Quran 59 : 4

That is because they defied God and His Messenger; and whosoever defies God and His Messenger, truly God is severe in retribution

That is because they opposed Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad). Whoever opposes Allah, then surely Allah is Severe in punishment.

That (is) because [they] they opposed Allah and His Messenger And whoever opposes Allah then indeed Allah (is) severe (in) penalty

That is because they made a breach with God and His Messenger; and whosoever makes a breach with God, God is terrible in retribution

That is because they were opposed to Allah and His Messenger, and whoever is opposed to Allah, surely Allah is Severe in retribution

This because they set them against God and his apostle; and whoso setteth him against God. . . . ! God truly is vehement in punishing

This is because they break away from Allah and His messenger, and whoever breaks away from Allah, then Allah is severe in punishment.

This is because they defied and opposed God and His Messenger. Whoever deifies and opposes God, then surely God is severe in retribution

That is because they were opposed to Allah and His messenger; and whoso is opposed to Allah, (for him) verily Allah is stern in reprisal

because they broke their promise with Allah and His Messenger; and whosoever breaks their promise with Allah Allah is Stern in retribution

That is because they opposed Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad SAW). And whosoever opposes Allah, then verily, Allah is Severe in punishment

This is because they opposed GOD and His messenger. For those who oppose GOD and His messenger, GOD is most strict in enforcing retribution.

That is because they opposed Allâh and His Messenger. Whosoever opposes Allâh (let him be sure that) Allâh is extremely severe in punishment.

This because they resisted Allah and His Messenger and whoso resists Allah and His Messenger -then undoubtedly, the torment of Allah is severe

because they have set themselves against God and His apostle; and he that sets himself against God should know that God is stern in retribution

That (is) with that they defied/disobeyed God and His messenger, and who defies/disobeys God, so then God (is) strong (severe) in the punishment

That is because they were hostile to Allah and His Messenger. And whoever has hostility with Allah (must know that) Allah is severe in punishment

That is for that they opposed (the Command of Allah and His Messenger; and whoever opposes Allah (Command), then surely Allah is strict in punishment

That is because they were entrenched in hostility towards Allah and His Messenger. If anyone is hostile towards Allah, Allah is Severe in Retribution.

Because they cut themselves off from Allah and His Messenger and he who cut himself from Allah (should bear in mind) that Allah is severe in retribution

That is because they acted in opposition to Allah and His Messenger, and whoever acts in opposition to Allah, then surely Allah is severe in retribution

That is because they make a breach with God and His Messenger. And whoever made a breach with God, then, truly, God is Severe in repayment.

That is because they opposed Allâh and His ‘Messenger’. Whosoever opposes Allâh (let him be sure that) Allâh is extremely severe in executing punishment.

This is so because they have contended against Allah and His messenger and whosoever contends against Allah, then truly Allah is formidable in retribution.

That is because they acted in opposition to Allah and His Messenger, and whoever acts in opposition to Allah, then surely Allah is severe in retributing (evil)

That is because they have broken off with Allah (God) and His messenger. Anyone who breaks with Allah (God) [finds out] that Allah (God) is Stern in punishment.

The whole event took place for the simple reason that the Jews resisted God and His messenger. Know that whoever opposes God will be subject to a sever punishment

this, because they cut themselves off from God and His Apostle: and as for him who cuts himself off from God and His Apostle - verily, God is severe in retribution

That is because they set themselves against Allah and His Messenger; and whoever sets himself against Allah should know that Allah is surely Most Stern in retribution

This is so, because they acted in defiance of Allah and His messenger. Whoever goes against (the will of) Allah (should know that) Allah is indeed very Severe in reprisal

That is because they have broken off with God and His messenger. Anyone who breaks with God [finds out] that God is Stern in punishment. Distribution of Spoils in War

This is because they remained opposed to Allah and His Noble Messenger; and whoever remains opposed to Allah, (and His Noble Messenger) - then indeed Allah’s punishment is severe

That is because they cut themselves off from Allah and His Messenger. And anyone who cuts himself off from Allah — then [that one should know that] Allah is indeed severe in giving punishment

For they separated themselves from Allah and His Rasul... And whoever severs his tie from Allah (denies the Names comprising his essence – his spirit – and his eternal life to come, and confines his existence to his mortal physical body) – then indeed, Allah is severe in retribution (Shadid al-Iqab)!

That is because they showed extreme enmity against Allah and His Messenger (blessings and peace be upon him). (Their ringleader was Ka‘b b. Ashraf, a notorious denigrator of the Holy Prophet [blessings and peace be upon him].) And he who opposes Allah (and His Messenger), then Allah is Severe in punishment
