If you are wounded, then know that the other group is also wounded. And such are the days, We alternate them between the people, so that God will distinguish those who believe, and so He may make witnesses from among you; and God does not love the wicked.

if you have suffered a blow, they too have suffered one like it. We deal out such days among people in turn, for God to find out who truly believes, for Him to choose martyrs from among you- God does not love evildoers

If a wound has touched you, so have (disbelieving) people touched a wound similar to that. These days, We turn them among people so that Allah knows those who believe, and He may take martyrs from among you. And Allah does not like the wrongdoers

If there hath befallen you a sore, a sore like thereunto hath already befallen that people. These are the haps that We change about among man kind, that Allah may know those who believe and may take martyrs from among you and Allah loveth not the wrong doers

If you have been wounded they too have suffered a wound. We cause this alternation of night and day in the affairs of men so that God may know those who believe, taking some as witness (of truth) from your ranks, for God does not like those who are unjust

If you are touched by (the pain of a) wound, a similar wound has touched other people as well. Such times recirculate among mankind. It is so that the believers can be known by Allah (as the outcome of the manifestations of the Names in their essence) and who bear witness to the reality at the expense of their own lives. Allah does not like those who do wrong (those who do not fulfill their duties to themselves and others).

If any distress has come to you, then they too have already received a similar distress. These are the days in which we have fixed turns for the people and that is because Allah may make one to distinguish the believes and may assign some of you the position of martyrs. And Allah loves not the unjust.

If you have received a wound, they have already received a similar wound. We deal out such days to people turn by turn, so that Allah will know those who have iman and can gather martyrs from among you — Allah does not love wrongdoers —

If a wound has touched you (at Uhud), (you know that) a similar wound touched those (disbelieving) people (at Badr). Such (historic, eventful) days – We deal them out in turns among people so that God may mark out those who (truly) believe and select from among you such as bear witness to the truth (with their lives); – (it is a fact that) God does not love the wrongdoers (and in the end He punishes wrong and makes truth superior) –

If a wound afflicts you, a like wound has already afflicted those people; and We make such vicissitudes rotate among mankind, so that Allah may ascertain those who have faith, and that He may take martyrs from among you, and Allah does not like the wrongdoers

If you have received an outer injury (in the Battle of Uhud), surely, the (disbelieving) people have already received a similar injury (in the same battle) - these days of vicissitudes are those which We cause to alternate among the people, (it is so that you may be admonished) and that (among other things), Allah may distinguish those who (really) believe and so that He may raise martyrs from among you; and Allah does not love the unjust

If a wound touches you, a like wound already has touched the heathen; such days We deal out in turn among men, and that God may know who are the believers, and that He may take witnesses from among you; and God loves not the evildoers

If a wound has happened to you, a similar wound has happened to the (other) people. We alternate these days (of victory and defeat) among people, so that God knows those who believe, and He takes witnesses from among you. God does not like the wrongdoers.

[Do not forget that] If you are wounded [in the battle of Ohud], the enemy has got wounds too. Know that God alternates the days of victory and defeat in order to see who the true believers are. God also blesses some with martyrdom. God does not like the unjust people

If a wound has touched you, be sure a similar wound has touched the others. Such days do We alternate between people, that God may make evident those who believe, and that He may take to Himself, from your ranks, witnesses. And God does not love those who do wrong

If touched you a wound so certainly (has) touched the people wound like it And this [the] days We alternate them among the people [and] so that makes evident Allah those who believe[d] and take from you martyrs And Allah (does) not love the wrongdoers

If a setback has struck you, then surely a setback similar to it has struck the (other) nation (also). And such periods — We cause them to move among people. And (it is such) so that Allah may know those who have Believed and may pick up from amongst you Witnesses. And Allah loves not the transgressors

If a wound afflicts you, surely, a wound afflicted the folk similar to that. And these are the days We rotate among humanity so that God knows those who believed and takes witnesses to Himself from among you—and God loves not the ones who are unjust—

