Quran 41 : 23

And this thought you held about your Lord has ruined you so you became losers.

That’s what you imagined about your Lord and it ruined you, so you became losers.

It is this notion you had of your Lord that caused your ruin, and you are lost."

Your misconception about your Lord caused your ruin, and now you are among the losers.

This kind of thinking about your Lord will cause you to fall, and then you become losers.

That misjudgment that you entertained about your Lord ruined you. So you became losers.’

It is that thought of yours about your Lord that led you to ruin—so you became of the losers

It is this thought which you assumed about your Lord that led you to ruin, so that you became doomed.

And it is this notion that you developed about your Lord which ruined you. So you became of the losers

Such notions you had about your Lord! And they actually brought about your fall. You became the losers

This was your opinion, which ye imagined of your Lord: It hath ruined you; and ye are become lost people

It is this false notion you had of your Lord that ruined you, and you find yourselves among those doomed

And that your assumption which you assumed with your Lord, it ravaged you, so you became among the losers.

so it was the thoughts you entertained about your Lord that led to your ruin, and you became losers.’

This thought of yours about your Lord has led to your perdition and you have become among the losers."

Your mistaken assumption about your Rabb has brought you to perdition, and you have become among the losers.

And that guess of yours which you guessed about your Fosterer destroyed you, so you became of those at loss.

That thought of yours which ye formed concerning Your Lord, hath ruined you, and ye have become of the losers

And that thinking of yours, which you assumed about your Lord, destroyed you and so you became of the losers.

This thought of yours that you conceived about your Lord brought you to ruin, and you became among the losers

“Your assumptions that you entertained, concerning your Lord, has ruined you, and now you are among the lost.”

It was the thoughts you entertained about your Lord that ruined you, so that you are now among the lost.‘

And this is the kind of thinking about your Lord that has caused you to fail, and thus you became of the losers.

That was the thought that you thought about your Lord it has ruined you therefore you became of the ones in loss.

That thought which you thought about your Lord has destroyed you, such that you have come to be among the losers.

This is your conception, which you formed for your Lord, and it has ruined you, so now you are amongst the losers.

It is that thought you had about your Lord that has destroyed you so now you find yourselves among the lost.´

And that, your (evil) thought which you entertained about your Lord, ruined you, so have you become of the lost ones

And that (was) your assumption which you assumed about your Lord It has ruined you and you have become of the losers

That supposition of yours which you conceived about your Lord has ruined you, so you have awakened among the losers."

This was how you considered your Lord, but He knows you better than you know yourselves. Thus, you are now lost"

And this your thought which ye did think of your Lord hath ruined you, so that ye are become of those who perish."

That, your thought which ye did think about your Lord, hath ruined you; and ye find yourselves (this day) among the lost

That supposition of yours which you conceived about your Lord has ruined you, so you have awakened among the losers."

And that thought of yours which ye thought concerning your Lord has destroyed you, and ye have now become of those who lose'!

And this is the assumption you had regarding your Lord, which has ruined you, so you are now among those who have been defeated

And that thought of yours which you thought concerning your Lord has destroyed you, and you have now become of those who lose.'

That thought of yours which you thought about your Lord, has brought you to destruction, and you have become of those utterly lost!

And that (is) your thought/assumption which you thought/assumed with your Lord, He made you fall/ruin so you became from the losers

`And that thought of yours, which you entertained concerning your Lord, has ruined you. So now you have become of those who are lost.

And that your thought, which you thought about your Lord has dealt destruction to you. Then, you became among the ones who are losers.

That then, the thought you thought about your Lord, has destroyed you, and therefore you find yourselves this morning among the losers.

And that was your assumption which you assumed about your Lord. It has brought you to ruin, and you have become among the losers."

It was that ˹false˺ assumption you entertained about your Lord that has brought about your doom, so you have become losers.”

And that very assumption that you thought about your Lord has brought you to ruin, and so now you find yourselves among the losers."

“But this thought of yours which you entertained concerning your Lord has brought you to destruction, and you became of those utterly lost.

`And it was this (very wrong) belief of yours which you hold about your Lord that has ruined you, so that you have now become of the losers.

And that (Literally: those (s) (was) the surmise you surmised about your Lord; it has toppled you; so you have become among the losers."

Rather, it is the thoughts you thought about your Lord that have destroyed you, therefore, this morning you find yourselves among the losers.

This kind of attitude has ruined you and eventually turns you into a looser [even though you may look successful by worldly standards.]

and that very thought which you thought about your Sustainer has brought you to perdition, and so now you find yourselves among the lost!”

but these thoughts which you entertained concerning your Lord, have brought you to destruction, and [now] you are among the utterly lost

And that thought of yours which you thought about your Lord, has brought you to destruction, and you have become (this Day) of those utterly lost

But this assumption of yours which you did entertain brought you to ruin. Now you find yourselves among those who are doomed to eternal perdition.”

And that was your (evil) thought which you entertained about your Lord that has tumbled you down into perdition, so are you become of the lost ones

It is that supposition of yours which you entertained about your Lord that has tumbled you down into perdition, and so you have come to be among the losers

"But this thought of yours which ye did entertain concerning your Lord, hath brought you to destruction, and (now) have ye become of those utterly lost!"

"And this thought of yours which you used to have about your Lord, has brought you to (your) destruction, and (now) you have become of those who are totally lost!"

And this (had been) to you your thought which you harboured regarding your Nourisher-Sustainer. That (thought) has destroyed you, so you have become out of those who have lost

That was your speculation which you speculated about your Lord. It brought you nothing but ruin (over ruin), and you have become among those who are doomed to eternal perdition.

"And that it was your own thought which you entertained about your Lord that have brought you to ruin (or destruction, perdition), so you find yourselves this day among the lost
