29:21 Arabic

يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرْحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُقْلَبُونَ
29:21 Transliteration

YuAAaththibu man yashao wayarhamu man yashao wa-ilayhi tuqlaboona
