Quran 34 : 5

As for those who try to subvert Our signs, there is a punishment of painful torment

Those who tried desperately to undermine Our Quran will be severely punished.

However, those who try to challenge Our revelations will face the most painful torment

And those who strive to obscure Our signs, theirs is a punishment of painful affliction.

And those who tried to defeat in Our signs for them is the suffering of the painful torment.

But those who strive against Our signs, trying to defeat them, will suffer a painful torment

For those who strive against Our signs, to frustrate them, will be a penalty of painful wrath.

And those who tried to disable (and invalidate) Our signs, they have punishment of a painful filth.

But as for those who aim to invalidate our signs, - a chastisement of painful torment awaiteth them

But those who endeavor to thwart Our signs, for them there shall be a painful punishment of torment

while the ones who work against Our signs in order to defeat them will have severely painful torment.

But those who endeavor to disprove Our signs, for them there will be a painful punishment of ignominy.

And those who strive hard in opposing Our Messages, for them is a painful chastisement of an evil kind

But those who strive against Our revelations, challenging (Us), theirs will be a painful doom of wrath

But those who strive to confute Our revelations shall suffer the torment of a harrowing scourge.‘

'And those who strive against Our signs to void them -- theirs shall be a chastisement of painful wrath.

But they who endeavour to render our signs of none effect, shall receive a punishment of painful torment

But those who strive against Our Signs, trying to nullify them, will have a punishment of agonising pain.

And those who endeavoured to frustrate Our signs - those! theirs shall be a torment of afflictive calamity

while the ones who work against Our signs in order to defeat them will have painful torment from a blight.

But for those who strive against Our verses, trying to undermine them, will be a torment of painful wrath.

And for those who strive hard to defeat the purpose of Our Messages, there is punishment of a painful scourge

As for those who rush about to invalidate Our signs, for them there is an intense suffering (filth, illusion).

As for those who worked against Our Signs in order to frustrate them, they shall suffer a painful chastisement

But for those who strive hard against Our ‘Revelations’, there will be an agonizing chastisement of evil kind

But those who strive concerning Our signs to frustrate; those, for them is the punishment of a painful plague.

But those who strive against Our signs to stop them, for them will be a penalty, and a punishment most crushing

As for those who constantly challenge our revelations, they have incurred a retribution of painful humiliation.

But those who strive concerning our signs to frustrate them; these,- for them is the torment of a grievous plague

But those who strive against Our Revelations to frustrate them, there will be a severe painful punishment for them.

And those who strived in Our verses, to cause incapacitation, those for them is a torment from painful abomination.

Those who try to discard the Lord’s revelations, on the contrary, will receive an awful punishment in the Hell

And (the ones) who endeavor against Our signs trying to defy them, those will have a torment of painful chastisement

But those who strive against Our Verses (to) cause failure those for them (is) a punishment of foul nature painful

And those who strive hard in opposing Our revelations, these it is for whom is a painful and humiliating chastisement

As for those who sought against Our revelations to frustrate them, they will have a retribution of painful affliction.

But those who strive against Our Signs, to frustrate them,- for such will be a Penalty,- a Punishment most humiliating

And those who strove in Our signs in order to defeat – for them is a punishment from the severe painful punishments

But as for those who work against Our Revelations, seeking to undermine them, there will be a torment of painful suffering

but for those who strive against Our message, trying to undermine it, there will be a painful punishment of agonizing pain.

As for those who strive against Our revelations, seeking to undermine them—for them is a punishment of a painful plague

Whereas those who strive against Our Revelations trying to defeat their purpose, theirs will be a suffering of painful anxiety

And those who strived/endeavored in Our verses/evidences disabling/frustrating, those for them (is) a torture from painful filth

And (as for) those who strive hard in opposing Our communications, these it is for whom is a painful chastisement of an evil kind

But those who strive against Our verses [seeking] to cause failure - for them will be a painful punishment of foul nature

But those who contend with Our signs seeking to thwart [their purpose], for such is a painful punishment due to defilement

As for those who strive to discredit Our revelations, it is they who will suffer the ˹worst˺ torment of agonizing pain.

But those who endeavored against Our signs as ones who strive to thwart, those, for them there is a punishment of painful wrath.

As for those who strived against Our signs to defeat (the messenger), for such people there is a painful punishment of the divine wrath

And there are those who strive to refute and repudiate Our signs. Such are the ones, for whom there exists a severely painful punishment

But those who labor against Our verses (thinking they are) frustrating (Our Messengers), theirs shall be the painful punishment of anger.

And those who strive against Our signs to frustrate them, those are the persons for whom there is a punishment of painfully weakening uneasiness.

But as to those who strive against Our Signs, seeking to frustrate Our plans, it is they for whom there will be the torment of a painful punishment

But those who strive to refute What We have revealed of the Knowledge of the Truth are the ones who will be subjected to a severely painful punishment.

And those who strived in (opposition to) Our Revelations presuming to frustrate (Us), it is they for whom there is punishment of a highly agonizing torment

But (as to) those who strive hard against Our revelations seeking to frustrate (Our plan), it is they who will suffer a harrowing punishment of the worst sort

whereas for those who strive against Our messages, seeking to defeat their purpose, there is grievous suffering in store as an outcome of [their] vileness

But those who strive against Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) to frustrate them, those, for them will be a severe painful torment

But those who strive against Our Signs, to stop them (from success) in every way.— For such (persons there) will be a Penalty— A Punishment that is most humiliating

And those who strove in Ayaatina (‘Our Verses’) as those who are bent upon frustrating the purpose — those: for them will be punishment of a painful suffering

Whereas those who strive against Our Revelations, seeking to frustrate and void (them), for those (who have thus distanced themselves from their Lord) is a painful punishment of loathsome kind (earned by their own loathsome deeds)
