Quran 12 : 94

As the caravan departed, their father said: 'I smell the scent of Joseph, unless you think I am foolish.

As the caravan departed, their father said, “I can sense the scent of Joseph, even if you think I’m senile.”

And when the caravan departed, their father said, 'Verily, I find the smell of Joseph, unless ye think I dote!

And as the caravan set off, their father said, “Truly I sense the scent of Joseph, if you think me not senile!

And when the caravan departed, their father said, 'Indeed, I find the smell of Joseph, unless you think I dote.'

So, when the caravan set forth, their father said, 'Surely I perceive Joseph's scent, unless you think me doting.

And when the animal-riders dispatched, their father said, “I find Joseph’s smell, unless you would be disproving.”

Later, when the caravan departed, their father said, ‘You may think I am senile but I can smell Joseph,’

And when the caravan had departed, their father said: surely feel the smell of Yusuf, if ye think not that I am doting

As the caravan set out, their father said, 'I sense the presence of Joseph, though you may think I am senile.'

And when the caravan left (Egypt), their father said: Surely I scent (the power of) Joseph, if you call me not a dotard

When the caravan departed their father had said: Truly I am conscious of the breath of Joseph, though ye call me dotard

When the caravan departed their father said: ‘I feel the breath of Joseph, though you will not believe me.‘

As the caravan left, their father said, “I indeed smell the presence of Joseph. And do not think that I am weak of mind.

As the caravan set off, their father said, ‘I sense the scent of Joseph, if you will not consider me a dotard.’

And when the caravan left, their father said: “I certainly find the smell of Joseph, if you do not think that I am senile.”

Even before the caravan arrived, their father said, "I can sense the smell of Joseph. Will someone enlighten me?"

As the caravan set out, their father said: "I smell a breath from Joseph, even though you may think I am doting."

Andwhen the caravan departed, their father said: "I do indeed feel the scent of Joseph, except that you may think me senile."

And when the caravan broke up (on arrival) their father said: I notice the scent of Yusuf (Joseph) even if you contradict me.

And when the caravan was departed, their father said, "I surely perceive the smell of Joseph: think ye that I dote?"

After the caravan had left [Egypt], their father said, “I truly sense the smell of Joseph. Do not think I have lost my mind.”

So when the caravan departed their father said, “I do indeed get the smell of Joseph if only you don’t take me to be a senile.”

And when they set forward with the caravan their father said: Truly, I find the scent of Joseph if you think me not weak of mind.

And when the caravan departed, their father said, `Surely, I perceive the scent of Joseph, even though you take me to be a dotard.

When the caravan left (Egypt), their father said: "I do indeed scent the presence of Joseph: Nay, think me not a dotard."

And when the caravan left (Egypt), their father said, "Verily, I smell the presence of Joseph; nay, think me not a dotard."

And when the caravan parted/went out , their father said: "That I, I find (E) Joseph's smell , unless you prove me wrong ."

When the caravan left the town, their father said, "I smell Joseph's scent. I hope that you will not accuse me of senility"

The caravan departed (from Egypt) and Jacob said (at home): "Say not that I am in my dotage, but I get the smell of Joseph."

And when the caravan moved (from Egypt) their father said, "Call me senile, but I am beginning to smell the scent of Yusuf!"

When the caravan departed, their father said: “I do indeed feel the smell of Joseph, even if you think me weak of mind due to old age.”

When the Caravan departed from Egypt, their father here said, 'no doubt, I find the scent of Yusuf, if you say me not that he is doted.

And when the caravan had set out, their father said, "I do indeed get the smell of Joseph, unless you consider me delirious."

As the caravan set out, their father said: "I smell a breath from Joseph, even though you may think I am weak in mind [because of age]."

So, when the caravan set forth, their father said: ‘I can clearly smell the scent of Joseph (in the air) unless you think of me infatuated’.

