Quran 29 : 24

The only answer of [Abraham's] people was "Kill him or burn him," but God saved him from the fire. In that there are signs for people who believe.

The only response of his people was that they said, “Kill him or burn him!” Yet, God saved him from the Fire. In this are signs for those who believe.

The only response of Abrahams people was, Kill him or burn him! But God saved him from the fire. Surely in this there are signs for people who believe

Yet the answer of his people was but to say, “Slay him, or burn him!” Then God saved him from the fire. Truly in that are signs for a people who believe

But the answer of his people was only to say, 'Kill him or burn him!' But God saved him from the fire; verily, in that are signs unto a people who believe

But the only response from his people was their saying: "Kill him, or burn him." But God saved him from the fire. In this are signs for a people who believe

But the answer of his people was only that they said: kill him or burn him, so Allah rescued him from the fire, for in that are signs for people who believe.

The only response Ibrahim’s people gave was: “Kill him,” or “Burn him.” But Allah rescued him from the fire. There are signs in that for the believers.

The people (of Abraham) had no answer except: "Kill him or burn him;" but God saved him from the fire. There are lessons in this for those who believe

There was no answer from his folk except they said: "Kill him or bum him up!" Yet Allah (God) saved him from the fire; in that are signs for folk who believe.

There was no answer from his folk except they said: "Kill him or bum him up!" Yet God saved him from the fire; in that are signs for folk who believe.

And the only answer of his people was to say, "Slay him or burn him." But from the fire did God save him! Verily, herein are signs to those who believe

But the answer of the people (of Abraham) was, “Kill him or burn him!” But Allah saved him from the fire... Indeed, there are signs in this for people who believe.

So it was not his kinfolk's answer except that they said, “Kill him, or burn him.” So, Allah saved him from the fire. Surely in that are verses for a kinfolk who believe.

No answer was given by (Abraham’s) people, except that they said, “Kill him or burn him.” Allah saved him from the fire. Truly, in this are signs for people who believe.

So naught was the answer of his people except that they say: Slay him or burn him! But Allah delivered him from the fire. Surely therein are signs for a people who believe

The only response from his people was their saying, "Kill him, or burn him." But GOD saved him from the fire. This should provide lessons for people who believe.

Then the answer of his people was naught but that they said: slay him, or burn him. Then Allah delivered him from the fire; verily herein are signs for a people who believe

Then his people could answer nothing but that they said, 'slay him or burn him, then Allah rescued him from the fire, undoubtedly, in it surely are signs for the believers.

His people‘s only reply was: ‘Kill him!‘ or ‘Burn him!‘ But from the fire God delivered him. Surely in this there are signs for true believers

So nothing was the answer of Abraham’s people except that they said, “Slay him, or burn him.” But God saved him from the fire. Indeed in this are signs for people who believe

The only answer of his people was to say: ´Kill him or burn him!´ But Allah rescued him from the fire. There are certainly Signs in that for people who are muminun.

So his people could not answer him except to say, “Kill him or burn him” – so Allah rescued him from the fire; indeed in this are signs for people who believe

The people (of Abraham) had no other answer than to say: "Kill him or burn him." But Allah delivered him from the fire. There are many Signs in this for those who believe

(Abraham's) people had no answer except suggesting, "Kill him or burn him." But God saved him from the fire. In this there is evidence (of truth) for the believing people

But the answer of his people was only to say, "Kill him" or "Burn him!" But Allah saved him from the fire; verily, in that are signs unto a people who have faith

And the answer of Abraham's people was not but that they said, "Kill him or burn him," but Allah saved him from the fire. Indeed in that are signs for a people who believe

There was no answer of his (Abraham’s) people except that they said: “Kill him or burn him.” But Allah saved him from the fire. Surely, in this, there are signs for people who believe.

