"And how can I possibly fear what you have set up; yet you do not fear that you have set up partners with God, for which He has not sent down upon you any authority! So which of our two groups is more worthy of security if you know?"

Why should I fear what you associate with Him? Why do you not fear to associate with Him things for which He has sent you no authority? Tell me, if you know the answer, which side has more right to feel secure

Why should I fear what you associate with Allah, when you don’t fear what you associate with Allah, for which He has not sent down any authority to you? Which of the 2 parties has more right to security? (Tell me) if you know.

And how should I fear that which ye have associated, while ye fear not to have associated with Allah that for which He hath sent down unto you no warranty? Which, then, of the two parties, is more worthy of security, if ye but knew

And why should I fear those you associate with Him when you fear not associating others with God for which He has sent down no sanction? Tell me, whose way is the way of peace, if you have the knowledge

“How can I fear the deities you associate with Allah when you don’t fear associating them while He has not revealed any proof (regarding their divinity)?” So, which of the two ways deserves to be given more credence?

And how should I fear those you associate and while you do not fear that you associated with Allah that for which He has not sent down to you any certificate. Then which of the two groups is more entitled for security, if you know?

Why should I fear what you have associated with Him when you yourselves apparently have no fear of associating partners with Allah for which He has sent down no authority to you? Which of the two parties is more entitled to feel safe, if you have any knowledge

"And how should I fear those that you associate with God as partners when you do not fear to associate partners with Him without His having sent down on you any authority (to do so)? (Tell me,) then, which of the two parties has right to feel secure, if you have anything of knowledge

How could I fear what you ascribe [to Him] as [His] partners, when you do not fear ascribing to Allah partners for which He has not sent down any authority to you? So [tell me,] which of the two sides has a greater right to safety, if you know

`How (and why) should I fear (the things) that you associate with Him, while you are not afraid that you have associated those things with Allah for (the worship of) which He has given you no authority>' Which of the two parties then (of the monotheists and polytheists) is better entitled to security (and salvation) if you truly know

How should I fear what you have associated, seeing you fear not that you have associated with God that whereon He has not sent down on you any authority?' Which of the two parties has better title to security, if you have any knowledge

And why should I fear what you associate (with God), while you do not fear associating (partners) with God when He did not send down any reason for it to you. So, which of the two groups has more right to safety (and peace), if you know?”

"If you are not afraid of God (Who is the Most Powerful and should be feared the most,) why should I fear what you have taken as your "gods" (which have no power to harm nobody)? Who [else but Satan] made you to fall into idol worshipping? Who deserves peace the most? Answer me, if you make any sense."

“How could I fear those you associate with God, when you do not fear giving partners to God without permission having been given to you? Which of the two groups has more right to security? Tell me if you know

And how could I fear what you associate (with Allah) while not you fear that you have associated with Allah what not did He send down for it to you any authority So which (of) the two parties has more right to security if you know

And how should I fear that what you associated (to Allah) in (His) partnership, while you fear not that indeed you have associated partnership to Allah (of) that (for) which He has not sent to you any authority. So which of the two groups has more right to peace and tranquility (of mind? You or I) — if you had been knowing (the truth)?”

And how should I fear what you ascribed as partners with Him while you fear not that you ascribe as partners with God? He sends not down to you any authority for it. Then, which of the two groups of people has better right to a place of sanctuary if you had been knowing?

And how should I fear these (false gods) that you associate as partners (with Allah) whilst you do not fear that you have set up (idols as) peers to Allah (whereas) He has not sent down to you any authority (to associate? Now reply yourselves:) Which of the two parties then has greater right to be free from the fear (of chastisement) if you have knowledge?

"Why should I fear these beings you associate (with Allah)? In fact, you (should be, but) are not afraid of associating other beings with Allah. He has granted no approval for such an action. So, which of the two factions have a better right to peace and security, if you happen to know?"

How should I fear what ye associate with Him, when ye yourselves fear not to associate with God what He has sent down to you no power to do? Which then of the two sects is worthier of belief, if indeed ye know?

“And how should I fear whatever you ascribe as partners, whilst you do not fear that you have ascribed partners to Allah - for which He has not sent down on you any proof? So which of the two groups has more right to refuge, if you know?”

How can I fear that which you ascribe as partners [to Him] while you fear not that you have made partners to Allah things by which He has sent down no authority over you. Then which of the two parties has a better right to the safety if you indeed know?

