84:10 Arabic

وَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِىَ كِتَٰبَهُۥ وَرَآءَ ظَهْرِهِۦ
84:10 Transliteration

Waamma man ootiya kitabahu waraa thahrihi

Andas for he who is given his record behind his back.
