Quran 54 : 31

I sent them only one blow which made them look like harvested hay

We sent upon them one blow, whereupon they became like harvested hay.

We sent against them a single Scream, and they became like crushed hay

We sent upon them one scream, whereupon they became like harvested hay.

But they called their companion, so he took (a sword) and hamstrung (her)

We sent them a single shriek, and they became like crushed trampled straw.

We loosed against them one Cry, and they were as the wattles of a pen-builder

We released against them a single blast, and they became like crumbling twigs.

Behold, We sent upon them a single mighty Blast whereupon they crumbled to chaff

Surely We sent against them one Shout; so they were as the chaff of a pen-builder

We sent against them a single scream, then they were like dried up fencing twigs.

We sent upon them a single Cry, and they were like crushed leafs of a hedge-builder

Truly We sent upon them a single cry, and they were like a fence maker’s dry sticks

A single cry was heard, and they became like the dry twigs of the sheep-fold builder

We sent a single Blast against them and they were just like a thatcher´s reeds.

We sent a single blast against them, and they were reduced to husks of a decayed fence

Verily We We sent upon them one shout, and they became as the stubble of a fold-builder

We sent against them a single Cry, and they became like the dry sticks of a corral builder

We sent a single Blast against them so they [lay] like dry stalks caught in a fence corner.

Verily, We sent upon them a terrible roar. So they became like a thatcher’s trampled stubble

We sent against them a single shout; and they became like the dry sticks of the fold-builders

We sent upon them a single blast of sound and they were left like hay to be used by the cattle

So We sent, against them a single shout, so they became like the broken dry stubble fragments.

Indeed, We sent against them one noise, and they were like the dry plants of the fold builder.

We sent a single blast to destroy them, and they were like the scattered sticks of a broken fence

Verily, we sent against them one noise, and they were like the dry sticks of him who builds a fold

We (E) sent on them one loud strong cry/torture raid, so they were as the dried and broken plants

We released a single mighty blast against them and they ended up like a fencemaker’s dry sticks

Then We sent against them one Shout and they became like the trampled twigs of the (sheep) penbuilder

Indeed, We sent a single, mighty blast against them. They became like dry sticks for fence building.

(We sent a single Blast against them so they [lay] like dry stalks caught in a fence corner.)

We sent upon them a single Blast, and they became like dried chippings of shrubs used as cattle-fodder

We indeed sent against them one deafening blast so they became like the broken stalk of a cattle-fold.

Then We sent a single blast against them and they became like dry stubble which has been trampled upon

Behold, We sent a single Blast against them, and they became like the trampled twigs of a sheep pen-builder

Lo! We sent upon them one Shout, and they became as the dry twigs (rejected by) the builder of a cattle-fold

We hit them with (just) a single blast, and suddenly they were like dried up straw sticking out of a mud wall

WE sent against them a single blast, and they became like the dry stubble, whittled down by a maker of hedges

Indeed, We sent a single awful blast upon them and they became like dry fragments of plants of a barn builder.

Verily, We sent upon them one awful blast and so they became like dry twig fragments (used by) a fence builder.

Verily, We sent upon them one awful blast and so they became like dry twig fragments (used by) a fence builder.

For We sent against them a single Mighty Blast, and they became like the dry stubble used by one who pens cattle

For We sent against them a single mighty blast, and they became like the dry stubble used by one who pens livestock

Truly, We sent against them one Cry and they had been like straw for the one who is a builder of animal enclosures.

We sent against them a single uproar, hence they became like the left over grass of enclosure builders, dry, trampled.

We sent upon them just one loud, piercing sound, and they became as the dry twigs used by the builder of a cattle-fold

Indeed, We sent upon them one blast from the sky, and they became like the dry twig fragments of an [animal] pen

Indeed, We [We] sent upon them thunderous blast single and they became like dry twig fragments (used by) a fence builder

Verily, We sent against them a single Mighty Blast, and they became like the dry stubble used by one that keeps the cattle

Indeed, We sent against them ˹only˺ one ˹mighty˺ blast, leaving them like the twigs of fence-builders.

Surely We sent upon them a single cry, so they were like the dry fragments of trees which the maker of an enclosure collects

Surely We sent upon them a single Shout (or Blast), so they became like the dry stubble which the maker of an enclosure collects

Indeed We sent upon them a single Scream – thereupon they became like the barrier builder’s residual dry trampled hay

Verily, We sent against them a single Saeehah (torment - awful cry, etc.), and they became like the dry stubble of a fold-builder

And We let loose a single and sudden blast against them and they became crushed like dry twigs whittled down by an enclosure-maker

Surely, We sent against them a single punishment (awful cry) and they became like the dry stubble (crushed twigs) of a fence-builder.

For We sent against them one cry of the angel Gabriel, and they became like the dry sticks used by him who buildeth a fold for cattle

Verily We, We sent against them a single Saiha (an awful wild sound), so they became like the dry stubble used by one who pens cattle

Behold, We let loose upon them one single blast [of Our punishment], and they became like the dried-up, crumbling twigs of a sheepfold

We sent on them a single loud cry so they became like dry broken pieces (of trees used to make) an enclosure (for the cattle or around fields).

Indeed, We disclosed upon them the single blast (an intense vibrant sound) and they became like crumbs and debris (which they give to their cattle).
