And God created you from dust, then from a seed, then He made you into pairs. And no female becomes pregnant, nor gives birth, without His knowledge. Nor does anyone have his life extended, or his life is shortened, except in a record. This is easy for God.

The life span of each living being is indeed recorded in a book (the creational genetic codes)! This is certainly easy for Allah.

And Allah created you from dust, then from a sperm drop, then made you pairs. And no female does not bear, nor she gives birth but with His knowledge. To whomsoever of long age is given age or the age of whomsoever is curtailed, all this is in a Book Verily it is easy for Allah.

[God has absolute control over the population.] No woman becomes pregnant, or gives birth, without His knowledge. No one survives above his pre-determined life nor will live shorter. Keeping control over man’s life is easy for God

And God created you from dust, then from a zygote, then He made you in pairs, and no female conceives nor delivers, except with His knowledge, nor is a person long-lived, granted length of days, nor is a part cut off from his life, except if it is in a decree ordained. All this is easy for God

And Allah created you from dust then from a semen-drop then He made you pairs And not conceives any female and not gives birth except with His knowledge And not is granted life any aged person and not is lessened from his life but (is) in a Register Indeed that for Allah (is) easy

And Allah did create you (Adam) from dust, then (the offspring) from Nutfah then He made you pairs (male and female). And no female conceives, and nor she delivers, but with His Knowledge. And no aged man is granted a span of life, and nor a deduction is made from his life, but it is in record. [Any human being granted an extra-ordinary long life or an extra-ordinary short life will find the matter written in advance in the Record of events available with Allah]. Surely, this is quite easy for Allah (to do)

No one who is given a long life is given a long life, nor is anything reduced from his lifetime but it is in a Book. Truly, that is easy for God.

And Allah alone created you from clay (i.e., inorganic matter), then from a sperm drop, then He made you pairs. And no female conceives or gives birth but with His knowledge. And no aged man’s life is increased, nor is his age decreased, but (all this) is recorded in a Book (al-Lawh al-Mahfuz). That is certainly easy for Allah

The aged man lives that long while the lives of others are curtailed strictly in compliance with His commands prescribed in a book. That is really easy for Allah

And God created you from dust/earth then from a drop/male's or female's secretion , then He made you pairs/couples , and no female conceives/(is) pregnant with and nor gives birth/drops except with His knowledge, and no long lived/aged be granted long life, and nor be reduced (shortened) from his lifetime except in a Book/fate/term , that truly that (is) on God easy/little

And [remember:] God creates [every one of] you out of dust, then out of a drop of sperm; and then He fashions you into either of the two sexes. And no female conceives or gives birth unless it be with His knowledge; and none that is long-lived has his days lengthened - and neither is aught lessened of his days - unless it be thus laid down in [God’s] decree: for, behold, all this is easy for God

Behold, all this is easy to Allah. ('Nutfah' = Gamete, male or female)
