But as for (him) who withholds and considers himself free from need,
وَأَمَّا
Waammā
مَنۢ

بَخِلَ
Bakhila
وَٱسْتَغْنَىٰ
Waistaghnaāā

Mustaqim

And whoever is stingy and arrogant,
