Quran 79 : 28
He raised its ceiling and proportioned it.
رَفَعَ

سَمْكَهَا

فَسَوَّىٰهَا
Fasawwaāāhā

Raised it high, proportioned it
He raised it high and leveled it
raising it high and perfecting it
He exalted its vault and shaped it
He raised it high and fashioned it

He raised and perfected its canopy,

He has raised the height thereof, and has made it flawlessly perfect and well-balanced
He raised its ceiling and proportioned it (formed it with the qualities to fulfill its function).
