وَیۡلࣱ
لِّلۡمُطَفِّفِینَ
١
83:1
Woe to those who give less,
ٱلَّذِینَ
إِذَا
ٱكۡتَالُوا۟
عَلَى
ٱلنَّاسِ
یَسۡتَوۡفُونَ
٢
83:2
Those who when they take a measure from the people, they take in full,
وَإِذَا
كَالُوهُمۡ
أَو
وَّزَنُوهُمۡ
یُخۡسِرُونَ
٣
83:3
But when they give by measure (to) them or they weigh (for) them they give less.
أَلَا
یَظُنُّ
أُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ
أَنَّهُم
مَّبۡعُوثُونَ
٤
83:4
Do not think those that they (will be) resurrected,
لِیَوۡمٍ
عَظِیمࣲ
٥
83:5
For a Day Great,
یَوۡمَ
یَقُومُ
ٱلنَّاسُ
لِرَبِّ
ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ
٦
83:6
(The) Day will stand mankind before (the) Lord (of) the worlds?
كَلَّاۤ
إِنَّ
كِتَـٰبَ
ٱلۡفُجَّارِ
لَفِی
سِجِّینࣲ
٧
83:7
Nay! Indeed, (the) record (of) the wicked (is) surely in Sijjin.
وَمَاۤ
أَدۡرَىٰكَ
مَا
سِجِّینࣱ
٨
83:8
And what can make you know what (is) Sijjin?
كِتَـٰبࣱ
مَّرۡقُومࣱ
٩
83:9
A book written.
وَیۡلࣱ
یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ
لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِینَ
١٠
83:10
Woe that Day to the deniers,
ٱلَّذِینَ
یُكَذِّبُونَ
بِیَوۡمِ
ٱلدِّینِ
١١
83:11
Those who deny (the) Day (of) the Judgment.
وَمَا
یُكَذِّبُ
بِهِۦۤ
إِلَّا
كُلُّ
مُعۡتَدٍ
أَثِیمٍ
١٢
83:12
And not can deny [of] it except every transgressor sinful.
إِذَا
تُتۡلَىٰ
عَلَیۡهِ
ءَایَـٰتُنَا
قَالَ
أَسَـٰطِیرُ
ٱلۡأَوَّلِینَ
١٣
83:13
When are recited to him Our Verses, he says, "Stories (of) the former (people)."
كَلَّاۖ
بَلۡۜ
رَانَ
عَلَىٰ
قُلُوبِهِم
مَّا
كَانُوا۟
یَكۡسِبُونَ
١٤
83:14
Nay! But, (the) stain has covered [over] their hearts (for) what they used to earn.
كَلَّاۤ
إِنَّهُمۡ
عَن
رَّبِّهِمۡ
یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ
لَّمَحۡجُوبُونَ
١٥
83:15
Nay! Indeed, they from their Lord that Day surely will be partitioned.
ثُمَّ
إِنَّهُمۡ
لَصَالُوا۟
ٱلۡجَحِیمِ
١٦
83:16
Then indeed, they (surely) will burn (in) the Hellfire.
ثُمَّ
یُقَالُ
هَـٰذَا
ٱلَّذِی
كُنتُم
بِهِۦ
تُكَذِّبُونَ
١٧
83:17
Then it will be said, "This (is) what you used to [of it] deny."
كَلَّاۤ
إِنَّ
كِتَـٰبَ
ٱلۡأَبۡرَارِ
لَفِی
عِلِّیِّینَ
١٨
83:18
Nay! Indeed, (the) record (of) the righteous (will be) surely in Illiyin.
وَمَاۤ
أَدۡرَىٰكَ
مَا
عِلِّیُّونَ
١٩
83:19
And what can make you know what (is) Illiyun?
كِتَـٰبࣱ
مَّرۡقُومࣱ
٢٠
83:20
A book written,
یَشۡهَدُهُ
ٱلۡمُقَرَّبُونَ
٢١
83:21
Witness it those brought near.
إِنَّ
ٱلۡأَبۡرَارَ
لَفِی
نَعِیمٍ
٢٢
83:22
Indeed, the righteous (will be) surely in bliss,
عَلَى
ٱلۡأَرَاۤىِٕكِ
یَنظُرُونَ
٢٣
83:23
On thrones observing.
تَعۡرِفُ
فِی
وُجُوهِهِمۡ
نَضۡرَةَ
ٱلنَّعِیمِ
٢٤
83:24
You will recognize in their faces (the) radiance (of) bliss.
یُسۡقَوۡنَ
مِن
رَّحِیقࣲ
مَّخۡتُومٍ
٢٥
83:25
They will be given to drink of a pure wine sealed,
خِتَـٰمُهُۥ
مِسۡكࣱۚ
وَفِی
ذَ ٰلِكَ
فَلۡیَتَنَافَسِ
ٱلۡمُتَنَـٰفِسُونَ
٢٦
83:26
Its seal (will be of) musk. And for that let aspire the aspirers.
وَمِزَاجُهُۥ
مِن
تَسۡنِیمٍ
٢٧
83:27
And its mixture (is) of Tasneem,
عَیۡنࣰا
یَشۡرَبُ
بِهَا
ٱلۡمُقَرَّبُونَ
٢٨
83:28
A spring, will drink from it, those brought near.
إِنَّ
ٱلَّذِینَ
أَجۡرَمُوا۟
كَانُوا۟
مِنَ
ٱلَّذِینَ
ءَامَنُوا۟
یَضۡحَكُونَ
٢٩
83:29
Indeed, those who committed crimes used to at those who believed laugh.
وَإِذَا
مَرُّوا۟
بِهِمۡ
یَتَغَامَزُونَ
٣٠
83:30
And when they passed by them, they winked at one another.
وَإِذَا
ٱنقَلَبُوۤا۟
إِلَىٰۤ
أَهۡلِهِمُ
ٱنقَلَبُوا۟
فَكِهِینَ
٣١
83:31
And when they returned to their people, they would return jesting.
وَإِذَا
رَأَوۡهُمۡ
قَالُوۤا۟
إِنَّ
هَـٰۤؤُلَاۤءِ
لَضَاۤلُّونَ
٣٢
83:32
And when they saw them, they said, "Indeed, these surely have gone astray."
وَمَاۤ
أُرۡسِلُوا۟
عَلَیۡهِمۡ
حَـٰفِظِینَ
٣٣
83:33
But not they had been sent over them (as) guardians.
فَٱلۡیَوۡمَ
ٱلَّذِینَ
ءَامَنُوا۟
مِنَ
ٱلۡكُفَّارِ
یَضۡحَكُونَ
٣٤
83:34
So today those who believed - at the disbelievers they will laugh,
عَلَى
ٱلۡأَرَاۤىِٕكِ
یَنظُرُونَ
٣٥
83:35
On the thrones observing.
هَلۡ
ثُوِّبَ
ٱلۡكُفَّارُ
مَا
كَانُوا۟
یَفۡعَلُونَ
٣٦
83:36
Have (not) been rewarded the disbelievers (for) what they used to do?
