The Prophet (ﷺ) used to recite in witr and he quoted the same hadith.

Sunan an-Nasa'i Book 20, Hadith 158

← Previous Hadith The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to recite in witr: Glorify the Name of Your Lord, the Most High;' and "Say: O you disbelievers!'; and 'Say: He is Allah, (the) One." And after he had said the salam, he would say: Subhanal-Malikil-Quddus (Glory be to the Sovereign, the Most Holy).

Sunan an-Nasa'i Book 20, Hadith 157 Next Hadith → He asked Aishah about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) at night. She said: "He used to pray thirteen rak'ahs: nine rak'ahs standing, one of which was witr, and two rak'ahs sitting. When he wanted to bow he would stand up, and bow and prostrate, and he did that after witr. Then when he heard the call for Subh, he stood up and prayed two brief rak'ahs.
