three columns
لَّا
ظَلِیلࣲ
وَلَا
یُغۡنِی
مِنَ
ٱللَّهَبِ
٣١
77:31
No cool shade and not availing against the flame.
إِنَّهَا
تَرۡمِی
بِشَرَرࣲ
كَٱلۡقَصۡرِ
٣٢
77:32
Indeed, it throws up sparks as the fortress,
كَأَنَّهُۥ
جِمَـٰلَتࣱ
صُفۡرࣱ
٣٣
77:33
As if they (were) camels yellow.
وَیۡلࣱ
یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ
لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِینَ
٣٤
77:34
Woe that Day to the deniers.
هَـٰذَا
یَوۡمُ
لَا
یَنطِقُونَ
٣٥
77:35
This (is) a Day not they will speak,
وَلَا
یُؤۡذَنُ
لَهُمۡ
فَیَعۡتَذِرُونَ
٣٦
77:36
And not will it be permitted for them to make excuses.
وَیۡلࣱ
یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ
لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِینَ
٣٧
77:37
Woe that Day to the deniers.
هَـٰذَا
یَوۡمُ
ٱلۡفَصۡلِۖ
جَمَعۡنَـٰكُمۡ
وَٱلۡأَوَّلِینَ
٣٨
77:38
This (is the) Day (of) Judgment; We have gathered you and the former (people).
فَإِن
كَانَ
لَكُمۡ
كَیۡدࣱ
فَكِیدُونِ
٣٩
77:39
So if is for you a plan, then plan against Me.
وَیۡلࣱ
یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ
لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِینَ
٤٠
77:40
Woe that Day to the deniers.
إِنَّ
ٱلۡمُتَّقِینَ
فِی
ظِلَـٰلࣲ
وَعُیُونࣲ
٤١
77:41
Indeed, the righteous (will be) in shades and springs,
وَفَوَ ٰكِهَ
مِمَّا
یَشۡتَهُونَ
٤٢
77:42
And fruits from what they desire.
كُلُوا۟
وَٱشۡرَبُوا۟
هَنِیۤءَۢا
بِمَا
كُنتُمۡ
تَعۡمَلُونَ
٤٣
77:43
"Eat and drink (in) satisfaction for what you used to do."
إِنَّا
كَذَ ٰلِكَ
نَجۡزِی
ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِینَ
٤٤
77:44
Indeed, We thus reward the good-doers.
وَیۡلࣱ
یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ
لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِینَ
٤٥
77:45
Woe that Day to the deniers.
كُلُوا۟
وَتَمَتَّعُوا۟
قَلِیلًا
إِنَّكُم
مُّجۡرِمُونَ
٤٦
77:46
Eat and enjoy yourselves a little; indeed, you (are) criminals."
وَیۡلࣱ
یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ
لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِینَ
٤٧
77:47
Woe that Day to the deniers.
وَإِذَا
قِیلَ
لَهُمُ
ٱرۡكَعُوا۟
لَا
یَرۡكَعُونَ
٤٨
77:48
And when it is said to them, "Bow," not they bow.
وَیۡلࣱ
یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ
لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِینَ
٤٩
77:49
Woe that Day to the deniers.
فَبِأَیِّ
حَدِیثِۭ
بَعۡدَهُۥ
یُؤۡمِنُونَ
٥٠
77:50
Then in what statement after it will they believe?
