Quran 3 : 11

Like Pharaoh‘s people and those before them, they denied Our revelations, and God smote them in their sin: God is stern in retribution

like the people of Firawn and those before them, they denied Our signs, so Allah caught them for their sins and Allah is severe in requiting.

just as Pharaoh’s people and their predecessors denied Our revelations, and God punished them for their sins: God is severe in punishing

Like the people of Pharaohs and those before them, they belied our Signs; then Allah seized them for their sins and Allah's punishment is severe.

In the manner of the people of Pharaoh and those before them. They belied Our signs so Allah took them to account for their sins. And Allah is Formidable in the chastisement.

They do as the people of Pharaoh and those who lived before them did. They called Our revelations mere lies. God punished them for their sins. God is stern in His retribution

(This will be) like the behavior of people of Pharaoh and those before them. They misrepresented Our Verses, so Allah destroyed them for their sins. Allah is Severe in punishment.

Like behavior (of the) people (of) Firaun and those who (were) from before them They denied Our Signs so seized them Allah for their sins And Allah (is) severe (in) [the] punishment

As was the case of the people of Pharoah, and those before them! They rejected Our messages, so Allah destroyed them on account of their sins. And Allah is Severe in requiting (evil)

According to the wont of the people of Pharaoh, and of those who went before them, they charged our signs with a lie; but God caught them in their wickedness, and God is severe in punishing

After the wont of the people of Pharaoh, and of those who went before them, they treated our signs as falsehoods. Therefore God laid hold of them in their sins; and God is severe in punishing

(Their conduct is) like the conduct of the followers of Pharaoh and those before them. They cried lies to Our Messages, so that Allah took them to task for their sins. Allah is Severe in retribution

Like what happened to Pharaoh's people and people who lived before their time. They denied Our revelations/signs. Allah then brought them to account for their sins. And Allah is severe in punishment

(Their plight will be) no better than that of the people of Pharaoh, and their predecessors: They denied our Signs, and Allah called them to account for their sins. For Allah is strict in punishment

As was the steadfast manner of the house of Firaawn, (Pharaoh) and the ones before them (who) cried lies to Our signs, so Allah took them away for their guilty deeds; and Allah is strict in punishment

As Pharaoh's family and those from before them's affairs/habits, they lied/denied with Our signs/verses/evidences, so God took/punished them because of their crimes. And God (is) strong (severe in) the torture

(They are like) the clan of ‘Pharaoh’ and those who were before them. They refused to give credence to our ‘Revelations’. Thus, Allâh seized them for their sins. Allâh is indeed extremely severe in punishment.

Like Pharaoh's people and the ones before them, these people reject Our Revelations, and so Allah will seize them for their trailing behind in humanity. Allah's Law of Requital is strong in pursuing and grasping

It is just as that which happened to the court (the court and military aristocracy) of the Pharaoh, and those before them. They denied Our Revelations, and so God seized them for their sins. God is severe in retribution

[To them shall - happen] the like of what happened to Pharaoh's people and those who lived before them: they gave the lie to Our messages - and so God took them to task for their sins: for God is severe in retribution

Like the behaviour of the people of Firaun (Pharaoh) and those before them; they belied Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), so Allah seized (destroyed) them for their sins. And Allah is Severe in punishment

(Their fate will be like that of ) the people of Pharaoh and those who were before them. They all denied the Revelation Knowledge which We have revealed, so Allâh seized them for their iniquitous deeds. Allâh is indeed extremely severe in punishment.

(Their course) is just like the dynasty of the Pharaoh and those who came before them. (They had) denied our signs (the manifestations of the Names). And Allah seized them in their error. Allah is severe in recompense (severe in enforcing the due consequence of an offence; shadid aliqab).
