Quran 47 : 18

Are they looking except for the Hour to overtake them suddenly? Its signs have come. But how will they be reminded when it has come to them

So are they waiting for the Final Hour to overwhelm them suddenly? Its signs have already appeared, so what use will it be to pay attention then?

Are they just waiting until the Hour comes to them suddenly? Its tokens have already come. But how will they be reminded when it has come to them

Are they waiting for the Hour to overtake them suddenly? Its portents have already come. How else will they be reminded when it does overtake them

Are they waiting for the Hour to come upon them suddenly? Its signs have already appeared. Once it is upon them, what good will their reminder be?

Are they then only waiting that the hour is upon them suddenly, whilst its signs have already come? So what reminder will they have when it reaches them?

Are they awaiting the Hour (of death) to suddenly come upon them? Its signs have already come! But what can they do when (that Hour) actually comes to them?

What are they awaiting but for the Hour to come upon them suddenly? Its Signs have already come. What good will their Reminder be to them when it does arrive?

Are they just waiting for the Hour to come upon them suddenly.? Its tokens have already come. Yet how will they [recognize] their Reminder once it comes to them?

Then do they wait but (for) the Hour that it should come to them suddenly But indeed have come its indications Then how to them when has come to them their reminder

For what do the infidels wait, but that the Hour come suddenly on them? Already are its signs come, and when it hath come on them indeed, how can they be warned then

Are they waiting until the Hour comes to them suddenly? All the signs thereof have already come. Once the Hour comes to them, how will they benefit from their message?

So are they waiting until the Hour comes to them suddenly? For its conditions have already been met. But once it comes to them, how will they benefit from their message?

Do they merely wait for the hour so that it comes upon them suddenly? Signs of it have already come. When it is upon them, how can they then benefit from the warnings?

Are they just waiting for the Hour to come upon them suddenly.? Its tokens have already come. Yet how will they [recognize] their Reminder once it comes to them?

So what are they waiting for, except that the Last Day suddenly come upon them? For its signs have already appeared; so when it does come, of what use is their realising it

Do they wait but for the Hour, that it should come to them suddenly? But indeed, its conditions have come; then how, when it has come on them, can they have their reminder?

Await they but the Hour, that it should come upon them on a sudden? Tokens thereof are already come, so how shall it be with them when there cometh Unto them their admonition

Are they looking for aught but the Hour, that it shall come upon them suddenly? Already its tokens have come; so, when it has come to them, how shall they have their Reminder

Do they then wait for aught but the Hour that it should come to them of a sudden? But already have come some tokens of it, but how can they take warning when it comes on them

Wait they for aught but the Hour that it should come upon them of a sudden? Now tokens thereof have already come. But how will they have their reminder, when it comes on them

So, do they await except that the Hour should come upon them unexpectedly? So, its indications had already come. so, how shall they be when it has come to them their Reminder?

Do they wait for aught but the Hour, that it should come to them suddenly? The conditions thereof have come already; how, when it has come on them, can they have their reminder

Are they waiting for the Hour of Doom to suddenly approach them? Its signs have already appeared. How will they then come to their senses when the Hour itself will approach them

Do they wait for any thing but the Hour (of change), that it may come upon them suddenly? Its signs have already appeared. How then will they be warned when it has come upon them

Do they await anything except that the Hour should overtake them suddenly? Certainly its portents have come. Of what avail to them will their admonition be when it overtakes them

Do they await aught but that the Hour should come upon them suddenly? Yet its portents have already come. Then when it has come upon them, what will their remembrance do for them

Are they awaiting the Hour of Doom to come upon them suddenly? Its signs have already come. But of what avail will their admonition be to them when it has actually come upon them

Await they aught save the Hour, that it should come upon them unawares? And the beginnings thereof have already come. But how, when it hath come upon them, can they take their warning

Are they waiting for the Hour to come on them all of a sudden? But some of its indications have already come. But how, when it has come upon them, can they take their advantage of it?

Look they, then, on not but the Hour, that it approach them suddenly? Certainly, its tokens drew near. Then, what will it be like for them when their reminder drew near to them?

Do they then only wait for the Hour, that it should come on them all of a sudden? But some signs of it have already come, and when it is on them, how then can they benefit by the advice

Are they only waiting for the Hour to take them by surprise? Yet ˹some of˺ its signs have already come. Once it actually befalls them, will it not be too late to be mindful?

What are the unbelievers waiting for, other than the Hour to come upon them suddenly? Its Signs have already come. But what good will it be to remind them once the Hour has actually arrived?

Are they waiting for the ‘Hour’ (of reckoning) to come on them all of a sudden? But some of its indications have already come. Thus, when it comes to them, how they will have their reminder?

