Quran 53 : 53

He plunged the village

He destroyed the Mu’tafikkah

And Al-Mu'tafikah He destroye

And He toppled the ruined cities

And that He is the Lord of Sirius

and He razed the subverted cities

And collapsed the ‘Overturned City’.

And the subverted cities He overthrew

And those who were turned upside down.

And the overturned towns He hurled dow

And He overthrew the overturned cities,

And the overturned cities He overthrew

And He overthrew the Cities of the Plain

and the Subverted City He also overthrew

and the overthrown cities, He overthrew,

And the overthrown cities He threw down;

And the overthrown city was made to fall.

And the overthrown (cities) He threw down

The Mu‘tafikah² He also doomed

And the overthrown cities did He overthrow

And He demolished the city to be over-turned.

and He overthrew the town that was overturned

And He caused to perish the overthrown cities

that it was He who brought down the ruined citie

It is He who turned upside down the people of Lo

That it is He who brought down the ruined cities

And he fell upon the Overthrown [Towns],

And He brought perdition upon the subverted citie

and the Overturned City which He turned upside down

He caused to tumble that which are cities overthrown,

And that it is He Who threw down the upturned townships

And the City of Falsehood, He (also) made it sweep down

He overthrew the subverted cities (of Sodom & Gomorrah).

And the city that was upturned He caused it to fall down.

And He overthrew the cities which were turned upside down

And HE overthrew the subverted cities of the people of Lot

And it was He who destroyed the cities that were overthrown

And He destroyed the overturned cities [of the people of Lot

He overthrew the subverted cities (of ‘Sodom’ & ‘Gomorrah’).

And He destroyed the defeated Cities (of Sodom and Gomorrah)

And He destroyed the Overthrown Cities (of Sodom and Gomorrah)

And He destroyed the Overthrown Cities (of Sodom and Gomorrah)

The evil communities (of Sodom and Gomorrah) were the lowliest.

And He toppled Al-Mu'tafikah (The cities of Sodom and Gomorrah).

(He also destroyed) the overthrown cities (of Lot’s people)

just as He thrust into perdition those cities that were overthrow

And He destroyed the overturned towns (of the people of LuT) also

And the overturned/destroyed (city was) more dropping/tumbling down

and He overthrew the subverted cities [of Sodom and Gomorrah]

And He overthrew the cities (the destroyed cities: Sodom and Gomorrah)!

And His Law of Requital annihilated the cities such that they were overthrown

and that which remained involved in falsehood, He destroyed (them to extinction)

[They witnessed] that He destroyed the decadent cities [of Sodom and Gomorrah]…

And He destroyed the overthrown cities (of Sodom and Gomorrah during prophet Lot),

And he fell upon the Overthrown [Town of Sodom to which Prophet Lût (Lot) was sent],

The evil communities [of Sodom & Gomorrah] had sunk to the lowest…

And He destroyed the overthrown cities (of Sodom to which Prophet Lout (Lot) was sent)

And He it is, Who overturned the cities lying upside down _ (the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah

And He is the One Who (raised up) the overturned towns (of the people of Lut [Lot]) and smashed them down

And (that it is He) Who totally pulled down the subverted cities (- Sodom and Gomorrah of the people of Lot)

And ˹it was˺ He ˹Who˺ turned the cities ˹of Sodom and Gomorrah˺ upside down.