If you have received a blow (now, then remember that) they too have received a similar blow already. These are the days which We rotate amongst people. And these (ups and downs) occur so that Allah may distinguish the identity of true believers and bestow upon some of you the status of martyrs. And Allah does not like the wrongdoers

If you have sustained a wound, _ (a blow in the battlefield) _ others too have suffered a similar kind of wound, earlier. These are the vicissitudes of life that We circulate among mankind by turns. Thus, Allah tests the true believers among you, so He may pick the martyrs among you. Allah does not like the wrongdoers

If a sore touch you, a sore like it has touched people: these are days which we make to alternate amongst mankind that God may know who it is that believe, and may take from you witnesses, for God loves not the unjust

If you have been struck by some misfortune, so they (the disbelievers) too have been struck earlier with the same misfortune; these are the days in which We have allotted turns to people; and so that Allah may make known the believers and may bestow martyrdom to some of you; and Allah does not befriend the unjust

If pain touches you, then indeed pain touched the people like unto it. And those days We rotate between people and so that Allah may mark out those who believe and that He may take out the witnesses from among you, and Allah loves not those who wrong their own souls,

If a wound hath happended unto you in war, a like wound hath already happened unto the unbelieving people: And we cause these days of different success interchangeably to succeed each other among men; that God may know those who believe, and may have martyrs from among you: -- God loveth not the workers of iniquity;

If a wound touches you, a similar wound has touched the others: these are only the vicissitudes of varying fortune which we bring in turn to mankind that Allah may know those who it is that believe, and may choose from you witnesses, for Allah loves not

If a wound touches you, a similar wound already has touched the nation. Such days We alternate between the people so that Allah knows those who believe,and that He will take witnesses from among you, for Allah does not love the harmdoers

If a wound (and killing) has touched you, be sure a similar wound (and killing) has touched the others. And so are the days (good and not so good), We give to men by turns, that Allah may test those who believe, and that He may take martyrs from among you. And Allah likes not the Zalimoon (polytheists and wrongdoers)

If some sore should afflict you, well sores just like them have afflicted [other] folk. We deal out such days to mankind, so Allah (God) recognize those who believe and accept witnesses from among you - Allah (God) does not love wrongdoers

If a wound hath befallen you, a wound like it hath already befallen others: we alternate these days of successes and reverses among men, that God may know those who have believed, and that He may take martyrs from among you, - but God loveth not the wrongful doers

If tragedy afflicts you, similar tragedy has certainly affected other people. We cause such times to run in cycles. This is so Allah may distinguish the believers and choose witnesses from among you. Allah does not love sinners.

If a wound has befallen you a similar wound has already befallen the people who are opposed to you. We make such movements to men in turn so that Allah might mark out those who are the true men of faith and select from among you those who do really bear witness (to the Truth): for Allah does not love the wrong-doers

If a wound has afflicted you, a wound like it has also afflicted the (disbelieving) people. And We bring these days to men by turns, that Allah may know those who believe and take witnesses from among you. And Allah loves not the wrongdoers

If a wound has afflicted you, then a similar wound has afflicted the (other) people. And these days (ups and downs) We keep on changing among human beings by turn, so that Allah may know (mark out) those who believe and take witnesses from you, and Allah does not love the unjust,

If you are hurt, then surely the community is similarly hurt. And We rotate such periods (of hurt) among mankind, and We do so in order that Allah may distinguish those that believe and pick up witnesses from amongst you.And Allah does not love the offenders

If a wound/ulcer (pain) touches you, so a wound/ulcer (pain) equal/alike to it had touched the nation, and those are the days/times, We rotate/alternate it between the people, and (for) God to know those who believed, and (to) take from you witnesses (martyrs), and God does not love/like the unjust/oppressors

If misfortune touches you, [know that] similar misfortune has touched [other] people as well; for it is by turns that We apportion unto men such days [of fortune and misfortune]: and [this] to the end that God might mark out those who have attained to faith, and choose from among you such as [with their lives] bear witness to the truth - since God does not love evildoers