So, the response of his (Ibrahim) people was none but that they said, .Kill him. or .Burn him. So Allah saved him from the fire. Surely in this there are signs for a people who believe

So the answer of his folk had been not but that they said: Kill him or burn him! Then, God rescued him from the fire. Truly, in this are, certainly, signs for a folk who believe.

But the answer of his folk was only that they said: "Kill him" or "Burn him." Then Allah saved him from the Fire. Lo! herein verily are portents for folk who believe

But the only answer of his people was that they said, ‘Kill him, or burn him.’ Then Allah delivered him from the fire. There are indeed signs in that for a people who have faith

So naught was the answer of (Abraham's) people except that they said: "Slay him or burn him." But Allah did save him from the Fire. Verily in this are Signs for people who believe

So the answer of his (Ibrahim’s) people was nothing except that they said, “Kill him or burn him.” But Allah saved him from the fire. There are certainly signs in that for a people who believe.

And not was (the) answer (of) his people except that they said Kill him or burn him But Allah saved him But Allah saved him from the fire Indeed in that surely (are) Signs for a people who believe

But Ibraheem´s nation had no response except to yell, "Kill him or burn him at the stake." Allah, however, saved him from the fire. In that are surely signs for the believing nation

So nothing was the answer from (Ibrahim's) people except that they said: "Kill him or burn him." Then Allah did save him from the fire. Surely, in this indeed, are Signs for people who believe

So his nation's answer/reply was not except that they said: "Kill him, or burn him." so God saved/rescued him from the fire, that in that (are) evidences/signs/verses (E), to a nation believing

The response of his (Abraham's) people then was naught but that they said, "Kill him, or put him into fire." Then Allah saved him from the fire. Therein indeed are signs for a people who believe

So nothing was the answer of (Ibraheems (Abraham)) people except that they said: "Kill him or burn him." Then Allah saved him from the fire. Verily, in this are indeed signs for a people who believe

And there was not an answer from his nation except that they said: “Kill him or burn him,” but Allah saved him from the fire. Verily, in this are indeed Ayaat (signs) for a nation who Believe

Yet in no way was the answer of his people (anything) except that they said, "Kill him or burn him away!" Then Allah delivered him from the fire. Surely in that are indeed signs for a people who believe

So the people of Ibrahim (Abraham) had no answer except that they said: ‘Kill him or burn him.’ Then Allah delivered him from the fire (of Nimrod). Surely, there are signs in this incident for those who have believed

Now [as for Abraham,] his people’s only answer was, “Slay him, or burn him!” – but God saved him from the fire. Behold, in this [story] there are messages indeed for people who will believe

But the only answer of the people of Abraham was that they said: ”Slay him, or burn him!” So Allâh saved him from the fire. Verily, in This there are Signs (of Allâh's power & glory) for a people who live a life of Genuine Faith.

The answer of the people of ‘Abraham’ was not except that they said: "Kill him or burn him." Thus, Allâh saved him from the fire. Verily, in this are Signs ( of Allâh's power & glory) for people who accept Allâh ( into their life).

His people had no response to make (to Abraham) but they said, `Kill him (- Abraham) or rather burn him.' (At last they decided upon burning him) but Allah delivered him from the fire. There are sure signs in this (episode) for the people who would believe

But the response of his (Abraham’s) people was only to say: "Kill him, or burn him," but God saved him from the fire (that they kindled to burn him). Surely in this are signs (important lessons) for people who will believe and who will deepen in faith

(Abraham explained these facts to his people) but their only answer was, "Kill him or burn him alive!" But Allah saved him from their fiery rage. Behold, in this story there are signs for believers (such as, when people have no sensible answers, they resort to threats and violence (21:68), (37:96-97)

The only response of the disbelievers to the invitation of Abraham was: “Kill him/ burn him.” Then God made him walk out of the fire [that the disbelievers had cast him into] so that the believers learn a lesson from this incidence [that God never leaves his sincere worshippers alone and will give them the final victory.]
