Losers are those who have killed their children foolishly, without knowledge, and they forbade what God had granted them by lying about God. They have strayed and they were not guided.

Lost indeed are those who kill their own children out of folly, with no basis in knowledge, forbidding what God has provided for them, fabricating lies against Him: they have gone far astray and have heeded no guidance

Indeed those who have killed their children foolishly without knowledge suffered loss, and they have made unlawful what sustenance Allah has provided them, inventing a lie against Allah. Surely they have gone astray and they are not guided ones.

Undoubtedly, those who kill their offsprings by their foolish ignorance are ruined and make unlawful what Allah has provided for them, forging a lie against Allah. Undoubtedly, they have strayed and have not got the way.

Those who kill their children foolishly without any knowledge and make what Allah has provided for them haram, inventing lies against Allah, such people are lost. They are misguided. They are not guided

Assuredly those are lost who, in folly and without knowledge, kill their children (either in the wombs of their mothers or after birth), and make unlawful (the lawful and pure, wholesome things) that God has provided them as sustenance, falsely attributing that to God. Assuredly, they have gone astray, and have never been able to find the right way

They are certainly losers who slay their children foolishly without knowledge, and forbid what Allah has provided them, fabricating a lie against Allah. Certainly, they have gone astray and are not guided

Certainly, they suffer a loss (those) who kill their children in folly (and) ignorance, and forbid (themselves) what Allah has provided for them; forging lies in the name of Allah. They have indeed gone astray and they are not rightly guided

Those who killed their children out of folly and the lack of knowledge, incurred a great loss. So did those who forbade themselves the blessings that Allah had bestowed upon them, those who fabricated lies about Allah. They have gone far astray; they are not on the right path

Lost, indeed, are they who, in their weak-minded ignorance, slay their children and declare as forbidden that which God has provided for them as sustenance, falsely ascribing [such prohibitions] to God: they have gone astray and have not found the right path

Already are lost those who killed their progeny in imbecilic, without knowledge, and they forbade what Allah had livelihood for them, in slandering against Allah. They already have strayed and they were not guided.

(They deprive their children to the point of starvation and death in the name of religious service, when under the instructions of the priesthood they abandon their families). Their straying is far from the way of the rightly guided
