Who forbids what is good in transgression and sin.

or hinderer of good, to anyone who is sinful, aggressive

One who excessively forbids the good, transgressor, sinner

Hindering all good, transgressing beyond bounds, deep in sin

Constant preventer of charity, constantly-vicious transgressor

[He/she is always] hindering good, pushing the limits, sinful.

Who hinders men from (doing) good, the transgressor, the iniquitous

(By habit) stopping (all) good, exceeding all bounds (and) deep in sin

Who prevents the experience of (the reality) and is guilty of transgression;

who forbiddeth that which is good, who is also a transgressor, a wicked person

The one who prohibits the good, trespasses and defiantly indulges in sinful acts

- Or to a withholder of the good and of wealth, trespasser of values, low in virtue

Miser/often preventing to the good/generosity , transgressor/violator , sinner/criminal

or to one who places obstacles in the way of good being done or to the wicked transgressor

one who forbids anything desirable, one who is transgressor, one who repeatedly indulges in sins

Abandoning goodness in favour of falsehood, going beyond the bounds, willfully keeping on sinning

… He is a slandered, back biter, forbidder of good, transgressor, sinner, Ignoble and,…

Or [obey not] one who places obstacles in the way of good being done, transgressing with criminal inten

Who hinders the doing of good, transgressor of all bounds (of sense or decency), one addicted to sinning

(The one who) greatly hinders pious works and is a miser, rebellious transgressor (and) toughened sinner
