Quran 3 : 117

In this life anything they spend in charity is like a biting wind that blows and destroys the crops of the wrongdoers. Allah did not wrong them but it was themselves

Their accomplishments in this world will be wiped out like a harvest scattered by a strong windstorm. God never means to harm them; it is them who are unjust to their own souls

What they spend in the life of this world is like a frosty wind which smites and destroys the crops of a people who had wronged themselves. God did not wrong them, they wronged themselves

What they spend in this worldly life is like a freezing wind that hits the harvest of a people who did wrong to themselves, destroying it. God didn’t wrong them, but they wronged themselves.

The good they do in this worldly life is like the harvest of an evil people struck by a bitter wind, destroying it ˹completely˺. Allah never wronged them, but they wronged themselves.

and whatever they give away in this life will be nullified: a frosty wind strikes and destroys the harvest of people who have wronged themselves. It was not God who wronged them; they wronged themselves

The likeness of that they expend in this present life is as the likeness of a freezing blast that smites the tillage of a people who wronged themselves, and it destroyed that; God wronged them not, but themselves they wronged

The parable of what they spend on the life of this world is that of an icy wind which smites the tilth of people who have sinned against themselves, and destroys it: for, it is not God who does them wrong, but it is they who are wronging themselves

That which they spend for the present life bears likeness with the wind wherein is freezing cold which smites the tilth of the people who have done injustice to themselves, so it destroys it. Allah does no injustice to them but they wrong themselves

(Whatever) wealth (these people) spend in the life of this world is like the frost-laden wind which strikes and destroys the harvest of a people who wrong their own souls. And Allah has not done them any wrong, but they have wronged their own selves

What they spend in the life of this (material) world May be likened to a wind which brings a nipping frost: It strikes and destroys the harvest of men who have wronged their own souls: it is not Allah that hath wronged them, but they wrong themselves

The likeness of that which they expend in this life of the world is as the likeness of a wind wherein is intense cold, it befalleth the tilth of a people who have wronged themselves, and destroyeth it. Allah wronged them not, but themselves they wrong

The example of what they are spending in this Dunya life (worldly life) as an example of a wind in it frost inflicts the tilth of a kinfolk who have oppressed themselves, so it destroys it. And Allah did not oppress them, but they were oppressing themselves.

What they spend in the life from this (material) world may be compared to a wind that brings nipping frost: It strikes and destroys the crops of men who have wronged their own souls: It is not Allah who has wronged them, but they (continue to) wrong themselves

Example (of) what they spend in this [the] life (of) the world (is) like (the) example (of) a wind in it (is) frost it struck (the) harvest (of) a people who wronged themselves then destroyed it And not (has) wronged them Allah [and] but themselves they wronged

What they spend during the life of this world may be likened to the frosty frigid wind, that blows across and ravages the (ripe) harvest of the people who have sinned against themselves. Allah is not unjust to them, but in fact, they are cruel to their own souls

The example of what they spend in this servile material world (the lowest state of existence – worldly life) is like a frosty wind that strikes and destroys the harvest of a people who wrong themselves. Allah has not wronged them, but it is they who wrong themselves.

The likeness of that which they spend in the life of this world is as the likeness of wind in which is intense cold which strikes the harvest of a people who do injustice to themselves and thus destroys it. And Allah is not unjust to them but they are unjust to themselves.

The likeness of what they spend in the life of this world is as the likeness of wind in which is intense cold (that) smites the seed produce of a people who haw done injustice to their souls and destroys it; and Allah is not unjust to them, but they are unjust to themselves

The example of that which they spend in the life of this world is like a wind in which there is intense cold; that strikes the harvest of such a nation which wronged themselves, therefore it destroyed that, and Allah wronged them not, but yes, they wrong unto their own souls.

The likeness of that which they lay out in this present life, is as a wind wherein there is a scorching cold: It falleth on the standing corn of those men who have injured their own souls, and destroyeth it. And God dealeth not unjustly with them; but they injure their own souls

The example of that which they spend in this immediate life is the example of a wind — in it is icy cold (effect): it struck the harvest of the nation who wronged their selves, so it destroyed it. And Allah did not deal unjustly with them; rather, they deal unjustly with their ownselves

Their spending (to attain their goals in humanitarian or religious guises) in this life of the world is like a biting wind accompanied with frost that smites the harvest of a people who wronged themselves (by their wrong belief and their wrong actions), and devastates it. God has never wronged them but they do wrong themselves

The likeness of what they spend in this life of the world is the likeness of a biting, frosty wind that destroys the harvest of a people who wronged their own "Self". Allah wronged them not, but they wronged themselves. (They spent their wealth on themselves although it was a trust given to them to share with fellow human beings)

(An) example of what they spend in this the life the present/worldly life (is) as (the) example (of) a wind, in it (is) severe cold/frost, it struck a nation's cultivation/plantation, they caused injustice (to) themselves, so it destroyed/wasted it , and God did not cause injustice to them, and but (it is) themselves they cause injustice to

The likeness of whatever they expend in this present life (Literally: the lowly "life", i.e., the life of this world) is as the likeness of a wind wherein there is clamoring cold that afflicted the tillage of a people who did injustice to themselves, and so it did cause it to perish. And in no way did Allah do any injustice to them but they did injustice to themselves

The likeness of what they spend in this world is the likeness of a wind which is extremely cold; it struck the harvest of a people who did wrong aginst themselves and destroyed it, (i.e. the good deed of a person is only accepted if he is a monotheist and believes in all the Prophets of Allah, including Christ and Muhammad SAW). Allah wronged them not, but they wronged themselves

The likeness of what they expend in this worldly life is the likeness of freezing wind striking and destroying the harvest of people who have voluntarily and consciously abandoned the Full Knowledge of the Truth in favour of their own whims. And Allâh has not wronged them, but they used to be unfair to their own selves (when they abandoned the Knowledge of the Truth in favour of their own whims).