And why should I fear that which you associate with God, when you fear not to associate with God that for which He has sent down to you no authority? Which, then, of the two parties has better title to security, If indeed you know

How should I fear that which you associate with Him, when you yourselves fear not to associate with Allah that for which you have no warrant (proof or power to do)? Which then of us two parties is worthier of certainty (of belief), tell me if you know?&q;

And how should I fear what you have associated when you yourselves are not afraid that you have associated with Allah that which He did not send down for it upon you an authority. Which of the two parties is more deserving of safety, if you know

And how should I fear those whom you associate in worship with Allah (though they can neither benefit nor harm), while you fear not that you have joined in worship with Allah things for which He has not sent down to you any authority. (So) which of the two parties has more right to be in security? If you but know."

How should I fear what you associate [with Him] while you do not fear having associated something with Allah (God) for which He has not sent you down any authority? Which of either group deserves more security [of Hell Fire], if you know anything?

And how should I fear what ye have joined with God, since ye fear not for having joined with Him that for which He hath sent you down no warranty? Which, therefore, of the two parties is more worthy of safety? Know ye that

“Why should I fear anything you associate with Him? You aren’t afraid of associating [idols] with Him without His ever having given you permission. Which of the two sides has more right to feel safe, if you happen to know?”

Why should 1 fear those whom you have associated (with Allah in His divinity) when you do not fear associating others with Allah in His divinity - something for which He has sent down to you no authority. Then, which of the two parties has better title to security? Tell us, if you have any knowledge

And how should I fear what you have set up (with Him), while you fear not to set up with Allah that for which He has sent down to you no authority. Which then of the two parties is surer of security, if you know

And how should I fear that which you associate as partners (with Allah) when you do not fear to associate partners with Allah for which He has not sent down any authority on you, so which of the two parties has more right for security, if you know?

"And why should I fear those whom you worship besides Allah, when you do not fear that you worship that, besides Allah, for which He has not sent down to you any authority. Then tell me if you do know which of the two parties has a greater claim to security?"

And how (do) I fear what you shared/made partners (with God), and you (P) (do) not fear that you shared/made partners with God what He did not descend with it on you (from) a proof/evidence ? So which (of) the two groups/parties (is) more worthy with the safety/security if you were knowing

And why should I fear anything that you worship side by side with Him, seeing that you are not afraid of ascribing divinity to other powers beside God without His ever having bestowed upon you from on high any warrant therefor? [Tell me,] then, which of the two parties has a better right to feel secure -if you happen to know [the answer]

And how should I fear what you have associated, and you do not fear that you have associated with Allah that on which He has not sent down on you any all-binding authority? Then, which of the two groups is truly (worthier) of security, in case you know?"

How should I fear that which ye set up beside Him, when ye fear not to set up beside Allah that for which He hath revealed unto you no warrant? Which of the two factions hath more right to safety? (Answer me that) if ye have knowledge

Why should I be afraid of your idols when you are not afraid of worshipping them without any authority from heaven? Would that you knew which of us is more deserving to receive amnesty"

How can I fear that which you associate with Him, while you do not fear (the evil fate of) your having associated with Allah something for which He did not send down to you any authority? Now, which of the two parties has more right to be in peace? (Tell me) if you know

How should I fear that which you associate in worship with Allâh when you do not fear to associate in worship with Allâh things for which He has not sent down on you any authority? Which, then, of the two parties has more right to safety, if you have sufficient knowledge?

How should I be in awe of that which you associate in worship with Allâh when you are not afraid of associating in worship with Allâh things for which He has not sent down on you any authority? Which, then, of the two parties has more right to safety, if you (think that you) have sufficient knowledge?

Why should I be afraid of things you associate with Him, when you are not afraid to associate others with Allah about which He sent you no authority? Which of our two parties, you or me, deserves to enjoy security, if you have knowledge?

And how should I fear your associate-gods, while you have no fear in associating ˹others˺ with Allah—a practice He has never authorized? Which side has more right to security? ˹Tell me˺ if you really know!”

And how should I fear what you associate when you don´t fear that you associate with Allah what He has not sent to you any authority for? Which of the two factions then has more right to safety if you knew?

And how should I fear your idols when you yourselves are not afraid of serving idols not sanctioned by God? Which of us is more deserving of salvation? Tell me, if you know

"Why should I fear your idols? It is you who should be afraid, since you worship instead of GOD idols that are utterly powerless to help you. Which side is more deserving of security, if you know?"

Why should I fear anything that you worship besides Him? Why are you not afraid to associate partners with Him when He never sent you authority to do so? Tell me, if you know the answer, which side is more entitled to feel secure?

And how should I fear what you associate, and you do not fear that you have associated with Allah, what He has not sent down with it, any Sultan? So, which of the two teams has more right with the security, if you were knowing?

He said, "Why should I fear that which you set up beside Him, when you fear not to set up beside Allah, deities for which He has sent no authority and that are utterly powerless. Think which of the two sides among us deserves peace and security? (3:150-151), (29:41), (33:39) Answer me if you have the answer."
