Quran 54 : 20
Plucking out men as if they (were) trunks (of) date-palms uprooted.
تَنزِعُ
Tanziʿu
ٱلنَّاسَ
Annāsa
كَأَنَّهُمْ
Kaannahum
أَعْجَازُ
Aaʿjāzu
نَخْلٍ
Nakhlin
مُّنقَعِرٍ
Mmunqaʿirin
It plucked up men like uprooted stumps.
it swept people away like uprooted palm trunks
which blew people away like uprooted palm trunks.
How terrible was then My chastisement and My warning
Tossing people around like empty, uprooted palm-trunks
tearing out people as if they were uprooted palm trunks
which snatched men up as if they were hollow palm trunks.
It tore men away as though they were uprooted palm stumps
which snatched men up as if they were hollow palm trunks.
Sweeping men away as if they were decayed palm tree trunks.
Sweeping men away as if they were decayed palm tree trunks.
which snapped people off like trunks of uprooted palm trees
It reft men away as though they had been palm stumps torn up
uprooting men as if they were trunks of uprooted date palms.
plucking up men as if they were stumps of uprooted palm-trees
Plucking out men as if they were uprooted stems of date-palms
which hurled people around like uprooted trunks of palm-trees
Plucking up men as if they were stumps of uprooted palm-trees.
Smashing down men as if they were uprooted trunks of date palms
It uprooted the people as if they were decayed palm tree trunks.
Tearing people away as if they were trunks of uprooted palm-trees
Plucking people as though they were trunks of date-tree uprooted.
it swept the people away as though they were palm-trunks uprooted
Tearing men away as if they were the trunks of palm-trees torn up
knocking down people as if they were trunks of uprooted palm trees
Tearing men away as if they were the trunks of palm-trees uprooted
It plucked people as if they were trunks of uprooted palm trees.
Taking off the people, as they were trunks of uprooted palm-trees.
Plucking people up, as if they were trunks of palm trees uprooted.
It swept people away as if they were trunks of uprooted palm trees
Carrying men away as though they were trunks of palm-trees uprooted
Plucking out men as if they (were) trunks (of) date-palms uprooted
Sweeping men away as though they were uprooted trunks of palm-trees
plucking people away, as if they were trunks of uprooted palm-trees
Extracting the people as if they were trunks of palm trees uprooted
Extracting the people as if they were uprooted trunks of palm trees.
That plucked out people as if they were uprooted stems of date-palms

Plucking up mankind as if they were the stumps of uprooted palm-trees
It uprooted people as if they were the stumps of cut down palm trees.
It tossed the people around as if they were decayed palm tree trunks.
snatching out the people as if they were uprooted stems of date-palms.
Plucking out human beings, as if they were roots of palm trees torn up
knocking the people over as if they were uprooted trunks of date palms.
tearing out humanity as if they had been uprooted palm trees, uprooted.
and snatched people up as though they were stumps of uprooted palmtrees
It [wind] swept away men as though they were trunks of uprooted palm-trees
It removes/pulls the people as if they are extracted/dead palm trees' ends
that snatched people up, leaving them like trunks of uprooted palm trees.
Plucking the people away, as though they were trunks of uprooted palm-trees
Which snatched away men as though they were palm trees pulled out by the roots
Plucking out men as if they were roots of palm-trees torn up (from the ground)
Plucking out men as if they were roots of palm-trees torn up (from the ground)
It used to beat down the men as though they are the roots of uprooted palm trees
The storm was tossing people around as though they were decayed palm tree trunks
Tearing people away as though they were the hollow trunks of uprooted palm-trees
It carried men away, as though they had been roots of palm-trees forcibly torn up
It uproots human beings as if they (are) stems of date-palm tree that gets uprooted
which tore people away and hurled them as though they were trunks of uprooted palm-trees
It (- the howling wind) tore the people away as though they were the hollowed stumps of uprooted palm-trees
The winds wrested people away and knocked them around, as if they were hollowed out trunks of the date trees