So, when the caravan set forth, their father said: ”I can clearly smell the scent of ‘Joseph’ (in the air) unless you think of me infatuated.”

And when the caravan went on its way, their father said, ´I can smell Yusuf´s scent! You probably think I have become senile.´

And as soon as the caravan departed, their father said, "Surely I indeed find Yusuf's scent, (Or: breath) unless you think me doting."

And when the caravan departed, their father said, “I certainly perceive the smell of Yusuf, if you do not consider me weak in mind due to old age.”

And when the caravan had departed, their father said: Most surely I perceive the greatness of Yusuf, unless you pronounce me to be weak in judgment

When the caravan set out from Egypt, their father [in Canaan] said, You may think I am senile, but I certainly perceive the breath of Joseph

And when departed the caravan their father said their father said Indeed, I [I] find (the) smell (of) Yusuf if not that you think me weakened in mind

Once the caravan had set off from Egypt, their father said, “I smell Yusuf ’s breath in the air, even though you might think I am senile.”

And when the caravan set out (from Egypt), their father (Ya‘qub) said (in Canaan), .I sense the fragrance of Yusuf, if you do not take me to be senile

When their caravan left Egypt, their father said to his folk: “I can sense the smell of Joseph; do not call me names (such as senile, crazy, etc.)”

And when the caravan left (Egypt to come to Jacob), their father said: "I truly scent the presence of Yusuf (Joseph): Do not think me as a feeble (old man)."

And as the caravan set out (from Egypt), their father said (in Canaan): "Indeed I smell the fragrance of Joseph. I say so although you may think that I am doting."

When the caravan departed ˹from Egypt˺, their father said ˹to those around him˺, “You may think I am senile, but I certainly sense the smell of Joseph.”

As soon as the caravan [with which Jacob's sons were travelling] was on its way, their father said [to the people around him], "You may think I am senile, but I can smell Joseph."

At the time that the (brothers’) caravan set out, their father said (to those around him): "Surely, I sense the fragrance of Joseph, unless you would consider me a dotard."

And when the caravan left (the land of Joseph), their father (in their own land) said, “If you do not think I am old and weakened in mind, indeed I perceive the scent (frequency) of Joseph.”

And when the caravan left (Egypt), his father (Ya‘qub [Jacob]) said (whilst sitting in Canaan): ‘If you do not consider me unstable due to senility, I am smelling the fragrance of Yusuf (Joseph).

And when the caravan departed, their father said: "I do indeed feel the smell of Yoosuf (Joseph), if only you think me not a dotard (a person who has weakness of mind because of old age)."

So when the caravan with the corn departed (from Egypt) their father said (in Kin`an), `If you do not pronounce my judgment to be weak and unsound (let me tell you that) I do scent the power of Joseph.

And when the caravan departed [from Egypt], their father said, "Indeed, I find the smell of Joseph [and would say that he was alive] if you did not think me weakened in mind."

And when the caravan departed, their father said: “Definitely I, indeed I get the smell of Yusuf (ie, I feel the presence of Yusuf), if it is not that you blame me of talhead of state illogically.”

And when the company of travellers was departed from Egypt on their journey towards Canaan, their father said unto those who were about him, verily I perceive the smell of Joseph: Although ye think that I dote

As soon as the caravan departed from Egypt, their father (Jacob) began telling his neighbors in Canaan about the Revelation that his son Joseph was in a position of high authority. "I do indeed scent the presence of Joseph even though you may call me senile."

When the caravan left Egypt, their father said *, "Indeed I sense the fragrance of Yusuf, if you do not call me senile." (* Prophet Yaqub said this in Palestine, to other members of his family. He could discern the fragrance of Prophet Yusuf’s shirt from far away.

AND AS SOON as the caravan [with which Jacob's sons were travelling] was on its way, their father said [to the people around him]: "Behold, were it not that you might consider me a dotard, [I would say that] I truly feel the breath of Joseph [in the air]!"