In case a blow touches you, (This refers to the Battle of 'Uhud) then a like blow has already touched the (disbelieving) people. And such days We interchange (i.e. the change of fortune) among mankind and that Allah may know (the ones) who have believed and take to Him martyr-witnesses from among you; and Allah does not love the unjust

If ye have received a blow, the (disbelieving) people have received a blow the like thereof. These are (only) the vicissitudes which We cause to follow one another for mankind, to the end that Allah may know those who believe and may choose witnesses from among you; and Allah loveth not wrong-doers

If you get hurt, certainly others have also experienced injuries. We have made people pass through the different turns of history so that God would know the true believers, have some of you bear witness to the people's deeds, {God does not love the unjust

If you have received a wound, they have received a similar wound. Such days We rotate among the people, so that Allah may know those who believe and let some of you be martyrs — and Allah does not like the unjus

If a wound has touched you, be sure a similar wound has touched the others. Such days of varying fortunes, We alternate among the people so that Allâh would identify those who adhere firmly to Islamic monotheism and take to Himself from among you martyrs - Allâh does not demonstrate his own love for those who are grossly unfair and morally wrong -

If a wound has touched you, be sure a similar wound has touched the others. Such days of varying fortunes, We alternate among the people so that Allâh will bring to light those who live by Faith, cherish the martyrs He chooses from among you - And Allâh does not love those who have voluntarily and consciously abandoned the Knowledge of the Truth in favour of their own whims-

If you were injured, they were injured too. We cause such days to alternate between people, so that Allah may mark out the true believers among you, and select some as martyrs. Even if they sometimes win, Allah does not love the wrongdoers.

If you have suffered injuries ˹at Uḥud˺, they suffered similarly ˹at Badr˺. We alternate these days ˹of victory and defeat˺ among people so that Allah may reveal the ˹true˺ believers, choose martyrs from among you—and Allah does not like the wrongdoers—

If a wound has afflicted you, then a similar wound has also afflicted the people, and we alter these days amongst mankind and for Allah to know those who believe and to take witnesses from you, and Allah does not love the wrongdoers.

If once a defeat hit you, the foe was hit by a like defeat. These vicissitudes We alternate among people, that God may know the true believers and choose martyrs from among you: God does not love the wrongdoers

If you suffer hardship, the enemy also suffers the same hardship. We alternate the days of victory and defeat among the people. GOD thus distinguishes the true believers, and blesses some of you with martyrdom. GOD dislikes injustice.

If you have been wounded, know that the other side has been similarly wounded. We alternate such days between people, so God may know those who believe and to choose from among them some who [with their lives] will bear witness to the Truth. God does not love the unjust.

If an ulcer touches you, so already a similar ulcer has touched the kinfolk. And such days We alternate them between the people, and Allah will know those who believe, and take martyrs among you. And Allah does not love the oppressors.

If you suffer hardship, the enemy also suffers hardship. Such days of varying fortunes are governed by Universal Laws. Allah thus distinguishes the true believers, and blesses some of you with martyrdom. They have become witnesses to the power of Truth with their lives. Allah does not love those who displace courage with fear

If a wound has afflicted you (at Ohud), a wound like it has also afflicted the (unbelieving) people; and We bring these days to men by turns, and that Allah may know those who believe and take witnesses from among you; and Allah does not love the unjust

If you have received an injury, surely the disbelieving people have already received a similar injury. And such days WE cause to alternate among men that they may be admonished, and that ALLAH may cause to be distinguished those who believe and may take witnesses from among you; and ALLAH loves not the unjust

If a wound (pain and sorrow) has touched you, be sure a similar wound has touched others; And such days (of varying fortunes) We give to men by turns: That Allah may know those who believe, and that He may take as martyrs (close to Himself) from the people those who see and sacrifice (for the sake of truth). And Allah loves not those who do wrong

If some sore should afflict you, well sores just like them have afflicted [other] folk. We deal out such days to mankind, so God recognize those who believe and accept witnesses from among you - God does not love wrongdoers-
