Quran 68 : 9
They wish that you should compromise, so they would compromise.
وَدُّوا۟

They wish if you cajole, so they will cajole.
They want you to compromise, so they compromise.
They wish you compromise, so that they may compromise too
They wish that you compromise, so they too can compromise.
They want you to compromise and then they will compromise.
They wish that you compromise, so they too can compromise.
They wish that you compromise, so they too can compromise.
they wish you would compromise, then, they would compromise
They would like you to compromise, so they would compromise
Who would have had thee compromise, that they may compromise

Their desire is that you would let up, so that they might regroup
