38:23 Transliteration
Indeed, this (is) my brother, he has ninety (i.e ninety nine) and nine (i.e ninety nine) ewe(s) while I have ewe one; so he said, "Entrust her to me," and he overpowered me in [the] speech."
38:23 Arabic
إِنَّ هَٰذَآ أَخِى لَهُۥ تِسْعٌ وَتِسْعُونَ نَعْجَةً وَلِىَ نَعْجَةٌ وَٰحِدَةٌ فَقَالَ أَكْفِلْنِيهَا وَعَزَّنِى فِى ٱلْخِطَابِ

Inna hatha akhee lahu tisAAun watisAAoona naAAjatan waliya naAAjatun wahidatun faqala akfilneeha waAAazzanee fee alkhitabi
