Quran 3 : 162

Is he who follows the pleasure of God as he who draws the wrath of God and his abode is Hell and a miserable destiny?

Is someone who pursues God's acceptance, like the one who earns God's wrath? His dwelling is Hell, a dreadful destiny.

Is one who follows God’s approval like one who incurred God’s wrath and whose dwelling is Hell—a miserable destination?

Are those who seek Allah’s pleasure like those who deserve Allah’s wrath? Hell is their home. What an evil destination!

Is someone who follows God’s pleasure like someone who incurs God’s anger, and his housing is hell, a miserable destination?

Are those who seek God's pleasure equal to those who incur His wrath and whose dwelling will be hell, the terrible destination

Is one who pursues GOD's pleasure the same as one who incurs wrath from GOD and his destiny is Hell, the most miserable abode?

Can one who seeks the pleasure of God, be like one who incurs the wrath of God and whose abode shall be Hellan evil destination

Can the man who seeks to please God be compared to him who has incurred God‘s anger? Hell shall be his home, evil his fate

Is he who pursues God’s Contentment like one who earns a burden of anger from God, and whose refuge is Hell? An evil journey’s end

Is a man who has followed the pleasure of God the same as he who has incurred His wrath, whose abode is surely Hell, a dreadful place

Is someone who pursues God's approval the same as someone who incurs God's wrath and his refuge is Hell—the miserable destination

Is one who seeks the Approval of Allah the same as one who earned Allah's disapproval, and his destiny is Hell, the most miserable abode

Is the man who seeks the pleasure of the Lord equal to the one who provokes the anger of God? The latter destiny. What an evil destination

Is he who follows the pleasure of God, like him who has drawn on himself anger from God, whose resort is hell? An evil journey shall it be

How can a person who seeks Allah’s pleasure be compared with one who earned His anger, and whose destination is Hell? What a wretched end!

Is he who pursues the approval of Allah like him who brings upon himself disapproval from Allah and his refuge is hell, a bad destination?

Is he who follows the pleasure of God, like him who has drawn on himself anger from God, whose abode is Hell? And evil is the destination.

What, is he who follows God's good pleasure like him who is laden with the burden of God's anger, whose refuge is Gehenna? An evil homecoming

Is he who follows the pleasure of ALLAH like him who draws on himself the wrath of ALLAH and whose abode is Hell? And an evil retreat it is

Is then he who follows the pleasure of Allah like him who incurs Allah’s displeasure, and his abode is hell? And it is an evil destination

Is one who followeth the pleasure of Allah as one who hath earned condemnation from Allah, whose habitation is the Fire, a hapless journey's end

Is he who follows the pleasure of Allah, like him who has drawn on himself anger from Allah, whose resort is the Fire? An evil journey´s end

Is he who follows the pleasure of Allah like he who is laden with the Anger of Allah, Gehenna (Hell) shall be his shelter. Evil shall be his return

So who followed Allah's satisfaction is the same as who incurred by wrath from Allah and his shelter is Gohanam (Hell) and wretched is the destiny?

Then, is he, who follows Allah's pleasure, like him who deserves displeasure of Allah and his settling place is hell? And it is an evil destination.

Is the one seeking Allah's pleasure like the one incurring Allah's wrath and woefully destined for an abode in Hell? And it is the worst destination

Is the man who follows the good pleasure of Allah Like the man who draws on himself the wrath of Allah, and whose abode is in Hell?- A woeful refuge

Is someone who follows after God´s approval like someone else who incurs wrath from God? His refuge will be Hell, and how awful is such a goal!

Is someone who pursues the pleasure of Allah the same as someone who incurs displeasure from Allah and whose refuge is Hell? What an evil destination!

Is one who follows the good pleasure of Allah like one who brings upon him-/herself the wrath of Allah and whose goal is Hell? What a terrible goal!

Is he who follows the good pleasure of Allah like him who is laden with Allah´s wrath and whose abode is Hell? How evil that is for a resting-place

Is the one who follows the good pleasure of Allâh like the one who brings His wrath upon himself and his abode is hellfire?. What a dreadful destination!

