Quran 46 : 24

Then when they saw it (as) a cloud approaching their valleys, they said, "This (is) a cloud bringing us rain." Nay, it (is) what you were asking to hasten it a wind in it (is) a punishment painful,

Mustaqim

Then when they saw clouds approaching their valleys they said: these are clouds to bring us rain. But it is what you were in a hurry for: a wind containing a painful punishment.
