It is He who initiates and then returns.

it is He who brings people to life, and will restore them to life again–&ndash

Surely, it is He Who originates (created everything) and will repeat it (on the Day of Resurrection).

Verily He! He it is who beginneth and repeateth it

It is HU who originates (manifests) and then returns it (recreates)!