So is one who pursues the pleasure of Allah like one who brings upon himself the anger of Allah and whose refuge is Hell? And wretched is the destination

Will then he who follows the pleasure of Allah be like him who has earned the wrath of Allah and his abode is hell? And what a bad place of returns it is.

So is one who follows the will of Allah equal to one who has incurred the wrath from Allah and whose home is the fire? And what a wretched place to return

Is he who follows [the course of] Allah’s pleasure like him who earns Allah’s displeasure and whose refuge is hell, an evil destination

Is then one who followeth the pleasure of Allah like unto him who hath settled under the displeasure of Allah? His resort is Hell, and ill is that destinatio

Is the man who follows the good pleasure of Allah like the man who draws on himself the anger of Allah, and whose home is in Hell? And a woeful place (to live)

Can the man who pursues God’s good pleasure be like the man who has brought God’s wrath upon himself and whose home will be Hell- a foul destination

Is someone who follows after Allah (God)'s approval like someone else who incurs wrath from Allah (God)? His refuge will be Hell, and how awful is such a goal!

Is the one who follows the good pleasure of Allâh like the one who brings the wrath of Allâh upon himself and his abode is hellfire? Dreadful is definitive course!.

Is then he who follows the pleasure of Allah like him who has made himself deserving of displeasure from Allah, and his abode is hell; and it is an evil destination

So is (the one) who pursues (the) pleasure (of) Allah like (the one) who draws on (himself) wrath of Allah and his abode (is) hell and wretched (is) the destination

Shall he who hath followed the good pleasure of God be as he who hath brought on himself wrath from God, and whose abode shall be Hell? and wretched the journey thither

Is the person who follows the blessings of God like the person who brings on himself the punishment of God, and whose home is hell? This is a terrible destination indeed

Is then he who strives after God's goodly acceptance like unto him who has earned the burden of God's condemnation and whose goal is hell? - and how vile a journey's end

How can a person who has subjected himself to the will of Allah be like the one who has earned Allah’s wrath? And Hell is his abode, and that is an extremely evil dwelling

How then, could one who submits to the pleasure of Allah be equal to him who returns with displeasure from Allah? His ultimate place is the Fire; and what an evil end it is

Then is he who closely follows the all-blessed satisfaction of Allah like him who has drawn upon (himself) wrath from Allah and whose abode is Hell? And miserable is the Destiny

Can a person who follows the good pleasure of Allah, be like the one who is laden with the Wrath of Allah (by taking booty illegally)? Its abode is hell and the worst destination.

Is he who follows the goodly pleasure of Allah like one who goes away with the displeasure from Allah? and his resting place will be the hellfire and what a woeful place of ending.

What, is he who strives after God’s good pleasure and approval like him who is laden with God’s condemnation and whose refuge is Hell? How evil a destination to arrive at

Can the person who (always) follows the good pleasure of Allah be like the person who has incurred the displeasure of Allah and whose abode is Gehenna? What an evil destined abode it is

Shall he therefore who followeth that which is well-pleasing unto God, be as he who bringeth on himself wrath from God, and whose receptacle is hell? An evil journey shall it be thither

Is then one who obeyed what is pleasing unto Allah, like the one who brought on himself something of the wrath of Allah and his receptacle (happens to be) Hell — a woeful place of stay

Is one who pursues the pleasure of Allah (the forces of the Names within his essence) like the one whose abode is hell, the place where Allah’s anger is expressed? How wretched an end that is!

Is that who followed God's acceptance/approval/satisfaction, as who returned with hatred/anger/dissatisfaction from God, and his shelter/refuge (is) Hell , and how bad (is) the end/destination

So, then, is he who followed the contentment of God like he who drew the burden of the displeasure of God and whose place of shelter will be hell? And miserable will be the Homecoming!

Could the one who seeks the approval (and acceptance) of Allah, ever be like the one who (deserves and) draws the wrath of Allah? Hell shall be his abode, and it is the (most) despicable destination

Is then one who follows (seeks) the good Pleasure of Allah (by not taking illegally a part of the booty) like the one who draws on himself the Wrath of Allah (by taking a part of the booty illegally - Ghulul)? - his abode is Hell, - and worst, indeed is that destination
