Quran 40 : 57
Surely, (the) creation (of) the heavens and the earth (is) greater than (the) creation (of) the mankind, but most (of) the people (do) not know.

Yaʿlamūna
To create Heaven and Earth is greater than creating mankind, though most men do not realize it.

Verily, the creation of the heavens and the earth is greater than the creation of human beings. But most people do lack the knowledge (of this truth).
Most people do not realize the awesome effort that God has put in the creation of the universe. It has been much more awesome than the creation of mankind [therefore, God can resurrect man easily anytime He wishes.]
Greater indeed than the creation of the humans is the creation of the heavens and the earth. But most people never know what it implies (That the entire Universe submits to the Divine Laws, hence, should the mankind (29:61))
