So a passing sent from your Lord came to it while they all were asleep.

a disaster from your Lord struck the garden as they slep

Then something (fire) from your Lord passed by on the garden (at night and burnt it) while they were asleep,

Wherefore an encircling visitation visited it even as they slept on

Then a calamity from your Lord fell upon it, but they remained fast asleep

So a calamity befell the garden as they slept.

Then something going round from your Lord went round it while they were asleep.

So a visitation from your Lord came upon it while they slept

Then a visitation from your Lord encompassed it while they were sleeping

Then a visitation from your Lord visited it while they were asleep

So a sudden and awful visitation (a calamity) from your Lord visited it while they were asleep

Then a visitation from thy Lord visited it, while they were sleeping

Then a disaster from your Lord came to it while they were sleeping,

While they were sleeping your Lord send a storm which destroyed their garden

Then there came on them a visitation from your Lord, from all around while they slept

So there came upon it a visitation from your Lord while they were asleep

Then moved over this (garden) a swiftly moving (torment) proceeding from your Nourisher-Sustainer while they were those who are asleep

Then, a visitation from thy Lord visited it while they were ones who sleep,

So a whirl (of disaster) from your Lord went round (that garden during the night) whilst they were asleep

So, while they slept, a calamity from their Lord visited that orchard (and destroyed it completely)

and there came round about it an encompassing calamity from thy Lord the while they slept

So an envoy from your Lord completed his round upon the garden, whilst they were sleeping

But a besieger from your Lord besieged it while they were sleeping.

Wherefore a surrounding destruction from thy Lord encompassed it, while they slept

Then there encompassed it (the garden) a visitation from your Lord while they were sleeping

Then, a visitation from your Lord came down upon it while they slept

Then there passed by on the (garden) something (fire) from your Lord at night and burnt it while they were asleep

so a calamity from your Lord came round to them while they were sleeping

Wherefore an encircling desolation from thy Lord swept round it while they slumbered

On (the garden) came a visit from your Lord while they were asleep.

Thereupon a calamity from your Lord passed over it while they were asleep

But a visitation from thy Lord came on it, while they slept

So there went around it, a circuit (of disaster) from your Fosterer while they were asleep,

And then a calamity from your Lord befell it [the garden] as they slept

So a circler/walker (twister/tornado) circled/walked on them, and (while) they are sleeping/quiet/ still

whereupon a visitation for thy Sustainer came upon that [garden] while they were asleep

Then a (destructive) visitation from your Lord visited (Literally: went around it) it while they were sleeping

Then a visitation from thy Lord came upon it while they slep

A visitor from your Lord circled around the garden during the night while they were aslee

Then, there whirled around it a whirl (of calamity) from your Lord, while they were asleep

So there came upon it a visitation form your Lord while they were asleep.

So there came upon it a visitation form your Lord when they were asleep.

While they slept, a disaster from your Lord struck the orchard,
