Quran 31 : 18

“Don’t look down on people or swagger about. Allah dislikes every rude boaster.

And do not treat people with arrogance, nor walk proudly on earth. God does not love the arrogant showoffs

'And twist not thy cheek proudly, nor walk in the land haughtily; verily, God loves not every arrogant boaster

And do not brush off people and do not walk carelessly on earth, for Allah does not love an arrogant show-off.

And distort not thy face at men; nor walk thou loftily on the earth; for God loveth no arrogant vain-glorious one

“And do not turn your cheek to people, nor walk in insolence through the earth, for God loves not any arrogant boaster

Do not talk to people contemptuously, nor walk insolently on the earth. Surely, Allah does not like a haughty braggart

And turn not away thy cheek from men nor walk on the earth stultingly, verily Allah loveth not any vainglorious boaster

Do not hold men in contempt, and do not walk with hauteur on the earth. Verily God does not like the proud and boastful

Turn not thy cheek in scorn toward folk, nor walk with pertness in the land. Lo! Allah loveth not each braggart boaster

And turn not thy cheek away from humanity nor walk through the earth exultantly. Truly, God loves not any proud boaster.

Do not sneer down your cheek at other men nor walk brashly around the earth: God does not love every swaggering boaster.

Turn not thy cheek away from men in scorn, and walk not in the earth exultantly; God loves not any man proud and boastful

Do not turn your nose up at people, nor walk about the place arrogantly, for God does not love arrogant or boastful people

Do not treat people with scorn, nor walk exultant on the earth: surely God does not love the arrogant and the vainglorious

And turn not your cheek at men in scorn, nor walk exultantly upon the earth. Surely God loves not any vainglorious boaster

`And turn not thy cheek away from men in scorn, nor walk in the earth haughtily; Surely, ALLAH loves not the arrogant boaster

Do not turn your cheek in scorn away from people, nor walk proudly on the earth; Allah does not love the proud and the boastful

Do not sneer down your cheek at other men nor walk brashly around the earth: Allah (God) does not love every swaggering boaster.

And do not turn your cheek away from people, and do not walk on the earth arrogantly, for God does not like every selfish show-off.

"You shall not treat the people with arrogance, nor shall you roam the earth proudly. GOD does not like the arrogant showoffs.

And twist not your cheek proudly to men, and do not walk in the earth exultantly; indeed, God does not like every arrogant boaster.

"And turn not rudely away from people, nor walk the streets in pride! Indeed, Allah loves not any self-conceited boaster."

"And swell not thy cheek (for pride) at men, nor walk in insolence through the earth; for Allah loveth not any arrogant boaster

And don’t turn your cheek in scorn towards people, and don’t strut around exultantly on earth. God doesn’t like any arrogant boaster.

Distort not thy face out of contempt to men, neither walk in the earth with insolence; for God loveth no arrogant, vain-glorious person

“And do not turn your nose up to people, nor walk pridefully upon the earth. Surely Allah does not like whoever is arrogant, boastful.

"And do not turn your cheek arrogantly from people, nor shall you roam the earth insolently. For God does not love the arrogant show off.

And don’t turn your face away (with pride) from people, nor walk in pride on the earth. Surely, Allah does not like any arrogant boaster.

"Do not turn your face from people in scornful pride, nor move on earth haughtily. Surely God does not love anyone proud and boastful

And (do) not turn your cheek from men and (do) not walk in the earth exultantly Indeed Allah (does) not like every self-conceited boaster

And turn not thy face away from people in contempt, nor go about in the land exultingly. Surely Allah loves not any self-conceited boaster

Do not scornfully turn your face away from people. Do not walk around puffed-up with pride; God does not love arrogant and boastful people

And do not turn your cheek [in contempt] away from people, and do not walk in arrogance, for God does not like any vain and boastful person.

"And turn not your face away from men with pride, nor walk in insolence through the earth. Verily, Allah likes not each arrogant boaster

Do not (contemptuously) turn your face away from people, nor tread haughtily upon earth. Allah does not love the arrogant and the vainglorious

and do not turn your cheek away from people, and do not walk on the earth haughtily. Surely, Allah does not like anyone who is arrogant, proud

Do not turn your cheek disdainfully from the people, and do not walk exultantly on the earth. Indeed Allah does not like any swaggering braggart

"And never be arrogant with people, and walk not haughtily on the earth. Behold, Allah does not love any bragging boaster. (17:37), (57:23)

And make not your cheek crooked while talking to any one and walk not in the earth struttingly. Undoubtedly Allah loves not any arrogant boaster.

And do not puff up your cheek for men, and do not move in the earth insolently. Certainly, Allah does not like any self-centred, boasting person

"And twist not your cheek in scorn towards folk, nor walk haughtily (or insolently) in the land; verily, Allah loves not any arrogant boaster

“Do not turn your cheek [in arrogance] from people. Do not walk proudly over the earth. Truly, Allah does not like every self-conceited braggart.

And do not turn your cheek with arrogance toward the people nor walk hilariously in the earth. Surely Allah does not love every snobbish, overproud.

And do not turn your cheek arrogantly to men and do not walk in the earth exultantly. Truly Allah does not love any self-conceited and self-vaunting.

Do not avert your face from people out of haughtiness and do not strut about arrogantly on the earth. Allah does not love anyone who is vain or boastful.

And do not turn your face away from people in contempt, nor go about in the land exulting overmuch; surely Allah does not love any self-conceited boaster

"And do not turn your cheek (with pride) from men, and do not walk in (rude) arrogance on the earth; Verily, Allah does not love any arrogant boaster

Do not avert your face from people out of haughtiness and do not walk with pride on the earth: for, behold, God does not love arrogant and boastful people

`And do not turn your face away from people in scorn and pride, nor walk about on the earth haughtily. Surely, Allah does not love any self-conceited boaster

“And do not contort your cheek while talking to anyone, nor boastfully walk upon the earth; indeed Allah does not like any boastful, haughty person.”

And do not turn away your cheek boastfully from people nor walk proudly in the earth, Allah certainly does not like anyone who considers himself great, boastful.

Don’t turn your face away from people in scorn, neither do you walk exultantly in the land. Allâh doesn’t demonstrate His own love for anyone who is arrogant boaster.

“Do not turn away from people in arrogance and do not walk upon the earth boastfully! Indeed, Allah does not like those who are arrogant and proud with their possessions!”

And do not turn your cheek [in contempt] toward people and do not walk through the earth exultantly. Indeed, Allah does not like everyone self-deluded and boastful

And do not turn your face away from the people (in arrogance), nor walk haughtily on earth. Surely, Allah does not love the arrogant one who walks gloatingly in self-conceit

Turn not your face away from people in contemptuousness, neither do you walk exultantly in the land. Allâh demonstrates not his own love for anyone who is supercilious boaster.

And do not turn your cheek away haughtily from mankind, and do not walk in the earth merrily. Surely Allah does not love everyone (who is) always conceited, (and) constantly boastful

“And turn not thy cheek away from people in [false] pride, and walk not haughtily on earth: for, behold, God does not love anyone who, out of self- conceit, acts in a boastful manner

“Do not treat people with arrogance and do not walk proudly on the earth [an excellent advice for people with the colonialist attitude]. Know that God does not like proud people.”

And do not turn away your cheek from the people, and do not walk in the land/Earth showing superiority happiness and overconfidence , that truly God does not love/like every/each conceited/arrogant, proud/arrogant
