Quran 68 : 29
They said, "Glory be (to) our Lord! Indeed, we [we] were wrongdoers."
قَالُوا۟
Qālūa
سُبْحَٰنَ
Subḥaāna
رَبِّنَآ
Rabbinaa
إِنَّا
Iinnā
كُنَّا
Kunnā
ظَٰلِمِينَ
Ẓaālimīna
They said: glorified is our Lord, we did wrong.
They replied, “Glory be to Our Lord, we were wicked!”
They said: Glory be to our Lord! surely we were unjust
They said: Glory be to our Lord, surely we were unjust
They said: "Glory be to our Lord. We have transgressed."
They said, “Glory to Our Lord, indeed we have done wrong.
They said, “Glory to our Lord! Truly, we have done wrong.”
They said, “Glory be to our Lord! Truly we were wrongdoers.
They said: “Our Lord is flawless; indeed we were wrongdoers.”
They said: Glorified be our Lord! Lo! we have been wrong-doers
They said, “Glorified is our Lord, surely We were oppressors.”
They said, 'Glory be to our Lord! Indeed, we were wrongdoers.'
Then they said: “Glory to our Lord, we were wrong.”
They said, Glory be to God, our Lord. We have surely done wrong
They said: “Glory to our Lord! Surely, we have been wrongdoers.”
They said, 'Glory be to God, our Lord; truly, we were evildoers.
They said: hallowed be Our Lord! verily we have been wrong- doers
They said Glory be (to) our Lord Indeed, we [we] were wrongdoers
They said, “Glorified be our Fosterer, we were certainly unjust.”
They replied, “Glory be to our Lord! Indeed, we were wrongdoers.”
They said, 'Glory is to our Lord, undoubtedly, we had been unjust.
They said, "Glory be to our Lord. We have transgressed."
They said, "May our Lord be exalted in His glory, we were unjust."
They said, "Glory be to our Lord, surely we were unjust."
They said, "Glory to our Lord! Truly we have done amiss."
They said, All Extolment be to our Lord! Surely we were unjust."
They replied, “Glory be to our Lord! We have truly been wrongdoers.”
They said, "Glory be to our Lord! We have indeed been wrong."
They said, "Exalted is our Lord! Indeed, we were wrongdoers."
They answered, praise be unto our Lord! Verily we have been unjust doers
'Exaltations to Allah, our Lord, ' they said, 'We were truly harmdoers.
They said: "Glory be to our Lord; we have been doing (something) wrong."
They said, 'Glory to our Lord—We were indeed in the wrong.'
Said they, 'Celebrated be the praises of our Lord! verily, we were unjust!
They said: "Our Lord's praise/glory, we were unjust/oppressive."
They said: "Glory to our Lord! Verily we have been doing wrong!"
They said: "Glory to our Lord! Surely, we have been doing wrong!"
"Glory to our Lord," they said; we were really in the wrong."
They said, "Exalted is our Lord. In fact, we were the wrongdoers!"
They cried out: "Glory be to our Lord! Certainly we were sinners."
They said, ´Glory be to our Lord! Truly we have been wrongdoers.´
They said: Glory be to God, our Lord! Truly, we had been ones who are unjust.
They said, .We pronounce the purity of our Lord. No doubt, we were wrongdoers
(Then) they said: ‘Our Lord is Holy. Surely, it is we who were the wrongdoers.
They said, "All glory belongs to God. We have certainly been unjust"
they said, ‘Glory be to God, Our Lord! Truly, we were doing wrong!’
Thereupon, they said, `Glory be to our Lord ! Surely, we have been wrongdoers.
They said, ‘Immaculate is our Lord! We have indeed been wrongdoers!’
(Thereupon) they said, `Glory be to our Lord. Certainly we have been wrongdoers.
They said, “Our Rabb is Subhan! Indeed, we have fallen short of giving your due!”
They said, “Purity is to our Lord – we have indeed been unjust.”
They said: "Glory be to our Lord; we have been doing (something) wrong."
Glory be to our Lord,‘ they said. ‘We have assuredly done wrong.‘
They said, “Glory be unto our Lord truly we have been of those who wronged their own souls.”
They said: "Glory to Our Lord! Verily, we have been Zalimoon (wrong-doers, etc.)."
They said: "All glory belongs to our Lord. Indeed, we were grossly unfair and morally wrong."
They answered: "Limitless in His glory is our Sustainer! Verily, we were doing wrong!"
They said: “Glory be to our Nourisher-Sustainer! Surely we, we (ourselves) had been transgressors.”
They said, "Glorified is our Lord! Verily, it is we who have been offenders." (Refusing the Divine Right of the needy)
They said: "All-Glorified is our Lord! Indeed we have done wrong (by regarding ourselves as self-sufficient and not dependent on Him)."
They said: "Honor, power, and might belong to our Lord forever. We have voluntarily and consciously abandoned the Full Knowledge of the Truth in favour of our own whims."
