or bade piety

Or bade piety

or orders piety

or command piety

Or enjoins piety

Or enjoins piety

or enjoins piety?

or enjoined Piety

and enjoins piety

or commands taqwa?

Or enjoineth piety

Or advocates piety?

Or advocating piety?

or enjoin true piety

or enjoins true piety

Or he commandeth piety

Or demands protection!

or to enjoin reverence

Or He commanded piety?

or bade to godfearing -

or encourages true piety

or ordering heedfulness?

Or enjoins righteousness

or ordering heedfulness?

Or enjoins righteousness

Or enjoins Righteousness

Or advocate righteousness

Or enjoins righteousness?

And (does he) enjoin piety

Or commanded by the piety?

Or enjoins the right deeds

Or advocates righteousness

Or encourages righteousness

Or advocates righteousness?

Or he ordered righteousness?

…and directs righteousness?

Or enjoins observance of duty

or encourages righteousness?

or commanded God-consciousness?

Or orders awareness (of Allah)?

Or he commands (people) to piety

Or he enjoins to Allah’s reverence.

or enjoins guarding (against evil)?

Or enjoined guarding (against evil)

or he orders to be cautious (of God)?

Or he enjoins [of the] righteousness

or he enjoined obedience (to One God)

or bid [others] to Godwariness

or is concerned with God-consciousness

or if he commands others to maintain piety!

Or exhorts others to righteousness and piety

He would enjoin piety, so how good it would be

Or had enjoined piety, (it would have been better)

or bids piety, (would the former still forbid him?

and issues commands based on fear of Allah?

Or his affairs were to lead him to Blissful security

Or he ordered/commanded with the fear and obedience of God

… to be on the right path and advocate righteousness

Or he would have commanded piety, what a good thing it had been.

Or enjoins guarding against evil. (How bad will be the end of that forbidder?

Or if he had commanded (the people) to be pious (how beneficial it would have been)