So, are they waiting for anything but the Hour to come to them suddenly, whereas its signs have already come? So, when it comes to them, how would their taking notice be (of any help) for them?

Are they then looking for (anything) except the Hour, that it will come up to them suddenly? Then its portents have already come, so however (will they believe) when their Reminding comes to them

Do they then wait for aught but the hour that it should come to them all of a sudden? Now indeed the tokens of it have (already) come, but how shall they have their reminder when it comes on them

Are they waiting except for the hour that it should come upon them all of a sudden? and its preconditions have already come. Where then will they find their remembrance once it has come upon them?

What are the disbelievers waiting for, other than the Hour which will come upon them unawares? Its signs are already here, but once the Hour has actually arrived, what use will it be then to take heed

Do they then only wait for the Hour,- that it should come on them of a sudden? But already have come some tokens thereof, and when it (actually) is on them, how can they benefit then by their admonition

Then do they await except that the Hour should come upon them unexpectedly? But already there have come [some of] its indications. Then what good to them, when it has come, will be their remembrance

Do the infidels wait for any other than the last hour, that it may come upon them suddenly? Some signs thereof are already come: And when it shall actually overtake them, how can they then receive admonition

The disbelievers wait not but for the Hour, that it should come upon them suddenly. The Signs thereof have already come. But of what avail will their admonition be to them when it has actually come upon them

So what are they still waiting for? The hour (of Judgment)? It shall come upon them suddenly and surreptitiously. Its signs have already appeared! Where would they get their guidance once the hour has arrived

Are they, then, waiting for the Hour that may come upon them suddenly? And the signs of confrontation have already appeared. And when it comes to them, how shall their understanding (of the Truth) will help them

What they are then waiting for but the Hour that it should come upon them suddenly? The signs thereof have already come, therefore when it will come to them, then where will they be and where their understanding?

Do they wait for anything but the hour of doom that it should come on them suddenly? Then its tokens have already come. Then how will their (being) mindful (be beneficial) to them when it (actually) comes on them?

Are they waiting for the Hour (of judgment) so that it should come upon them suddenly? But indeed some of its signs have already come and when it will actually be on them, then how can they benefit by their reminder?

So do they wait/watch except (for) the Hour/Resurrection that (E) it comes to them suddenly/unexpectedly, so its signs/indications had (E) come, so how (is it) for them if/when their reminder/remembrance came to them

Are they waiting, then, for anything else than the Last Hour to suddenly come upon them? Already some of its tokens have come. But when it does actually come upon them, where will any time be left for them to take heed

So are they (the deniers) now just waiting for the Last Hour to come upon them all of a sudden? Its signs have no doubt drawn (near). But what (good) will their admonition do to them when the Last Hour (itself) approaches

Then, do they (the unbelievers) only wait for the Hour— That it should come on them of a sudden? But already have come some tokens of it, and when it is (actually) on them, then, how can they benefit by their warnings

Are they waiting till their resurrection [when they will have no time to repent]? They are only one step away from it. When they are resurrected, what chance will they find to listen and take advantage of the God’s message

Do they then await (anything) other than the Hour, that it should come upon them suddenly? But some of its portents (indications and signs) have already come, and when it (actually) is on them, how can they benefit then by their reminder

They are waiting for nothing but for the Hour (of Doom) that it should come upon them suddenly. So, its signs have already come. Then, once it will come upon them, how would they have an opportunity to accept the advice (already) given to them

Are they, then, waiting for the Hour (the time when the present world will end and the Hereafter begin) to come upon them of a sudden? Portends of it have verily come! And what will mention of these [portends] avail them, once it [the Hour] has come upon them

These (disbelievers) only wait for the (promised) Hour (of doom) to take them unaware. Its signs have already appeared. But of what (avail) will their admonition be to them (and how will they be able to repent) when it actually comes upon them (all of a sudden)

Are, then, they [whose hearts are sealed] waiting for the Last Hour - [waiting] that it come upon them of a sudden? But it has already been foretold! And what will their remembrance [of their past sins] avail them, once it has come upon them

Do they (who persist in unbelief and evil deeds) wait but for the Last Hour – (waiting) that it come upon them all of a sudden? Now indeed its portents have already come. But how can it benefit them to take admonition when the Last Hour has (already) come upon them

Do they then await (any thing) other than the Hour, so that it may come upon them out of a sudden (and they remain unprepared for it)? So surely, have gone forth pre-requisites to it. Then how (will it be useful) to them, when it (the Hour) has already arrived on them — zikrahum (a reminder unto them). [The emergence of the Last Prophet (33/40), the swift assault by Yajuj and Majuj (18/92-99, 21/96) and the appearence of Daabbah to admonish the people (27/82) are the three pre-requisites for the Doom's Day]
