Quran 3 : 129

To God belongeth whatsoever is in heaven and on earth: He spareth whom he pleaseth, and he punisheth whom he pleaseth; for God is merciful

Whatever is in the Heavens and the Earth is God's! He forgiveth whom He will, and whom He will, chastiseth: for God is Forgiving, Merciful

To God belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth. He may forgive or punish whomever He wants. God is All-forgiving and All-merciful

His is all that the heavens and the earth contain. He pardons whom He will and punishes whom He pleases. God is forgiving and compassionate

To God belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth: He may pardon whom He please and punish whom He will. Yet God is forgiving and kind

To Allah belongs what is of Heaven and Earth. He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills. Allah is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful.

God's is what is in the heavens and in the earth. He forgives whom He pleases, and punishes whom He pleases; for God is forgiving and merciful

Everything in the heavens and earth belongs to God. He forgives whoever He will and punishes whoever He will: God is most forgiving and merciful

Everything in the skies and on the earth belongs to God, He forgives whom He wants and punishes whom He wants. And God is forgiving and merciful.

Allah (God) possesses whatever is in Heaven and whatever is on Earth, He pardons anyone He torments anyone He wishes; Allah (God) is Forgiving, Merciful. (XIV)

And to Allah (belongs) what (is) in the heavens and what (is) in the earth He forgives [for] whom He wills and punishes whom He wills And Allah (is) Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful

Allah's is whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth. He forgiveth whomsoever He listeth, and tormenteth whomsoever He listeth. And Allah is Forgiving, Merciful

To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth: He forgives whomever He wishes and punishes whomever He wishes, and Allah is all-forgiving, all-merciful

To Allah, belong all that is in the heavens, and all that is on the earth. He forgives whom He wills, and He punishes whom He wills. Allah is the oft-Forgiving and the most Merciful

whereas unto God belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth: He forgives whom He wills, and He chastises whom He wills; and God is much-forgiving, a dispenser of grace

And to God what is in the skies/space and what is in the earth/Planet Earth, He forgives, for whom He wills/wants and He tortures whom He wills/wants, and God (is) forgiving , merciful

And to ALLAH belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth. HE forgives whomsoever HE pleases and punishes whomsoever HE pleases, and ALLAH is Most Forgiving, Merciful

And whatever is in the skies and whatever is in the earth is Allah's. He protectively forgives whom He wills and He punishes whom He wills, and Allah is Protectively Forgiving, Merciful.

And to Allah belongs whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth. He protects (against sins) whom He will and punishes whom He will. Allah is Great Protector, Ever Merciful

And to Allah (belongs) whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth. He forgives whomever He decides and torments whomever He decides; and Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Ever-Merciful

And to Allah belongs what is in the heavens and what is in the earth. He forgives for whom He thinks proper and He punishes whom He thinks proper. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving continuously Merciful

And to Allah belongs all that is in heavens and all that is in the earth. He forgives whom He pleases, and punishes whom He pleases; And Allah is Often Forgiving (Ghafoor), Most Merciful (Raheem)

And to Allah only belongs all whatever is in the heavens and all whatever is in the earth; He may forgive whomever He wills, and punish whomever He wills; and Allah is Oft Forgiving, Most Merciful

To Allah ˹alone˺ belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. He forgives whoever He wills, and punishes whoever He wills. And Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

And to God belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in and on the earth. He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills. And God is Forgiving, Compassionate.

Everything in the Universe and everything in the earth belongs to Allah. His Law of Requital deals with forgiveness and punishment in all fairness. The Forgiving, the Merciful Allah has designed His Laws

Whatever is in the heavens and the earth belongs to Allah (they exist and subsist with His Names). He forgives whom He wills, and causes suffering to (enforces the consequences of the actions of) whom He wills. Allah is the Ghafur, the Rahim.
