Quran 5 : 102

A people before you asked about such things, some more later on they renounced their faith.

A people before you asked about such things, some more later on they abandoned their faith.

People before you asked such questions, and then, as a result, became disbelievers

People living before you had asked about such things, but then rejected them

A folk before you asked (for such disclosures) and then disbelieved therein

A people even before you already asked about them; thereafter they became disbelievers in them

People before your time have indeed asked such questions-and in result thereof have come to deny the truth

A nation from before you had asked/questioned (about) it, then they became with it disbelieving

A people before you did ask such questions, and then became suppressors of the Truth, on that account.h

People before you indeed asked (questions), then became infidels due to it (probably by not following the answers given to them).

A people before you indeed asked such questions, then became disbelievers therein

Indeed some people before you had asked such questions and in consequence fell into unbelief

People before you asked such questions, and they lost their faith because of (detailed rules).

They who were before you, asked concerning such things, and afterwards quickly disbelieved therei

No doubt, a people before you asked about similar things, but (when they were disclosed to them) they denied them

Surely, the folk asked about them before you. Again, they became ones who are ungrateful for it.

Surely, brought up question about it, a nation before you; afterwards they became, because of it, as disbelievers (since they could not bear and digest the reply to their questions)

Indeed asked them a people from before you then they became thereby disbelievers

Some people before you asked such questions, and consequently lost their faith

Some people before you asked such questions; then they were driven toward the disbelief in account of their very own questions [as they could not face the answers.]

(Some) people before you asked them, then they became disbelievers in them.

A people before you questioned concerning them, then disbelieved in them

A people before you asked questions about such (details and) then they became disbelievers therein

Indeed a people before you used to ask such questions (and demanded from their Prophet such things as particular miracles), and thereafter they fell into unbelief (through not carrying out the commandments given in answer to their questions or through willfully disbelieving in their Prophet despite the miracles worked)

Certainly some people asked about them before you and then came to disbelieve in them

People before you asked about them and then later came to reject them.

A people before you asked them, then became rejecters therein.

A community before you asked such questions and then (unable to digest the answers) they became of the deniers.

Such things were asked by a people before you, but they disbelieved them afterwards

Surely people have asked questions before you, and were then found disbelievers therein

Indeed, people asked such questions before you, then on that account they became disbelievers.

Before you, some people asked about things, then ignored [the answers]
