This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Hisham with the same chain of transmitters with a slight variation of wording.

Sahih Muslim Book 44, Hadith 118

← Previous Hadith 'A'isha reported that she used to play with dolls in the presence of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and when her playmates came to her they left (the house) because they felt shy of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ), whereas Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) sent them to her.

Sahih Muslim Book 44, Hadith 117 Next Hadith → 'A'isha reported that people sent their gifts when it was the turn of 'A'isha seeking thereby the pleasure of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ).
