Quran 53 : 43

He makes you laugh and cry,

And that He makes him laugh and cry.

and He makes (us) both laugh and cry;

and He makes (us) both laugh and cry;

It is He who causes laughter and weeping

And He it is, Who makes you laugh and cry

He is the One who makes you laugh or cry.

That it is He Who gives laughter and tears

That it is He Who grants laughter and tears

And that He made laugh,and He made to weep

that it is He who brings laughter and tears

That it is He who makes you happy and morose

And that He, He makes laugh, and makes weep;

that it is He who makes people laugh and weep

that it is He Who makes laugh and makes weep,

that it is He Who causes laughter and weeping

That it is He Who granteth Laughter and Tears

Indeed, it is HU who makes one laugh and weep!

and that it is He who makes men laugh and weep

And He is the One who makes laughter and tears.

and that He caused laughter and caused weeping,

And that He it is Who makes people laugh and cr

And that He is who caused laughter and weeping.

that it is He who moves to laughter and to tears

And that it is He who makes laugh and makes weep.

and that He causeth to laugh, and causeth to weep

that It is He who causes [one] to laugh and weep.

And that it is He who causes laughter and weeping

And that it is He who causeth to laugh and to weep

And that it is He who causes laughter and weeping.

Know that God is the One Who makes you laugh or cry

And that He it is who maketh laugh, and maketh weep

that it is He who causes to laugh and causes to weep

And that He is he who makes (everyone) laugh and cry.

[They witnessed] that He grants laughter and crying.

He is the One Who makes (whom He wills) laugh or cry.

that it is He Who brings about both laughter and tears;

And that it is He alone Who makes people laugh and weep

And that He, He made (one) laugh and He made (one) weep

and that He it is Who causes people to laugh and to cry

Then he will be rewarded for it with the fullest reward

And that it is He who makes [one] laugh and wee

And that He [He] makes (one) laugh and makes (one) weep

And that it is He Who made (you) laugh and made (you) cry

And that He it is Who makes men laugh and makes them weep

And that it is He Who causeth to laugh and causeth to weep

And that He, Ever He, makes to laugh, and He makes to weep

And He is the One Who makes (whom He wills) laugh or cry.

Moreover, He is the One Who brings about joy and sadness.

and that it is He who makes to laugh, and that makes to weep

and that it is He Who makes (one) laugh and makes (one) weep

And that it is HE WHO makes people laugh and makes them weep

And that it is He who made one to laugh and made one to weep.

And that He it is Who makes (men) laugh and makes (them) weep

and that He is the One who makes (one) laugh and makes (him) weep

and that it is He alone who causes [you] to laugh and to weep

and that it is He who makes [men] laugh, and makes [them] weep

And He it is Who (by His Will, Power, and creation) enables to laugh and to weep

And that it is He (Allah) Who makes (whom He wills) laugh, and makes (whom He wills) weep

And that He is the One Who makes one laugh (granting delight) and makes one weep (granting grief)

- vi And that He it is Who makes laugh, and makes weep. (Nations that establish His Rule will have inner happiness, whereas the others will be in misery)
