God expands the provision for whoever He chooses from among His servants, and withholds it. God is fully aware of all things

It is God who gives abundantly to whichever of His servants He will, and sparingly to whichever He will: He has full knowledge of everything

Allah enlarges the provision for whom He wills of His servants, and straitens it for whom (He wills). Surely, Allah is the All-Knower of everything.
