Quran 68 : 9

They wish if you cajole, so they will cajole.

They want you to compromise, so they compromise.

They wish you compromise, so that they may compromise too

They wish that you compromise, so they too can compromise.

They want you to compromise and then they will compromise.

They wish that you compromise, so they too can compromise.

They wish that you compromise, so they too can compromise.

they wish you would compromise, then, they would compromise

They would like you to compromise, so they would compromise

Who would have had thee compromise, that they may compromise

They wish that you should compromise so they would compromise

They wish you would compromise so they, too, could compromise.

they would wish you to be pliant so that they too may be pliant

Their desire is that you would let up, so that they might regroup

They wish that you should be pliant so they (too) would be pliant

They wish that you should compromise, then they would compromise.

They wish that thou shouldst compromise, then they would compromise

They wish that thou might compromise and that they might compromise

They only want that you should relent, so that they may come to terms

they would love to have you shift about so they too may shift around.

They would like (if) you would dissimulate, then they would dissimulate

Their want is that you would be easily swayed, so they could compromise.

They wish you would compromise so they would yield ˹to you˺.

Their desire is that you should be suffering: So they would be suffering

They want you to make concessions to them and then they will reciprocate

Fain would they that thou shouldst be pliant, so that they will be pliant

who are eager that you should be pliable, so that they may be pliable [towards you]

they would fain that thou shouldst be smooth with them, then would they be smooth with thee

They wished that thou wouldst compromise with them and they would compromise with thee.

They wish you to be (dishonestly) pliant (and not condemn their evil deeds in strong language) so they (too) would (in return) adopt a conciliatory attitude

They wish that you strike a deal with them so that they can strike a deal (and compromise on a middle grounds between Truth and Falsehood (10:15), (11:113), (17:74))
