Sunan an-Nasa'i Book 21, Hadith 111

"The Prophet and his Companions stood up for the funeral of Jew that passed by him, until it disappeared."

(In another narration) Jabir said: "The Prophet and his Companions stood up for the funeral of a Jew until it disappeared."

← Previous Hadith Al-Hasan bin 'Ali was sitting when a funeral passed by. The People stood until the funeral had passed, and Al-Hasan said: "The funeral of Jew passed by when the Messenger of Allah was sitting in its path, and he did not want the funeral of a Jew to pass over his head, so he stood up."

Sunan an-Nasa'i Book 21, Hadith 110 Next Hadith → a funeral passed by the Messenger of Allah and he stood up. It was said: "It is the funeral of a Jew." He said: "We stood up for the angels."
